工艺条件对薄片陶瓷材料凝胶流延成型的影响

利用有机单体的聚合原理，成功进行了陶瓷薄片材料的凝胶流延成型。讨论了工艺条件对成型的影响。使用惰性气氛保护克服了单体聚合反应中的氧气阻聚问题，浆料在一定温度和气氛条件下能够顺利完成聚合反应。所成型的坯体具有良好的强度和柔韧性，在1550℃经2h烧结，烧结样品显微结构均匀，没有发现晶粒异常长大现象，烧结体致密度达到97．7％。     

Aqueous tape casting of yttria stabilized zirconia

Tape casting process was used to produce yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ) substrates in an aqueous system with poly(vinylalcohol) (PVA) and glycerine as binder and plasticizer, respectively. Various compositions of YSZ slips with different amounts of PVA and glycerine and consequently different solid/liquid ratios were prepared. The influence of the slip composition on the rheological properties of the slips was studied. In addition, the effect of the slip composition on the properties of the green and sintered tapes was investigated. PVA and glycerine did not affect the dispersion properties of the YSZ powder. Glycerine additions enhanced the flexibility of the green tapes but also produced a decrease in the tensile strength. The increase in the PVA content increased the tensile strength but resulted in a markedly decrease in the green density of the tapes. A correlation between the green and sintered density was found. The anisotropic sintering shrinkage parallel and perpendicular to the casting direction increased with increasing the PVA content. The slip compositions with 5 wt% PVA produced green tapes with satisfactory tensile strength. They had the highest sintered density, the lower sintering shrinkage and the lesser shrinkage anisotropy.

本文报道采用流延法制备的热释电厚膜陶瓷材料直接装配的单元红外探测器，该方法大大简化了目前探测器的制备工艺，极大地提高了材料的利用率，器件的性能也达到了目前探测器的水平。

The development of a high-speed spindle measurement system using a laser diode and a quadrants sensor

Reducing the manufacturing time is the trend of precision manufacturing, and the precision of a work-piece is very important for manufacturing industry. High-speed cutting is becoming more widely used and the high-speed spindle is a very important element, whose precision may affect the overall performance of high-speed cutting. Most of the studies on high-speed cutting are focused on the cutting force, the vibration of the spindle and the effects of the spindle's thermal expansion; however, the measurement of the high-speed spindle continues to use the conventional spindle measurement method.As with the measurement of the high-speed spindle, more strict demands are set on the dynamic balance of cutting tools and the bandwidth of the measurement systems when compared with common spindles. The capacitance displacement sensor has been employed for the spindle error test. The precision of the measurement system is limited by the reference (such as a master ball or a master cylinder). Also the capacitance sensor and the reference must be grounded together. This paper presents a simple spindle measurement system using a laser diode and a quadrants sensor, with accuracy up to 1 μm, within 300,000 rpm for various spindles. The system does not need any reference and it is easy to set up. This system can be applied to measure the spindle errors, the spindle speed and the spindle indexing.     

Particular behavior of spindle thermal deformation by thermal bending

Thermally induced errors reduce the accuracy in precision machining, and a great deal of research has been presented on compensation for these errors in machine tools. However, during the transition period after commencing or stopping spindle rotation, thermal deformation behavior is very complex. In particular, the y-directional movement of the vertical machining center cannot be explained by thermal expansion alone because of the relationship between deformation and temperature. Thermal bending that is generated from the thermal gradient in the structure causes this movement. In the research described in this paper, a theoretical explanation and an experimental verification is given for the particular behavior of spindle thermal deformation. As it is not easy to map the relationship of the compensation model, separation of the steady from the non-steady state in the mapping process is strongly recommended.

5YSZ陶瓷基体的成型及烧结收缩率调节

为了提高5YSZ陶瓷基体的致密度和调节其烧结收缩率,通过流延法成型,优化了分散剂、消泡剂、球磨时间、固含量和胶含量。优化的条件为:分散剂含量0.9%,消泡剂含量0.63%,球磨时间22h+22h,固含量64%,胶含量29%。在优化的条件下,浆料分散均匀,生瓷带无气泡,5YSZ陶瓷基体烧结致密,且与Al2O3印刷层共烧良好。     

基于磁带分级存储的文件备份系统设计与实现

随着磁盘价格的不断下降,越来越多的容灾备份系统采用将本地数据经过网络传输到服务器磁盘进行备份,但是大数据时代的来,瞄,导致存储压力越来越大。然而在庞大的数据中,有很大一部分数据活跃率并不高。设计并实现了一种基于磁带分级存储的文件备份与恢复系统,采用索引的方式记录并组织备份文件,实现增量备份;该系统将服务器端拆分为两部分,首先将文件数据备份到服务器磁盘,再根据相关时间保留策略,将活跃率较低的数据归档到脏带中。保证了大数据时代服务器磁盘的高效利用。     

250m/s超高速磨床主轴磁浮轴承设计

本文介绍了磁浮轴承的优点，并针对一台250m/s超高速磨床主轴系统，首次进行了磁浮轴承设计，其结果对我国发展高速主轴技术有一定意义。
