以共沉淀法制备煅烧态ZrO2(Y2O3)超细粉末为研究对象,研究了球磨对其物理和烧结性能的影响,结果表明,球磨虽可以有效地减小粉末的团聚尺寸,但对粉末一次颗粒尺寸的的影响不大,球磨可以显著增加团聚程度较严重的锻烧态粉末的比表面积,但对团聚程度较轻的粉末,其影响大:球磨还可显著减小粉末的晶粒尺寸,这与粉末在球磨过程中发生了相变有关。此外,对团聚较严重的粉末,球磨可改善其烧结性能,但对团聚程度较轻的粉  相似文献

通过球磨分散方法制备了具有优良热,机械性能的细晶掺杂石墨材料。采用热分析仪考察了掺杂不同粒径陶瓷粒子的复合材料在1500℃温度范围内抗氧化行为;利用扫描电镜样品在800℃,1200℃和1400℃恒温氧化后的表面形貌。研究结果表明;结晶掺杂石墨在氧化温度高于800℃时有优良的抗氧化性能。  相似文献

The electrochemistry of superdense ‘LiC2’ prepared by ball-milling has been investigated in EC-DMC solutions 1 M LiClO4. A primary capacity very close to 1115 mAhg−1 per carbon atom was observed during the first deintercalation cycle at constant current. The following intercalation-deintercalation cycles yielded capacity close to the theoretical value of 372 mAhg−1, typical of natural graphite. Electrochemical ac-impedance spectroscopy demonstrates that a solid electrolyte interface (SEI) is formed spontaneously upon immersion of the electrode in the electrolyte. Due to the complex nature of the compound prepared by ball-milling (a mixture of lithium metal, LiC3 and LiC6) the mechanism of the first deintercalation is rather complex. It involves the oxidation of lithium metal at about 22 mV versus Li, followed by the decomposition of the superdense phase LiC3 and of LiC6 at potentials that corresponds to the normal electrochemical lithium deintercalation from LiC6. Lithium metal in ‘LiC2’ easily reacts with nitrogen to yield α-Li3N that irreversibly de-intercalates about 1.8±0.1 lithium before decomposing.  相似文献

Hydrogen is an ideal energy carrier which is considered for future transport, such as automotive applications. In this context storage of hydrogen is one of the key challenges in developing hydrogen economy. The relatively advanced storage methods such as high-pressure gas or liquid cannot fulfill future storage goals. Chemical or physically combined storage of hydrogen in other materials has potential advantages over other storage methods. Intensive research has been done on metal hydrides recently for improvement of hydrogenation properties. The present review reports recent developments of metal hydrides on properties including hydrogen-storage capacity, kinetics, cyclic behavior, toxicity, pressure and thermal response. A group of Mg-based hydrides stand as promising candidate for competitive hydrogen storage with reversible hydrogen capacity up to 7.6 wt% for on-board applications. Efforts have been devoted to these materials to decrease their desorption temperature, enhance the kinetics and cycle life. The kinetics has been improved by adding an appropriate catalyst into the system and as well as by ball-milling that introduces defects with improved surface properties. The studies reported promising results, such as improved kinetics and lower decomposition temperatures, however, the state-of-the-art materials are still far from meeting the aimed target for their transport applications. Therefore, further research work is needed to achieve the goal by improving development on hydrogenation, thermal and cyclic behavior of metal hydrides.  相似文献

研究了湖北大冶硅灰石精矿粉经不同时间刚玉球干磨后,晶体结构的变化特点。初期以多型转变为主,后期以晶体结构破坏为主,晶格畸变效应贯穿变化的全过程。在球磨过程中晶粒的剥离方向并不总是平行于{100}解理方向而是变化的,变化的剥离方向平行于晶体结构中单四面体的某些边棱方向。  相似文献

In this study, mold powder slurries with high solid loading and low viscosity were prepared during the ball-milling process for improving the homogeneity and mechanical properties of granules after spray-drying. The effect of ball-milling parameters, such as solid loading, binder/dispersant content, and ball-milling time, on the flowability, dispersibility, stability, and rheological behavior of mold powder slurries was systematically investigated by rheology observation and sedimentation tests. As these parameters varied, the slurry exhibited the shear-thinning behavior of a non-Newtonian fluid with a shear rate range of 0–50 s?1, which was adequately described by the Herschel-Bulkley model. The optimal parameters that optimized the flowability, dispersibility, and stability of the slurry, along with its rheological behavior, were chosen as follows: solid loading, 60 wt%; modified sodium carboxymethyl cellulose binder content, 1.0 wt%; sodium tripolyphosphate dispersant content, 0.5 wt%; ball-milling time, 60 min.  相似文献

The coexistence of ferroelectricity and ferromagnetism has triggered great interest in multiferroic materials. Multiferroic with strong room temperature magnetoelectric (ME) coupling can provide a platform for future technologies. In this paper, we have investigated the effect of mechanical milling on the properties of multiferroic nanocomposites synthesized by mixing barium titanate (BaTiO3) (BT) and nickel cobalt ferrite (Ni0.5Co0.5Fe2O4) (NCF). This process has resulted into reliable disposal of a given quantity of NCF nanoparticles in BT grid and composite samples of different particle sizes (<500 nm) have been obtained by varying the duration of ball-milling for 12, 24, and 48 h. The presence of NCF within BT powder has been confirmed by X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and magnetization measurements (MH). Structural analysis was performed by using Reitveld refinement method that shows that the tetragonality of BaTiO3 structure get reduced in submicron range. Variations in ferroelectric and dielectric properties with reduction in particle size/milling duration have been studied by P-E loop tracer and Impedance analyzer. The dielectric constant value of 400 has been observed for BT-NCF0 that increases to 9.7 K for composite sample ball mill at 48 h whereas remnant polarization increases to 4.2 μC/cm2. These composites with high dielectric constant that changes with temperature and particles size find application in energy storage devices, sensor and memory devices.  相似文献
