Nowadays, oil pollution has become more serious, which causes great threats both to the ecological environment and human life. In this study, a novel type of multifunctional deacetylated cellulose acetate/polyurethane (d-MCA:MTPU) composite nanofiber membranes for oil/water separation are successfully fabricated by electrospinning, which show super-amphiphilicity in air, super-hydrophilicity in oil, and oleophobicity in water. All the d-MCA:MTPU composite nanofiber membranes with different mass ratios can be used as water-removing, oil-removing, and emulsion separation substance only by gravity driving force. The highest separation flux for water and oil reaches up to 37 000 and 74 000 L m−2 h−1, respectively, and all the separation efficiencies are more than 99%. They have outstanding comprehensive mechanics performance, which can be controlled by simply adjusting the mass ratios. They show excellent antifouling and self-cleaning ability, endowing powerful cyclic stability and reusability. Those results show that d-MCA:MTPU composite nanofiber membranes have great application prospects in oil/water separation.  相似文献

In this work, TiO2 nanoparticles are surface modified by NH2-terminated organic moieties arised from 4,4′-methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI). These nanoparticles are incorporated into ether-based segmented polyurethane (SPU) matrix. MDI is utilized as monomer together with poly(tetramethylene oxide) (PTMO) comonomer for preparing the final polymer as well. The NH2-functionalized TiO2 nanoparticles are covalently linked to the NCO terminals of the resulting SPU macromolecules during film preparation stage. Therefore, in addition to butylene glycol, these surface modified nanoparticles with enhanced organophilicity could play the role of the second chain extender of NCO-capped SPU macromolecules through formation of urea linkages. Optical and thermal behaviors of the transparent and flexible film (SPU/TiO2–MDI) is compared with those of unmodified TiO2 (SPU/TiO2) and TiO2-unloaded SPU films. Though the particle loading is only 5 wt.%, incorporation of TiO2 and TiO2–MDI nanoparticles into the SPU polymer enhances significantly the light absorption in UV region at 300–400 nm. SEM images of the prepared films clearly show a considerable decrease in particle aggregation for TiO2–MDI into SPU matrix compared to that of unmodified TiO2. TG analyses indicate a one-step decomposition pattern with onset temperatures of about 360 and 380 °C for neat SPU and SPU/TiO2–MDI, respectively. Moreover, DTA thermograms of both nanocomposites show obviously two exothermic phase transitions in the thermal range of 330–440 °C.  相似文献

烧结机导料箱、单辊破碎机和卸料漏斗承载着烧结热矿的导料、破碎与输送,是烧结生产的重要组成部分。高温、重载的工况环境决定着机尾卸料装置必须具有抗磨损、耐高温的特性。针对邯钢1^#435m^2烧结机机尾关键部件耐磨工作面寿命短,更换不方便等问题,分析磨损机理与失效原因,提出改进抗磨工作面结构,升级耐磨材料,优化焊接工艺等措施。通过技术方案的实施,使烧结机导料箱、单辊破碎机和卸料漏斗等卸料装置维持了较高的抗磨损性能,达到了预期的改造效果。  相似文献

结合不同改性剂掺量单因素试验,确定了采用88mm叶轮、115mm容器、圆盘锯齿式搅拌器(转速1400r/min)、175℃共混温度、改性剂掺量4.27%、单次搅拌300g的制备工艺参数。在此条件下制备的聚氨酯改性沥青具有优异的水稳定性、储存稳定性且耐老化、耐高温,拥有比普通聚合物改性沥青更高的车辙因子G*/sinδ和15℃动态模量,基本满足高模量沥青要求。  相似文献

Environmental concerns continue to pose the challenge to replace petroleum-based products with renewable ones completely or at least partially while maintaining comparable properties. Herein, rigid polyurethane (PU) foams were prepared using soy-based polyol for structural and thermal insulation applications. Cell size, density, thermal resistivity, and compression force deflection (CFD) values were evaluated and compared with that of petroleum-based PU foam Baydur 683. The roles of different additives, that is, catalyst, blowing agent, surfactants, and different functionalities of polyol on the properties of fabricated foam were also investigated. For this study, dibutyltin dilaurate was employed as catalyst and water as environment friendly blowing agent. Their competitive effect on density and cell size of the PU foams were evaluated. Five different silicone-based surfactants were employed to study the effect of surface tension on cell size of foam. It was also found that 5 g of surfactant per 100 g of polyol produced a foam with minimum surface tension and highest thermal resistivity (R value: 26.11 m2·K/W). However, CFD values were compromised for higher surfactant loading. Additionally, blending of 5 g of higher functionality soy-based polyol improved the CFD values to 328.19 kPa, which was comparable to that of petroleum-based foam Baydur 683.  相似文献

