以纽荷尔脐橙为原料,通过对外观品质、理化品质、活性成分和精油成分的比较来研究黄龙病对脐橙果实品质的影响。结果表明:脐橙感染黄龙病后,果实质量降低,果皮难以转色;以可溶性糖、可溶性固形物质量分数为代表的果实成熟度指标均明显降低,果实食用品质下降明显;果皮、果肉中橙皮苷的含量均大幅度升高,精油挥发性成分的种类增加90.90%。脐橙果感染黄龙病后,食用品质严重下降,难以达到鲜食的要求;然而其橙皮苷、纤维、精油等功效成分的含量增多,如考虑将其用于副产物的提取,将利于资源的合理利用。本研究旨在为感染黄龙病脐橙果的综合利用提供理论参考。  相似文献

近红外光谱分析技术作为一种无损、快捷的分析方法在各个领域应用相当广泛。针对柑橘黄龙病检测成本高、可靠性差和精度低等问题,提出了一种堆栈降噪自编码融合随机森林(Stacked Denoising Auto-encoders Combined Random Forest,SDAE-RF)的柑橘黄龙病近红外光谱检测方法,该方法首先采用多阶段预处理法对样本光谱数据进行预处理,然后采用SDAE对经过预处理后的光谱数据进行降维,实现柑橘样本深层特征的提取,最后利用RF的投票集成策略实现分类鉴别。为了验证SDAE-RF模型的性能,采用某公司提供的柑橘叶片近红外光谱数据为实例,以不同比例的训练集进行实验,并与ELM、SWELM、SVM、BP、SDAE和RF模型的鉴别能力进行对比。实验结果表明,SDAE-RF模型较其他算法在分类精度、算法稳定性以及训练时间方面均表现出较好的效果。  相似文献

The citrus industry has been threatened by Huanglongbing (HLB) for over a century. Here, an HLB-induced Arabidopsis RPM1-interacting protein 4 (RIN4) homologous gene was cloned from Citrus clementina, and its characteristics and function were analyzed to determine its role during citrus–Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus (CLas) interactions. Quantitative real-time PCR showed that RIN4 was expressed in roots, stems, leaves and flowers, with the greatest expression level in leaves. Its expression was suppressed by gibberellic acid, indole-3-acetic acid, salicylic acid and jasmonic acid treatments, but was induced by abscisic acid and salt treatments, as well as wounding. The transient expression of a RIN4-GFP showed that RIN4 was localized in the cell membrane. RIN4-overexpressing transgenic C. maxima cv. ‘Shatianyou’ plants were obtained, and some transgenic plants showed greater sensitivity to CLas infection and earlier HLB symptoms appearance than non-transgenic controls. Results obtained in this study indicated that the upregulated expression of RIN4 in HLB diseased citrus may aid CLas infection.  相似文献

Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus’ (CLas) is a bacterium that causes Huanglongbing, also known as citrus greening, in citrus plants. ‘Candidatus Liberibacter solanacearum’ (Lso) is a close relative of CLas and in the US it infects solanaceous crops, causing zebra chip disease in potato. Previously, we have identified the Lso hypothetical protein effector 1 (Lso-HPE1). This protein uses a signal peptide for secretion; disrupts programmed cell death; and interacts with tomato RAD23c, d, and e proteins, but not with RAD23a. In this study, we evaluated whether CLIBASIA_00460, the CLas homolog of Lso-HPE1 interacted with citrus RAD23 proteins and disrupted their programmed cell death. Based on the yeast two-hybrid assay results, CLIBASIA_00460 interacted with citrus RAD23c and RAD23d, but not with citrus RAD23b. These results were confirmed using bimolecular fluorescence complementation assays, which showed that these interactions occurred in cell puncta, but not in the nucleus or cytoplasm. Additionally, CLIBASIA_00460 was able to disrupt the PrfD1416V-induced hypersensitive response. Therefore, based on the similar interactions between Lso-HPE1 and CLIBASIA_00460 with the host RAD23 proteins and their ability to inhibit cell death in plants, we propose that these effectors may have similar functions during plant infection.  相似文献
