三种骨灰瓷原料的制备与晶相结构

本实验采用牛、猪、羊三种骨头通过高温煅烧制备骨灰瓷原料。采用XRD和SEM方法表征三种骨灰料的晶相结构和显微结构。实验结果表明 :三种骨灰料经 14 0 0℃煅烧后均存在Ca1 0 (PO4 ) 6(OH) 2 、α -Ca3(PO4 ) 2 种晶相。在 132 0℃煅烧的三种骨灰料中 ,按牛、猪、羊顺序 ,Ca1 0 (PO4 ) 6 (OH) 2 含量分别为 87 2 %、89 1%、71 9% ;β-Ca3(PO4 ) 2 含量最高 ,其可塑性和成瓷性能好 ,从晶相上考虑选择羊骨为较佳的骨灰瓷原料。从白度和透光度上考虑选择牛骨为较佳原料。随着煅烧温度升高 ,三种骨头料的β-Ca3(PO4 ) 2 含量增加 ,羊骨和牛骨中的Ca1 0 (PO4 ) 6 (OH) 2 含量减少 ,而猪骨的Ca1 0(PO4 ) 6 (OH) 2 含量反而增加。因此煅烧温度升高对羊骨和牛骨有利 ,而对猪骨不利

Treatment of Bone Waste Using Thermal Plasma Technology

Daily meat consumption produces a lot of bone waste, and dumped bone waste without treatment would result in environmental hazards. Conventional treatment methods of waste bones have some disadvantages. Herein, an investigation of bone waste treated using thermal plasma technology is presented. A high-temperature plasma torch operated at 25.2 kW was used to treat bone waste for seven minutes. The bone waste was finally changed into vitric matter and lost 2/3 of its weight after the treatment. The process was highly efficient, economical, convenient, and fuel-free. This method could be used as an alternative for disposal of bone waste, small infectious animals, hazardous hospital waste, etc.

Eetopie Bone Formation in vivo Indueed by a Novel Synthetie Peptide Derived from BMP-2 Using Porous Collagen Scaffolds

To investigate the osteoinductive and ectopicly osteogenic effects of a novel peptide P24 derived from bone morphogenetic protein 2 （BMP2）, biodegradable collagen scaffolds （CS） were used to load BMP-2-derived peptide solutions with different concentrations （0.4 mg peptide/CS, 0.1 mg peptide/CS and pure CS, respectively）, and the implants were implanted into muscular pockets on the back of Wistar rats. Radiographs and histological analysis were performed to evaluate the ectopic bone effects. Active ectopic bone formation was seen in both groups containing the peptide at different concentration （0.4 mg and 0.1 mg）, whereas no bone formation and only fibrous tissue was seen in the pure CS group. The new bone formation induced by the peptide P24 displayed a dose-dependent and time-dependent efficiency. The new bone formation in the 0.4 mg peptide/CS group significantly increased than that of the 0.1 mg peptide/CS group. This novel BMP-2-derived peptide had excellent osteoinductive and ectopicly osteogenic properties which were similar to those of BMP2.