Among the thermoplastic elastomers that play important roles in the polymer industry due to their superior properties, styrene-based species and polyurethane block copolymers are of great interest. Poly(styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene) (SEBS) as a triblock copolymer seems to have the potential to meet many demands in different applications due to various industrial requirements where durability, biocompatibility, breaking elongation, and interfacial adhesion are important. In this study, the SEBS triblock copolymer was functionalized with natural (Satureja hortensis, SH) and synthetic (nanopowder, TiO2) agents to obtain composite nanofibers by electrospinning and electrospraying methods for use in biomedical and water filtration applications. The results were compared with thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) composite nanofibers, which are commonly used in these fields. Here, functionalized SEBS nanofibers exhibited antibacterial effect while at the same time improving cell viability. In addition, because of successful water filtration by using the SEBS composite nanofibers, the material may have a good potential to be used comparably to TPU for the application.  相似文献

Plastic-based multilayer packaging has an important function on the packaging market, but is currently not recyclable as the polymer layers used are usually thermodynamically immiscible. This work therefore follows the approach to prepare separable multilayer packaging using a packaging adhesive modified with thermally unstable adducts, and proposes a corresponding recycling process. For this purpose, typical multilayer structures (polyethylene (PE)// polyethylene terephtalate (PET), PET//aluminum, and PE//aluminum) were prepared by curing furan-/maleimide-functionalized polyurethane (PU)-prepolymers with a three-functional cross-linking agent. Adhesions of up to over 3N per 15 mm test specimen were measured or substrate failures of PET films were observed. However, heating in dimethylsulfoxide, the retro-Diels–Alder reaction takes place and the cross-linked adhesive turns thermoplastic and dissolves in the solvent. Thus, the laminate separates and the pure PE, PET, and aluminum foils can be recovered without any PU residue.  相似文献

The smoke suppression of rigid polyurethane foam (RPUF) modified by melamine was investigated based on three sections: the condensed phase, the carbon layer, and the gas phase. In the condensed phase, the results of thermogravimetry, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) N1S spectrum, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy indicated that melamine could suppress the degradation of RPUF by reacting with the aromatic hydrocarbons. It also reduced the smoke generation because the volatilizable aromatic hydrocarbons were the principal smoke precursors in a fire. In the carbon layer, the decrease from 38.50% to 24.76% of the inner layer oxygen content identified by XPS full‐spectrum and C1S spectrum indicated that melamine could prevent oxygen from transferring into the inner foam by the formation of an enhanced surface carbon layer, and the enhanced carbon layer could also block the release of smoke precursors. In the gas phase, the content of total aromatic hydrocarbons declined to 59.12% according to pyrolysis gaseous chromatography mass spectroscopy and indicated that melamine could reduce the smoke precursors. The results of smoke density chamber and cone calorimeter tests revealed that the addition of the melamine could decrease the smoke density of burning RPUF. The molecular mechanics (MM) method with COMPASS force field was used to study the H-bonds in the polyether based polyurethane model molecules. Availability of the calculation was firstly verified in comparison of some H-bonded model molecules, which were studied by using ab initio calculation, and those calculated by MM. Based on a urethane model molecule 1,3-dimethylcarbamate, which can be donor or acceptor and behaves in various conformations, it is reasonable to have a large number of H-bond interactions between various conformational donors and acceptors. For examining all the possible interaction patterns, we studied 57H-bond complexes. This systematic modeling covers well-known four types of interaction patterns, such as NH?OC (Type I), NH?O-CO (Type II), NH?NH (Type III), NH?COC (Type IV) in the system. Obtained H-bond energies were used to analyze the probabilities of the complexes. For the interaction within the hard segments, or Type I, Type II and Type III, a predominant H-bond complex has been found in the present study, which belongs to Type I. For the interaction between the hard segment and the soft segment, two conformations of Type IV were calculated to be existed.  相似文献
