工业现场的温度变化范围大而剧烈,工作在工业现场的传感器大多数都对温度有一定的敏感度,这样就会使传感器的零点发生漂移,导致测量出现附加误差,因此温度补偿问题一直是传感器技术中的关键环节。根据单总线数字式温度传感器DS18820的工作原理、结构,并以电阻应变式传感器为例,提出了具体的补偿方案。  相似文献

钨铜材料电镀镍层常见缺陷分析及解决方法   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
就钨铜材料表面电镀镍层常见的孔洞、油污、鼓泡和腐蚀等缺陷进行了研究;采用扫描电镜和金相显微镜对缺陷形貌进了观察,并通过能谱分析对缺陷处元素组成进行了研究.研究结果表明:电镀层的孔洞是由于钨铜基材中存在较大孔洞造成的;油污是由于基材表面的针孔里残留有电镀液而引起的;鼓泡是由于钨铜基材表面存在氧化铝;腐蚀是因为电镀工艺不恰当引起的.还对不同缺陷提出了相应的解决方法.  相似文献

White marbles have been a popular building material since Greek and Roman times. Recently, the long-term aesthetical aspect of white marbles has been questioned. In this paper, the results of our research on the development of stains on different types of white marbles (seven Italian and one Greek marble) are presented. The staining of white marbles has been studied by using different microscopic techniques and staining methods. In addition, a new optimised staining technique is proposed for artificially staining of white Carrara marble. An objective normalised measuring method is also developed for quantifying the discolouration of natural materials. Although the inclusions of organic material in crystals in marbles are often suggested to be responsible for staining, this investigation illustrated that they have little or no influence on the discolouration of the natural stones. Systematic investigation showed that the presence of pyrite and hematite crystals plays a dominant role for the development of discolouration.  相似文献

Porcelain stoneware tile polishing is a process that adds value to ceramic tiles due to the high gloss achieved upon reducing surface roughness. However, surface polishing removes a fine layer of the product, revealing numerous “closed” pores initially located inside the material, which may compromise some of its properties such as stain resistance. The literature indicates a possible orientation of pores on surfaces parallel to that of the use of the product. Based on this hypothesis, the present work aimed to evaluate how the thickness of the layer removed by polishing acts upon the profile of exposed surface pores, and hence, on the stain resistance of the product. The results of this study are novel and reveal that the staining tendency of porcelain stoneware tile can be altered significantly by varying the conditions of the surface wear produced by polishing.  相似文献

The helical scan magnetic recording equipment, like the video tape recorders (VTR), consist of many tribe-elements. The wear of these tribe-elements is an essential problem affecting the reliability of the equipment. The rotating magnetic head in high-speed rubbing with the magnetic tape needs a self-cleaning effect by mild wear. A simple trial of reducing the head wear often brings partial recession, friction polymer and brown stain. The summary of the current study of head wear is given by dividing it into the head factors, the tape factors, the system factors and the atmosphere factors. The computational analysis of head contour change caused by wear is compared with the experimental results. The outline of the tribology of motor, capstan and tape path in the VTR is introduced.  相似文献

部分粘接预应力抗拔桩静荷载实验下的桩身受力分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
传统的抗拔桩在承受抗拔荷载时,桩身混凝土受到拉伸,这样导致抗拔桩在没有承受多大的抗拔力的情况下,桩身混凝土已经发生拉伸破坏而产生裂隙,随后桩身钢筋结构锈蚀破坏.预应力抗拔桩有效改善了普通抗拔桩的桩身结构,能充分发挥抗拔桩的承载力,解决了普通抗拔桩所不能解决的问题.部分粘接是解决抗拔桩上施加预应力的一种方法和手段.通过现场实际的部分粘接预应力抗拔桩荷载试验,了解部分粘接预应力抗拔桩的桩身受力情况,为进一步完善预应力抗拔桩的受力机理分析提供了可靠的试验依据.  相似文献
