The results of investigation of the modification of the Armenian minerals with fluorine-containing oligomers show that a modified product appears when the mineral fillers are treated with fluoroalkanes. The product preserves the structure of the fillers with a “grafted” fluoroalkane layer in which chlorine atoms locate mainly over their periphery. The composite materials based on heterochained polymers and the modified fillers possess a stronger wear resistance and a low friction coefficient.  相似文献

Current methods in alleviating the wall deposition problem in spray drying emphasize mainly controlling the stickiness of the drying particles and less attention is placed on the properties of the dryer wall. In this experimental study, the effect of wall surface properties on the deposition mechanism has been investigated. Properties considered in classifying different wall materials were surface energy, roughness, and dielectric properties. The model solution contained sucrose, representing low-molecular-weight sugars commonly encountered in spray drying of fruit and vegetable juices. The effect of wall properties on deposition was explored at different drying rates producing particles of different surface rigidity. Larger surface roughness produced higher deposition fluxes for particles with high impact velocity and moisture. Surface energy and surface roughness were found to have no significant effect for dry rigid particles at the middle and bottom elevation of the drying chamber. However, material with lower surface energy (Teflon) exhibited less deposition for rubbery particles at such elevations. Analysis shows that dielectric wall material (Teflon) tends to enhance deposition of dry particles because of attrition at the surface. Higher wall temperature was found to produce slightly more deposition. The results of this work give a general indication of the effect of wall material on the deposition problem and provide the fundamental understanding for further studies along this line. Proper selection of dryer wall material will provide potential alternatives for reducing the deposition problem.  相似文献

研究了膨润土尾矿的比表面积、添加量及偶联剂表面改性处理对其作为PVC塑料填料时的力学性能和流变性能的影响。结果表明,膨润土尾矿作填料的PVC试样,拉伸强度优于重质CaCO_3,为填料的试样,冲击强度和流动性能则有所下降。钛酸酯作偶联剂有利于提高填充试样的冲击强度。但对拉伸强度无明显效果。膨润土尾矿的添加量约20份时,试样的力学性能最佳。  相似文献

研究了钛酸酯类偶联剂和硅烷类偶联剂对钙矿、硅酸盐填充的PVC填允材料力学性能、相态结构、密度、热失重率及吸水伸长率和耐热阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,偶联剂可改善填充PVC的抗冲性能,降低其拉伸强度,扫描电镜分析表明,填料越细,分散越均匀,越易被PVC树脂所包覆,力学性能越好,研究得到了比重大、热失重率低、吸水伸长率小、阻燃耐烧灼性好的高填充PVC硬质塑料地板砖。  相似文献

Limestone filler cement in low w/c concrete: A rational use of energy   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
The effect of limestone filler (up to 20%) on the degree of hydration, the volume of hydration products, and the optimal replacement of limestone filler in cement pastes at different w/cm ratios (0.25-0.50) were investigated by using a quadratic statistical model. The results show an increase in the degree of hydration in very low w/cm ratio paste when the limestone filler content is increased. However, the largest volume of hydration products occurs for high w/cm ratio pastes, for which the available space also increases with the limestone filler content. Finally, for a given cement, the optimum limestone filler content for different w/cm ratios can be obtained by using the gel-space ratio concept.In addition, concrete mixtures (w/cm=0.30 and 0.34) were made to determine the compressive strength. The results have shown that concretes containing limestone filler cements present a small reduction of strength at 28 days improving the hydration of clinker particles in the system. The strength of concrete depends on the gel-space ratio, which takes into account all of the effects produced by limestone filler addition: the increase of the degree of hydration, the dilution, and the increase of the effective w/c ratio.  相似文献

本文研究聚合度及增塑剂、填充剂用量对高分子量聚氯乙烯(HMWPVC)树脂物理力学性能的影响规律,并将国内外HMWPVC树脂以及HMWPVC与通用型PVC树脂进行了性能对比。结果表明,HMWPVC增塑、填充体系的拉什强度、撕裂强度冲击回弹性及压缩永久形变等物理力学性能均随聚合度的提高而有所增加,而且各项性能均优于通用型PVC树脂,可有效地用作橡胶代用品。分子量相同的国内外HMWPVC树脂物理力学性能基本相同。但是,后者随着增塑剂用量的增加,弹性比前者有所提高;随着填充剂用量的增加,性能变化比前者缓慢.增加填充剂用量以降低制品的体积成本。笔者还时两者物理力学性能的差异与颗粒形态之间的关系进行了探讨。  相似文献

Polysiloxane loaded with SiC as inert filler, and Al as active filler, was pyrolyzed in nitrogen to fabricate SiOC composites, and the processing and properties of the filled SiOC composites were investigated. Adding SiC fillers could reduce the linear shrinkage of filler-free cured polysiloxane in order to obtain monolithic SiC/SiOC composites. The flexural strength of SiC/SiOC composites reached 201.3 MPa at a SiC filler content of 27.6 vol.%. However, SiC/SiOC composites exhibited poor oxidation resistance, thermal shock resistance and high temperature resistance. Al fillers could react with hydrocarbon generated during polysiloxane pyrolysis at 600 °C and N2 at 800 °C to form Al4C3 and AlN, respectively. The volume expansions resulting from these two reactions were in favor of the reduction in linear shrinkage and the improvement in flexural strength of SiC/SiOC composites. The flexural strength of Al-containing SiC/SiOC composites was 1.36 times that of SiC/SiOC composites without Al at an Al filler content of 20 vol.%. The addition of Al fillers remarkably improved the high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance of SiC/SiOC composites, but not thermal shock resistance.  相似文献
