属性约简是粗糙集理论的重要研究内容之一,其中基于区分矩阵的约简算法是一种高效的约简算法,但算法具有很高的空间复杂度.为了减少区分矩阵的空间开销,利用浓缩树结构,结合区分矩阵单个属性一定为核属性的特征,提出改进的生成浓缩树算法,压缩存储区分矩阵中的非空数据项,且不丢失原区分矩阵的所有信息;利用生成的浓缩树结构结合启发式策略,给出属性约简算法.实验结果表明,算法正确有效并且空间复杂度有明显降低.  相似文献

某公司2台6MW抽凝式汽轮机组采用常规仪表和液压调节系统控制,存在控制精度较低、检修维护量大、现场调试困难等问题,不能达到最佳热电分配.为此,将机组常规仪表控制改造为DCS控制、液压调节系统改为DEH系统,实现DCS+ DEH一体化设计.结果表明:改造后的控制系统能做到数据共享,达到机组热电负荷跟踪控制和节能优化调节的效果,降低节流损失和乏汽损失,提高了汽轮机热效率和机组经济性,每年可节约标煤3 279 t、节水30000 t,经济效益和社会效益非常显著.  相似文献

This study experimentally examined a cylindrical multi-hole premixed burner for its potential use for a condensing gas boiler, which produces less NOx emissions and performs better. In this study, the hole diameters and the arrangement of a multi-hole burner were investigated using a flat burner model. The combustion characteristics for the flame stability as well as the NOx and CO emissions were examined using a cylindrical burner. For an optimal operating condition, the equivalence ratio for the cylindrical burner was between 0.70 and 0.75. For this condition, the turn-down ratio was 3:1 or higher, which was suitable for appropriate control of the boiler operation. The NOx and CO emissions were less than 40 ppm and less than 30 ppm, respectively, for a 0% O2 basis. The LPG and LNG were able to be used in this type of burner because there was no phenomenal difference in the stable combustion region between them.  相似文献

view of the complex airflow variation in spinning channel on air-extraction rotor, an unstructured fluid calculation domain with single phase and steady slate was built by ICKM CFI) and FLUENT software, based on RNG k-e turbulence physical model.The pressure-velocity coupling of I he internal How field in the spinning channel was solved through SIMPLE algorithm, and the mass flow difference between inlet and outlet Am =0.001 4 g/s was obtained through calculation.The numerical simulation satisfied the convergence condition of residual.The results showed that there was an obvious pressure gradient in the rotor, and the static and dynamic pressure gradually increased from central area of the rotor to the edge of condensing groove.Besides, there was turbulence velocity at the outlet of fil>er pipeline, and the air velocity(342 - 428.68 m/s) on the slip surface and flow area in the condensing groove was relatively high.The trajectory and boundary of two airflow lines in the spinning channel was clear and the flow direction was regular, the line characteristics conformed to the analysis expectation of the pressure field and velocity field.Our work strongly supports research on the flow field characteristics and spinning mechanism of high-speed rotor. © 2021 China Silk Association. In this research, design factors for a heat exchanger and boiler were investigated using a simplified model of a heat exchanger and pilot condensing boiler, respectively. Specifications of each heat exchanger component (e.g., upper heat exchanger (UHE) and lower heat exchanger (LHE); coil heat exchanger (CHE); baffles) were investigated using a model apparatus, and the comprehensive performance of the pilot gas boiler was examined experimentally. The heating efficiency of the boiler developed was about 90% when using the optimal designed heat exchangers. Compared to a conventional Bunsen-type boiler, the heating efficiency was improved about 10%. Additionally, NOx and CO emissions were about 30 ppm and 160 ppm, respectively, based on a 0% O2 basis at an equivalence ratio of 0.70, which is an appropriate operating condition. However, the pollutant emission of the boiler developed is satisfactory considering the emission performance of a condensing boiler, even though CO emission must be reduced.  相似文献

This paper presents a thermodynamic model to evaluate the coefficient of performance (COP) of an air-cooled screw chiller under various operating conditions. The model accounts for the real process phenomena, including the capacity control of screw compressors and variations in the heat-transfer coefficients of an evaporator and a condenser at part load. It also contains an algorithm to determine how the condenser fans are staged in response to a set-point condensing temperature. The model parameters are identified, based on the performance data of chiller specifications. The chiller model is validated using a wide range of operating data of an air-cooled screw chiller. The difference between the measured and modelled COPs is within ±10% for 86% of the data points. The chiller’s COP can increase by up to 115% when the set-point condensing temperature is adjusted, based on any given outdoor temperature. Having identified the variation in the chiller’s COP, a suitable strategy is proposed for air-cooled screw chillers to operate at maximum efficiency as much as possible when they have to satisfy a building’s cooling-load.  相似文献
