炼铁生产环境负荷分析和预测研究

利用寿命周期评价的思想，计算了炼铁生产过程中的环境负荷，并分析了各因素对环境负荷的影响，运用神经网络对炼铁生产过程环境负荷进行了预测。     

Bright Blue Light—emitting Diodes Based on a Novel Fluorescent Dye Containing Heterocyclic Groups

Novel molecular material ,1-benzothiazoly-3-pheny1-pyrazoline (BTPP) was found to function as bright blue light emitting dye in organic electroluminescent device, and its optical and electric characteristics were investigated. This heterovyclic compound exhibited good characteristics of blue photoluminescence and electroluminescence,which had the emission peak at 450nm .The single layer light-emitting devices using BTPP as light -emitting material dispersed in poly(N-vinylcarbazole)(PVK) and double layer ones using PBD as hole block layer above the light-emitting layer were fabricated using conventional spin-casting and vaccum vapour deposition methods. The introduction of PBD has enhanced electron injection and luminance efficiency, compared with the single layer LEDs.     

Accurate measurement of capture cross sections in deep level transient spectroscopy: Application to EL2 in GaAs

A rigorous formulation of capacitance changes during trap filling processes is presented and used to accurately determine the electron capture cross section of EL2 in GaAs at a particular temperature, 377K, in this case. The value, σ_n (377K) = 2.7 × 10⁻¹⁶ cm², is compared with that predicted from the emission dependence.     

用于电脑磁头生产的电子级NMP质量监控方法

电子级NMP溶剂在电脑磁头生产中用作脱蜡剂、脱脂剂和污渍清洁剂。介绍了适用于电脑磁头生产的电子级NMP溶剂的质量控制项目(纯度、色度、水分、阴离子含量、硅油、微粒、pH值、重金属、有机痕量杂质、腐蚀试验等)和测试方法。     

基于无源控制的无速度传感器异步电机调速控制

建立其交流异步电机的欧拉—拉格朗日数学模型,再以无源控制理论实现电机调速控制。为了转速反馈的准确性,加入了转速估算环节。充分利用被控系统已有的结构,直接比较给定的电磁转矩和估算的电磁转矩,运用PI闭环控制构造出转速信号。在Simulink中搭建仿真模型进行实验,仿真结果表明：此控制方法对交流异步电机速度控制具有较好的静/动态性能和抗干扰性。     

无机电致发光平板显示技术研究进展

无机电致发光（EL）平板显示是一项有着广泛应用前景的自发光型平板显示技术。本文简单介绍了无机EL平板显示器的结构、原理和实现全彩色显示的方法，阐述了所使用的电极、介质和发光材料的作用、要求及研究现状，分析了存在的问题，并展望了其产业化的前景。     

Fabrication and performance characteristics of black‐dielectric electroluminescent 160 × 80‐pixel displays

Abstract— We report on recent technological progress in black‐dielectric electroluminescent (BDEL) displays. Fabrication of the first monochrome BDEL 160 × 80‐pixel 4‐in. displays driven with commercial low‐power (<5 W) drive circuitry is presented. Preliminary results on blue‐dielectric EL full‐color displays are also reported. Improvements in both BDEL display performance and display manufacturability underscore the recent development path.     

Stable Synthetic Bacteriochlorins for Photodynamic Therapy: Role of Dicyano Peripheral Groups,Central Metal Substitution (2H,Zn, Pd), and Cremophor EL Delivery

A series of four stable synthetic bacteriochlorins was tested in vitro in HeLa cells for their potential in photodynamic therapy (PDT). The parent bacteriochlorin (BC), dicyano derivative (NC)₂BC and corresponding zinc chelate (NC)₂BC–Zn and palladium chelate (NC)₂BC–Pd were studied. Direct dilution of a solution of bacteriochlorin in an organic solvent (N,N‐dimethylacetamide) into serum‐containing medium was compared with the dilution of bacteriochlorin in Cremophor EL (CrEL; polyoxyethylene glycerol triricinoleate) micelles into the same medium. CrEL generally reduced aggregation (as indicated by absorption and fluorescence) and increased activity up to tenfold (depending on bacteriochlorin), although it decreased cellular uptake. The order of PDT activity against HeLa human cancer cells after 24 h incubation and illumination with 10 J cm^?2 of near‐infrared (NIR) light is (NC)₂BC–Pd (LD₅₀=25 nM ) > (NC)₂BC > (NC)₂BC–Zn ≈ BC. Subcellular localization was determined to be in the endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria and lysosomes, depending on the bacteriochlorin. (NC)₂BC–Pd showed PDT‐mediated damage to mitochondria and lysosomes, and the greatest production of hydroxyl radicals as determined using a hydroxyphenylfluorescein probe. The incorporation of cyano substituents provides an excellent motif for the enhancement of the photoactivity and photostability of bacteriochlorins as PDT photosensitizers.
