Six synthesized magnesium aluminate spinel-based refractory compositions used in steel and cement applications, were prepared using a two stage sintering process at 1760 °C, starting with approximately 1:1 wt% ratio of pure magnesia and alumina with additions of zirconium silicate (0.5, 1.0 and 2.0 wt%) and chromite (2.0, 3.0 and 5.0 wt%). These compositions were investigated for effects on densification, chemical and mineralogical phases formed.  相似文献

鄚东地区钻井过程中经常发生垮塌、卡钻、井漏等复杂事故。该地区深井钻井采用了抑制性及封堵性较强的铵基沥青树脂高密度钻井液体系,并根据地层特点,对不同井段制定了相应的钻井液维护处理措施。结果表明,该钻井液体系抑制性好,抗温、抗污染能力强,性能稳定,成功地控制了复杂事故的发生,满足了该地区深层钻井的要求。  相似文献

Cobalt-, praseodymium-added zinc oxide varistor was prepared through a wet chemical method followed by sintering with or without calcination. Changes in grain size, compact density, additives distribution, and voltagecurrent/ capacitance-voltage relations were investigated for the characterization of the samples sintered at temperatures from 1473 to 1573 K without calcination or with calcination at 773 K for 2 h. The electrical properties were compared with nhose of samples prepared by two types of ball mill methods. The wet chemical method provided almost the same additives-distribution profile and less impurities in comparison with the ball grinding method carried out for 10–100 h. The donor concentration and the potential-barrier height for the samples were evaluated by Double Schottky Barrier Model. Addition of small amount of both cobalt and praseodymium in preparation by the wet chemical method was effective for a better nonlinearity relation between voltage and current, which has potential for a smaller sized varistor.  相似文献

重泥浆强凝胶体系对钴井会产生不利影响。笔者结合川东地区的实际情况,分析了重泥浆强凝胶形成的原因和重泥浆弱凝胶的形成机制,提出了形成重泥浆弱凝胶体系的核心和设计原则,总结出了一套以正确使用泥浆添加剂并配合强有力的固控措施为主的成套深井重泥浆弱凝胶工艺技术,介绍了这套技术在川东地区的应用情况。实践证明,少用甚至不用泥浆降粘剂就可获得并维持尽可能低的静切力,使τ_s,10s为0.5—6Pα、τ_s,10min为2—12.5Pα。  相似文献

In this work the use of chemical materials (additives) in order to reduce the biomass ash sintering tendency is investigated. A total of seven additives (kaolin, limestone, lime, dolomite, calcined dolomite, ophite and alumina) and silica utilised as reference material were mixed in different proportions with the ash of five different biomasses, and then a laboratory sintering test was performed on the mixtures to determine the effect of the additives on the sintering. The biomasses studied in this work were: thistle biomass, brassica carinata biomass, barley straw, almond shell and orujillo (olive oil extraction residue). The sintering decrease among the additives was studied using X-ray diffraction.Kaolin, lime, calcined dolomite and ophite are proved to be suitable to reduce the biomass sintering in all the considered cases. Dolomite, limestone and, particularly, the tabular alumina, offer poorer results. The dilution of the biomass ash is considered the main process involved in the decrease of the sintering for most of the additives, with the exception of kaolin whose chemical reactions could be more important than the dilution effect.  相似文献

Poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) membrane electrodes to determine monomer concentrations of tetradecyltrimethylammonium ion (TTA+) and hexadecylpyridinium ion (HPy+) based on neutral ion-pair carrier complexes of tetradecyltrimethylammonium dodecyl sulfate (TTA+-DS) and hexadecylpyridinium dodecyl sulfate (HPy+-DS), respectively, are reported here. The electrodes exhibit a Nernstian slope of 59 mV per decade for TTA+ and a sub-Nernstian slope of 34.5 mV per decade for HPy+ ions. The TTA+ ion-selective electrode (ISE) and the HPy+-ISE can determine the monomer units down to concentrations as low as 4.0×10−4M and 1.66×10−5 M, respectively. The effect of various additives, such as the anionic polyelectrolyte sodium dextran sulfate and macrocyclic β-cyclodextrin, on the surface activity exhibited by the cationic surfactants TTA+-DS and HPy+-DS, in the presence of background concentrations of NaCl was also examined with surfactant-selective sensors. The Gibbs free energy of micelle formation (ΔG m ) of both surfactants in the presence of various additives was calculated and found to be less favorable with respect to an increase in the amount of additives due to less availability of cationic surfactant monomer units. The ion-pair complexes TTA+-DS and HPy+-DS were found to behave as selective carrier compounds in PVC membranes in determining the concentration of monomer units of both TTA+ and HPy+, respectively. The proposed sensors worked well at a fairly acidic pH of 1–6.5 with response time of 60 s. The sensors responded well to the surfactant ions even in the presence of additives at lower concentration. The lifetime of the sensors is 3 mon.  相似文献

It is necessary to study the effect of dyebath additives on decolorization efficiency in order to optimize ozone-based decolorization processes as the consumption of ozone can be reduced through selecting ozone favorable additives. The effect of 5 dyebath additives viz. electrolytes (sodium chloride and sodium sulfate), chelating agent (ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid or EDTA), reducing agent (sodium dithionite), optical brightener (Uvitex BHT), and dispersing agent (Zetex DNVL) was investigated. All of the additives showed synergistic effect as addition of sodium chloride, sodium dithionite and Zetex DN-VL markedly improved decolorization efficiency, but EDTA and optical brightener showed negative effect. Sodium sulfate did not show any positive or negative effect on decolorization efficiency.  相似文献
