This paper describes an experimental study of the fabrication of micro-mechanisms on a silicon wafer. Planar process technology developed in the industry of CMOS LSI was employed. The structural material is CVD-polycrystalline silicon with a thickness of 2.5 μm and the sacrificial material is CVD-SiO2 with a thickness of 1.0 μm. In the experimental study, micro-rotors with a shaft and a cap in an assembled form were fabricated on a silicon wafer. The self-alignment process gave a tolerance of 1.0 μm between the rotor and the shaft. The maximum rotation speed observed was 9 x 104 rpm by blowing nitrogen gas.  相似文献

Color depth is difficult to evaluate; however, it plays an important role in the assessments of color fastness, dyeing properties, and so on. The subjective evaluation of color depth is prone to be affected by people, environment, etc. As for objective evaluation, there are more than 10 formulas, which confuses the user. In this study, a theoretically designed new formula is inspected through 18195 chips with 24 grades of color depth from the SINO COLOR BOOK, with the help of four preferable objective evaluation formulas. The specimens were measured using an X‐Rite Color i7 spectrophotometer, and all their depth values were calculated and statistically analyzed by programming MATLAB. Of the five formulas, the new formula yields the best outcome of variance coefficients (CVs) but the worst linearity, with a correlation coefficient R = 0.976. It was then theoretically revised to two other formulas, one obtains the highest linearity (R = 0.9997) and the third CV, and the other gains the second linearity (R = 0.9984) and the second CV among the seven formulas. Besides, the three new formulas are not as sensitive as the others to the changes of Hue and Chroma. In general, the new revised formulas show potential and need to be further evaluated.  相似文献

Interesting chemical differences betwen weldlines obtained at 100 Hz and 150 Hz frequencies in linear vibration wood welding were observed by FT-IR and 13C NMR. An increase in the proportion of unoxidized phenolic groups in the lignin is observed by FT-IR and the increased joint strength observed is ascribed to the improved adhesion derived from this. The much decreased level of oxidation due to the much shorter welding time possible at 150 Hz was clearly observed by 13C NMR by a marked decrease, even disappearance, of the presence of dark coloured quinones in the weldline at 150 Hz. This yielded colourless weldlines.  相似文献

为了减少能耗对于无线传感器网络生存时间的影响.提出了一种置信区间和禁忌算法相结合的数据聚合算法(CBTA).CBTA根据簇内节点所采数据呈高斯分布的特点,使用抽样样本设定置信区间与总量模型的对比,有效地减少了数据发送量;同时为避免出现采集热点,采用禁忌算法对抽样数据进行禁忌水平线限制.与相关研究相比,CBTA采用全新的数据发送方式,能够有效降低能耗.仿真实验证明,CBTA能够很好地满足不同用户准确率的要求,且在网络寿命上大幅度优于同类算法.  相似文献
