The Er3+ doped oxyfluorogermanate glasses, with a composition containing Na element, were synthesized by the conventional melting–quenching technique. When Na element was introduced into the composition of oxyfluorogermanate glass, the crystals behavior was investigated in details. Depending on the annealing procedure supplied, thermal annealing of precursor glasses in the system GeO2/BaF2/AlF3/Na2O/NaF/ZnO/GdF3/ErF3 led to the precipitation of different crystal phase nanocrystals. It was confirmed the nanocrystals in GC600 is orthorhombic NaBaAlF6 which led to enhance obviously in the UC luminescence of Er3+. However, the nanocrystals in G585 led to decrease in the UC luminescence, which indicated few Er ions enter into the lattice of this nanocrystal phase. The reason of the decrease in UC emission intensity of GC585 was analyzed.  相似文献

The method of total internal reflection ellipsometry (TIRE), which records simultaneously two parameters Δ and Ψ related to the amplitudes and phases of p- and s-components of polarised light, respectively, was exploited here for detection of mycotoxins (T-2 and zearalenone). The above mycotoxins in sub-ppb concentrations were detected using TIRE in both direct and competitive immunoassay. The study of immune reaction kinetics allowed the evaluation of adsorption/desorption rates and the association constant for zearalenone. The investigation of grain products samples revealed the presence of high concentrations of T-2 (>600 ng/ml) in mould products.  相似文献

Spectroscopic ellipsometry has long been recognized as the technique of choice to characterize thin films and multilayers. Instrumentation for the next generation of VUV lithography at 157 nm requires special optical setup since O2 and H2O are extremely absorbing below 190 nm. A new system has been developed which works into a purged glove box to reduce the oxygen and water contamination in the part per million range. Ellipsometric and photometric measurements vs. wavelength and angle of incidence can be performed. Grazing X-ray option has been added on the same instrument to provide a better picture of the analyzed samples. This paper presents in detail the new system with its two measurement methods, and includes experimental results gate dielectrics layers and high k dielectrics.  相似文献

We report, for the first time to our knowledge, on the spectroscopic properties and continuous-wave laser performance of Yb0.14:Y0.77Gd0.09Ca4O(BO3)3, a mixed rare earth calcium oxyborate Yb-ion crystal. Under simple end-pumping conditions with a 976-nm diode, efficient CW laser operation was demonstrated at room temperature, producing an output power of 14.1 W at 1084.4 nm with an optical-to-optical efficiency of 48%; while operating around 1045 nm, the laser could generate an output power as high as 23.0 W, with optical-to-optical and slope efficiencies amounting, respectively, to 57% and 70% with respect to incident pump power. The polarized absorption and emission cross sections are also presented. The impressive results demonstrated reveal the great potential of these mixed oxyborates in developing new promising Yb-ion laser crystals.  相似文献

It has been suggested that intrinsic ductile versus brittle properties of alloys be connected with bonding characters in some sense while there is no much proof. In this investigation, 27Al isotropic metallic shifts of Al–Li solid solutions were measured by 27Al NMR spectroscopy. Previously observed anomalous elastic properties upon Li alloying were found to be closely related to 27Al metallic shifts which were associated with s electron density of states at the Fermi level on Al sites. This result is relevant for better understanding of electronic origin of solid solution strengthening mechanisms in Al–Li alloys from the point of view of electronic structure.  相似文献

This paper proposes a fused lasso model to identify significant features in the spectroscopic signals obtained from a semiconductor manufacturing process, and to construct a reliable virtual metrology (VM) model. Analysis of spectroscopic signals involves combinations of multiple samples collected over time, each with a vast number of highly correlated features. This leads to enormous amounts of data, which is a challenge even for modern-day computers to handle. To simplify such complex spectroscopic signals, dimension reduction is critical. The fused lasso is a regularized regression method that performs automatic variable selection for the predictive modeling of highly correlated datasets such as those of spectroscopic signals. Furthermore, the fused lasso is especially useful for analyzing high-dimensional data in which the features exhibit a natural order, as is the case in spectroscopic signals. In this paper, we conducted an experimental study to demonstrate the usefulness of a fused lasso-based VM model and compared it with other VM models based on the lasso and elastic-net models. The results showed that the VM model constructed with features selected by the fused lasso algorithm yields more accurate and robust predictions than the lasso- and elastic net-based VM models. To the best of our knowledge, ours is the first attempt to apply a fused lasso to VM modeling.  相似文献

We have demonstrated continuous wave (CW) laser operation of Nd:YNbO4 crystal at 1066 nm for the first time. A maximum output power of 1.12 W with the incident power of 5.0 W is successfully achieved corresponding to an optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of 22.4% and a slope efficiency of 24.0%. The large absorption cross section (8.7 × 10−20 cm2) and wide absorption band (6 nm) at around 808 nm indicates the good pumping efficiency by laser diodes (LD). The small emission cross section (29 × 10−20 cm2) and relative long lifetime of the 4F3/2 → 4I11/2 transition indicates good energy storage capacity of Nd:YNbO4. Moreover, the raw materials of Nd:YNbO4 are stable, thus, it can grow high-quality and large-size by Czochralski (CZ) method. Therefore the Nd:YNbO4 crystal is a potentially new laser material suitable for LD pumping.  相似文献

In the present study, the chemical composition and antioxidant activities of Teucrium polium L. (Lamiaceae) were assessed. Fractionation of methanol extract obtained from the aerial parts of T. polium yielded one new phenylethanoid glycoside, named poliumoside B, together with four known flavonoids, two iridoid glycosides and a known poliumoside. The structures of all of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data from 1D and 2D NMR experiments and MS spectral analyses. The antioxidant activities of the crude extracts and of the isolated compounds were evaluated through tests such as DPPH radical-scavenging capability, reducing power, xanthine oxidase inhibitory effect and inhibition of linoleic acid peroxidation. The highest antioxidant activity was found in the n-butanol extract, which also contained active polyphenols, thus suggesting that this plant could be used as a source of natural molecules, to provide safe antioxidant additives and nutraceuticals. The structure–activity relationships of the isolated compounds are also discussed.  相似文献

We developed an in situ thickness monitor using a spectroscopic reflectometer to measure the swelling behaviors of polymer thin films in carbon dioxide up to 30 MPa. Because the change in thickness was measured under high-pressure CO2, the measurement was performed through a sapphire window with a relatively high refractive index. We found that the window effect on the reflectivity can be successfully eliminated. To confirm the accuracy of the analysis, we measured the swelling behaviors of four polymers (poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA), polystyrene (PS), poly(n-butyl methacrylate) (PBMA), and poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS)), and compared the swelling measurements with reported data. The swelling ratios of the polymers were in reasonable agreement with literature data. Notably, anomalous swelling was observed for PBMA and PDMS, although anomalous swelling has been observed in films much thinner than those of our samples, probably due to the low glass transition temperatures and high swelling ratios of PBMA and PDMS.  相似文献

Silicon quantum dots (Si QDs) attract increasing interest nowadays due to their excellent optical and electronic properties. However, only a few optoelectronic organic molecules were reported as ligands of colloidal Si QDs. In this report, N-vinylcarbazole - a material widely used in the optoelectronics industry - was used for the modification of Si QDs as ligands. This hybrid nanomaterial exhibits different spectroscopic properties from either free ligands or Si QDs alone. Possible mechanisms were discussed. This type of new functional Si QDs may find application potentials in bioimaging, photovoltaic, or optoelectronic devices.  相似文献
