用JW—702型多试样磨损试验机研究了以铸铁(HB220)为摩擦副在干摩擦和油润滑条件下PTFE含量对Ni-P-PTFE化学复合镀层耐磨性的影响。结果表明,随着PTFE含量的增加,镀层的硬度下降,摩擦系数先降后升,耐磨性基本上随着硬度的下降呈线性降低。摩擦系数对耐磨性有影响,但不显著。  相似文献

TiBCN coating is known as a hard, self-lubricant and wear resistant coating which can be applied on industrial tools to increase their working life time under severe wear conditions. In this paper, TiBCN coatings with different B/C ratios were applied on H13 steel using plasma-assisted chemical vapor deposition from BBr3, TiCl4, CH4, N2 and H2 reactants at 500 °C. The results signified that the introduction of B and C elements to TiN changed its preferred crystalline orientation from (200) to (111) and decreased crystal size from 12 to 9 nm as a result of the formation of amorphous phases which constrain grain growth. The addition of B and C altered the coating's nucleation and growth mechanisms and generated a strong surface etching agent of HBr which significantly changed surface morphology and roughness. Increasing flow ratio of CH4 to BBr3 from 0.125 to 0.25 influenced the coating's mechanical properties and increased coating's hardness from 18.1 to 23.2 GPa and Young's modulus from 296 to 334.7 GPa. Rising coating's C content remarkably improved its nano-wear resistance and the coating with the highest C content exhibited a wear volume of 1*10−19 m3 which was about 63% lower than that of TiN coating.  相似文献

烧结机导料箱、单辊破碎机和卸料漏斗承载着烧结热矿的导料、破碎与输送,是烧结生产的重要组成部分。高温、重载的工况环境决定着机尾卸料装置必须具有抗磨损、耐高温的特性。针对邯钢1^#435m^2烧结机机尾关键部件耐磨工作面寿命短,更换不方便等问题,分析磨损机理与失效原因,提出改进抗磨工作面结构,升级耐磨材料,优化焊接工艺等措施。通过技术方案的实施,使烧结机导料箱、单辊破碎机和卸料漏斗等卸料装置维持了较高的抗磨损性能,达到了预期的改造效果。  相似文献

This study successfully developed a simple spray approach to fabricate a robust highly amphiphobic poly(phenylene sulfide) (PPS)/fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP)/poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) composite coating with high-performance in corrosion-resistance, wear-durable through designing the nano/micro two-tier roughness and fluorinating with materials of the low surface free energy. The highly amphiphobic and tribological properties of the coatings were measured by the contact angle meter and the pin-on-disc tribometer, respectively. It was interested to observe that the composite coating showed superhydrophobic and highly oleophobic simultaneously, with the highest contact angles of water, glycerine and ethylene glycol up to 173 ± 2.1°, 142 ± 2.2° and 139 ± 2.1°, respectively. Moreover, the surfaces of the PPS/FEP composite coatings were investigated by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopic (EDS). The robust highly amphiphobic coating also showed remarkable durability against strong acid and strong alkali in the pH range from 1 to 14. After 47 h sliding wear test, no failure sign on the PPS/45%FEP/PDMS composite coating was observed. Such unique characteristics were attributed to the synergistic effect of the nano/micro two-tier roughness and fluorinating with low surface free energy groups (–CF2–, –CF3–).  相似文献

目前金刚石钻头已日益广泛地得到应用,给穿孔技术带来了新的进展,然而金刚石钻头成本有的高达整个钻探成本的40%,因此,如何提高钻头寿命,降低成本.是一个值得重视的问题。钻头寿命与被它钻进的岩石之间的适应性有直接关系,在特定的岩石条件下,金刚石钻头的寿命取决于它本身性能.而要准确地掌握钻头性能,就必须有一种测定其性能的理论依据与科学方法。为此,作者提出锋利性和耐磨性两个指标来表示孕镶金刚石钻头的性能,对解决钻头性能测试的定量化问题提供了方便。  相似文献

采用CO2水玻璃砂型铸渗工艺制备了碳化钨/高铬铸铁复合铸渗层试样,借助于MLD-10动载磨损试验机、扫描电镜研究了渗剂组分、粒度、工艺参数对铸渗层耐磨性的影响,结果表明:在试验条件下,渗剂中加入60~80目的20%碳化钨颗粒、40%高铬铸铁粉获得的铸渗层耐磨性能最佳.复合铸渗层适合于小能量冲击磨损的工况条件.  相似文献

优化蚕丝的上浆配方及工艺参数。分析了蚕丝的结构特点,设计了两种浆料配方,通过浆纱生产实践对比了两种浆料配方的浆纱效果和织造效果,并对压浆力、烘筒温度等工艺参数进行了优化,使蚕丝织物的织造效率达到94%。指出:蚕丝上浆宜选择成膜性好、粘着力强、粘度较低的亲水性浆料为主浆料,上浆时宜控制浆液的pH值为中性,烘筒温度不宜过高,应以提高经纱的耐磨性为主。  相似文献

A sulphide layer with a certain thickness was made on the surface of 1045 and 52100 steels by means of a low temperature ion sulphurisation process. Tribological behaviours of the sulphide layers were investigated on a SRV reciprocating wear tester under dry and paraffin oil lubrication conditions. SEM equipped with EDX was used to analyse the morphologies and compositions of wear scars and wear debris. Sulphide layers showed remarkable friction-reducing effects and obvious wear-resistance. With the increase in thickness of the sulphide layer, its operational period was extended, but its friction coefficient was unchanged greatly. Under the same experimental conditions, the operational period of the sulphide layer on 52100 steel was longer than that on 1045 steel, and the wear-resistance of the former was better. The wear mechanism of the sulphurised surface is discussed.  相似文献
