高碱度转炉渣中游离氧化钙(f-CaO)的存在是造成其膨胀的主要因素,限制了其作为建筑材料的应用。采用压蒸法测定了转炉渣的膨胀性,考察了粒度和陈化时间对转炉渣膨胀性的影响,在熔融态转炉渣中加入高炉渣,分析了熔融反应后产物的结构,并用压蒸法测定分析了熔融反应后转炉渣体积膨胀率的变化,实验结果表明熔融态转炉渣中加入高炉渣可以显著降低其体积膨胀率,为转炉渣应用于建筑材料提供依据。  相似文献

The management of blood pressure in hemodialysis patients greatly affects not only their quality of life, but also the duration of dialysis (dialysis life). Approximately 25% of dialysis patients suffer from continuous low blood pressure; however, the relationship between blood pressure and blood flow during dialysis has not been established. We hypothesized that with complete extracorporeal circulation, blood purification methods might affect blood flow, resulting in a change in blood pressure. The purpose of this study was to develop a noninvasive continuous monitoring method (NICOMM) as a microcirculation monitor by devising a laser-Doppler flowmeter (LDF) system with a wavelength of 780 nm. The aim was to use this system to simultaneously measure blood flow rate in both the head and the foot during dialysis and to determine the effectiveness of NICOMM by measuring blood flow and arterial distensibility. When exhibiting a significant decline in blood pressure at 240 min after the initiation of hemodialysis, a drop in blood flow in parallel with the blood pressure fall was recorded by the LDF. However, no changes were observed, in the readings by a continuous hematocrit monitor (Crit-Line monitor, CLM). Furthermore, a significant correlation was registered between mean arterial blood pressure and blood flow rate in the earlobe tissue from 180 min after the initiation of hemodialysis to the completion of hemodialysis (p < 0.001, r = 0.78). Comparisons were made by measuring vascular dehydration using the CLM. NICOMM showed more stable readings than the CLM in monitoring blood flow in response to changes in blood pressure.  相似文献

为研究应用高频超声研究糖尿病患者颈动脉功能的改变,应用高频超声对65例2型糖尿病患者(分糖尿病无高血压组n=30和糖尿病合并高血压组n=35)以及40例健康人进行颈动脉的二维超声检测,记录颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT);应用M_型超声记录颈总动脉前后壁在收缩期和舒张期的运动幅度变化,测量收缩期和舒张期的内径,计算僵硬度指数口、扩张性(distensibility)和顺应性(compliance),经心率和脉压矫正后的前壁加速度(ACi)、减速度(DCi)等参数。发现两组糖尿病患者IMT、僵硬度指数明显高于正常对照组(P〈0.01,扩张性和顺应性降低(P〈0.01,加速度和减速度降低(P〈0.01,且糖尿病合并高血压组IMT和僵硬度指数明显高于糖尿病无高血压组,扩张性和顺应性及加速度和减速度明显低于糖尿病无高血压组。IMT与年龄、僵硬度指数、扩张性和顺应性及加速度和减速度间有相关性。高频超声对评价糖尿病患者颈动脉血管功能变化有重要的实用价值。  相似文献

转炉渣具有高碱度的特点,当碱度R〉2时转炉渣中的氧化钙将有一部分以游离氧化钙的形式存在。游离氧化钙是造成转炉渣膨胀的主要因素。实验采用压蒸法测定了转炉渣的膨胀性,分析了粒度和陈化时间对转炉渣膨胀性的影响,为转炉渣的应用提供依据。  相似文献

Scope: The objective of this study is to investigate a vascular effect of N‐(p‐coumaroyl)serotonin (CS) and N‐feruloylserotonin (FS), major antioxidative indolic polyphenols in safflower seeds with anti‐atherogenic properties, with emphasis on effects on vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs). Methods and results: Both CS and FS (each 10 to 100 μM) relaxed rat femoral arteries, which were pre‐contracted by 10?5 M phenylephrine or 50 mM KCl, independently of their endothelium. Both CS and FS also concentration‐dependently inhibited the increase of cytosolic free Ca2+ concentration ([Ca2+]i) that was induced by KCl or 5‐hydroxytryptamine in cultured rat VSMCs. Next, we examined the effects of CS and FS on platelet‐derived growth factor (PDGF)‐BB‐evoked proliferation and migration of the VSMCs. Both CS and FS inhibited PDGF‐BB‐evoked proliferation and migration of the VSMCs in a concentration‐dependent manner. They also inhibited PDGF‐BB‐induced phosphorylation of PDGF receptor β and ERK1/2, and Ca2+ release from sarcoplasmic reticulum in the VSMCs in a concentration‐dependent fashion. Conclusion: These results indicated a possible vascular effect of CS/FS to inhibit the activation of VSMCs by blocking the increase of [Ca2+]i and/or blocking PDGF signaling. These may explain a part of anti‐atherogenic mechanism that underlies their ability to improve vascular distensibility and to inhibit aortic hyperplasia.  相似文献
