充分灌与调亏灌溉条件下桃树滴灌的耗水量研究 总被引:19,自引:0,他引:19
本文研究了充分灌与调亏灌溉条件下桃树滴灌的耗水量。在田间设置有两个处理,其一是在整个生育期以蒸发量的80%进行充分灌溉;其二是在果实生长缓慢期以蒸发量的20%进行亏缺灌溉,而在其它季节以蒸发量的80%进行充分灌溉。利用石膏块土壤水分传感器和中子仪分别测量了根区土壤水势和土壤含水量的变化,并实测了果实生长量、枝条生长量和产量。利用水量平衡法得出了在上述两种滴灌条件下桃树不同生育期的日均耗水量与蒸发皿系数。与充分灌比较,调亏灌溉对产量没有影响,灌水量减少了32%,并有效抑制了枝条生长。 相似文献

Multiple forms of a symbol-digit substitution task were used to provide a componential analysis of age differences in coding task performance. The results demonstrated age differences in feature encoding, memory, and visual search. A 2nd experiment was conducted with young adults to investigate a sensory deficit as a locus of age differences. The spatial contrast sensitivity deficit of older adults was simulated on forms by applying a digital filter. Persons in the age-simulated contrast condition performed worse than those in the normal contrast condition. The stimulus degradation effect was linked to visual search speed. G. J. DuPaul (see record 2003-02033-012) offered two suggestions for additional research to understand the strong source effects reported by R. Gomez, G. L Burns, J. A. Walsh, and M. A. de Moura (see record 2003-02033-001) in attention-deficit/ hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) rating scales. The first suggestion was to determine whether the source effects represent mostly bias or accuracy. The second suggestion was to minimize source effects through the development of better ADHD rating scales. Because source effects can represent bias or accuracy, it is important to minimize the bias aspect through content validation procedures prior to attempts to determine whether source effects better reflect bias or accuracy. Auxin response factors (ARFs) play important roles in various plant physiological processes; however, knowledge of the exact role of ARFs in plant responses to water deficit is limited. In this study, SlARF4, a member of the ARF family, was functionally characterized under water deficit. Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and β-glucuronidase (GUS) staining showed that water deficit and abscisic acid (ABA) treatment reduced the expression of SlARF4. SlARF4 was expressed in the vascular bundles and guard cells of tomato stomata. Loss of function of SlARF4 (arf4) by using Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats/Cas 9 (CRISPR/Cas 9) technology enhanced plant resistance to water stress and rehydration ability. The arf4 mutant plants exhibited curly leaves and a thick stem. Malondialdehyde content was significantly lower in arf4 mutants than in wildtype plants under water stress; furthermore, arf4 mutants showed higher content of antioxidant substances, superoxide dismutase, actual photochemical efficiency of photosystem II (PSII), and catalase activities. Stomatal and vascular bundle morphology was changed in arf4 mutants. We identified 628 differentially expressed genes specifically expressed under water deficit in arf4 mutants; six of these genes, including ABA signaling pathway-related genes, were differentially expressed between the wildtype and arf4 mutants under water deficit and unlimited water supply. Auxin responsive element (AuxRE) elements were found in these genes’ promoters indicating that SlARF4 participates in ABA signaling pathways by regulating the expression of SlABI5/ABF and SCL3, thereby influencing stomatal morphology and vascular bundle development and ultimately improving plant resistance to water deficit. 相似文献

We propose a discrete approximation of Gaussian curvature over quadrilateral meshes using a linear combination of two angle deficits. Let gij and bij be the coefficients of the first and second fundamental forms of a smooth parametric surface F. Suppose F is sampled so that a surface mesh is obtained. Theoretically we show that for vertices of valence four, the considered two angle deficits are asymptotically equivalent to rational functions in gij and bij under some special conditions called the parallelogram criterion. Specifically, the numerators of the rational functions are homogenous polynomials of degree two in bij with closed form coefficients, and the denominators are . Our discrete approximation of the Gaussian curvature derived from the combination of the angle deficits has quadratic convergence rate under the parallelogram criterion. Water productivity (WP) and water footprint (WFP) are popular concepts in research and discourses on water management. Yet there are concerns about their theoretical validity and practical value. This paper shows that the water production function, the concept with a sound theoretical foundation, is the basis for WP. Total WFP is the reciprocal of WP. The practical value of WP and WFP depends on the context of water use and stress. Maximizing WP, not a panacea to all water problems, mainly suits arid rainfed areas. In other regions, economic and marginal WP for increasing overall production should take precedence in water management and policy decisions. 相似文献

探讨中西医结合疗法对高血压合并脑梗死患者神经功能和日常生活的影响。实验方法如下:选择高血压合并脑梗死患者70 例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组35 例,对照组给以常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服中药汤剂,两组均治疗30 d。结果显示:治疗组总有效率 94.3%,[WTBX]对照组总有效率74.3%,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗组高血压合并脑梗死患者神经功能的缺损评分明显降低(P <0.05),Barthel指数评分明显升高(P <0.05)。中西医结合治疗高血压合并脑梗死具有很好的效果。 相似文献

在介绍生态足迹计算模型的基础上,计算分析了西吉县2010年的生态足迹和生态承载力.结果显示,2010年西吉县人均生态足迹为1.260 6 hm2,实际人均生态承载力为1.184 3 hm2,人均生态赤字为0.076 3 hm2,表明生态发展处于不可持续状态.根据计算结果有针对性地提出了实现西吉县可持续发展的对策,即继续实施退耕还林还草政策,切实保护退耕还林还草成果;积极调整农业产业结构,发展后续产业;做好剩余劳动力转移和生态移民工作. 相似文献
