无机高分子絮凝剂聚硫酸铁合成条件的研究

实验研究了以工业硫酸亚铁及废硫酸为原料,分别采用NaClo_3、KClO_3、H_2O_2及(o_2+NaNO_2)为氧化剂成聚硫酸铁的条件。在以(O_2+NaNO_2)为氧化剂的合成过程中,发现添加微量助催化剂(型号为HG-1、HG-2和HG-3),对提高合成速度及反应过程的稳定性具有重大作用。     

Fabrication and Characterization of Two‐Photon Polymerized Features in Colloidal Crystals

The fabrication and characterization of two‐photon polymerized features written within and outside of colloidal crystals is presented. Two‐photon polymerization (TPP) response diagrams are introduced and developed to map the polymerization and damage thresholds for features written via modulated beam rastering. The use of tris[4‐(7‐benzothiazol‐2‐yl‐9,9‐diethylfluoren‐2‐yl)phenyl]amine (AF‐350) as an initiator for TPP is demonstrated for the first time and TPP response diagrams illustrate the polymerization window. These diagrams also demonstrate that the polymerization behavior within and outside of colloidal crystals is similar and electron microscopy reveals nearly identical resolution. Fluorescence confocal microscopy further enables visualization of non‐self‐supporting, three‐dimensional TPP features within self‐assembled photonic crystals. Finally, microspot spectroscopy is collected from a two‐photon feature written within a colloidal crystal and this is compared with simulation.     

聚合反应器制造质量控制要点探讨

聚合反应器是无法检修设备,不允许打开,所以聚合反应器的制造质量必须严格控制,在设备制造过程中,严格按照设计图纸、技术要求及国家现行标准,进行控制设备制造、检验和验收,使制造质量达到规定要求。     

乙烯基三甲基硅烷等离子体聚合反应历程

应用色谱—质谱(GC-MS)及裂解色谱-质谱(PGC-MS)测定了乙烯基三甲基硅烷等离子体聚合反应中的气体冷凝物及聚合物,研究推导了等离子体聚合反应历程。单体在气相中被电子撞击,然后扩散到基底,在基底发生链增长和链终止反应。     

Polymerization Kinetics of Fischer‐Tropsch Reaction on Iron Based Catalysts and Product Grade Optimization

The polymerization kinetics of Fischer‐Tropsch reactions on a K‐promoted Fe catalyst was studied. To represent the product distribution, a kinetic model was developed based on alkyl and alkenyl mechanisms for hydrocarbon chain propagation, which were assumed to occur simultaneously in the Fischer‐Tropsch synthesis. The conclusion was drawn that superimposed Anderson‐Schulz‐Flory (ASF) distributions with different chain growth probabilities, on iron catalysts, can be the result of different chain growth mechanisms. The polymerization mechanism was used to obtain the product distribution for several conditions, and the optimum conditions for the production of transportation fuels were found.     

Ring-opening polymerization of decamethylcyclopentasiloxane initiated by a superbase: Kinetics and rheology

The use of phosphazene bases in combination with water was proved to be efficient in order to obtain polysiloxane polymers from cyclic monomers. Only a few minutes are necessary to obtain polymer chains with a monomer concentration of 5% at the equilibrium. For that purpose the space which is between a rheometer's plates is the most convenient device to monitor this reaction concerning a chemical and viscoelastic point of view. Therefore, here is proposed a chemo-rheology study that leads in the same time to the chemical kinetics equations and to the variation of the viscoelastic functions during the polymerization. In this way different catalysts are used and their efficiencies are compared as a function of their “basicity tank”. Whatever the experimental conditions involved are, viscosity versus polymer concentration or conversion shows a master curve for catalysts suitable to be used under extrusive conditions. Thus, only a few experiments are needed in order to develop a model which can be used to foresee the variation of the viscosity during the reaction.

New catalyst systems for the polymerization of acetylene

The catalytic activities of WCI₆Ph₄Sn, MoCl₅Ph₄Sn and tetrabenzyltitanium were examined in the polymerization of acetylene. The structure, morphology and electrical conductivity of the doped and non doped polyacetylene were also studied.
