Facile Deposition of Silver Nanoparticles on Photonic Cellulose Nanocrystals Films: A Study on Solvent Stability and Post Antibacterial Activity

Cellulose nanocrystals (CNCs) incorporated with silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) photonic films have drawn considerable attention due to their plasmonic chiroptical activity. However, the exploitation of some fundamental properties for practical use such as the affinity analysis of metal nanoparticles attached to the surface of photonic films according to the solvent compatibility and antibacterial activity under physical conditions has yet not been studied. Hence, a facile process of in situ deposition of AgNPs into the chiral structure of CNC films is proposed. CNC photonic films, cross-linked by glutaraldehyde are prepared. This interaction generated the solvents-stable photonic film with a considerable amount of unreacted aldehyde functional groups that facilitates the reduction of Ag salt to AgNPs. The formed AgNPs in the photonic films show excellent stability over immersion in various polar and non-polar solvents. The post-solvent treated photonic films display excellent contact-based antibacterial behavior against gram-negative Escherichia coli.     

远红外丙纶的性能研究

系统测试了采用共混纺丝法研制出的远红外丙纶及织物的物理机械性能、远红外发射性能、保温性能、耐洗涤性能和抗菌性能，并对用远红外丙纶加工的护腿的医疗保健作用进行了临床检测。进而讨论了远红外丙纶及织物的医疗保健作用机理。     

纳米TiO_2改性苯丙乳液内墙涂料的研究

采用物理掺和法,在苯丙乳液中加入锐钛型纳米TiO2,制成内墙涂料,进行抑菌试验和甲醛降解实验研究,分析了纳米TiO2的光催化原理和抗菌机理。结果表明,随着TiO2含量增加,甲醛降解能力和抗菌性能增强,当TiO2含量为4%时效果最好。     

抗菌灭病毒涂料的研制及表征

在评价多种杀菌剂的抗病毒性能的基础上,筛选出杀菌和抗病毒性能均优异的功能助剂三氯苯基马来酰亚胺,用以研制成一种杀菌灭病毒功能内墙涂料。     

无机抗菌磷酸盐玻璃及其性能的研究

采用高温熔融法,在磷酸盐玻璃的配合料中引入抗菌剂硝酸银,一次熔化制得抗菌玻璃材料。通过对磷酸盐玻璃的抗菌性能和缓释性能分析,结果表明:制备抗菌磷酸盐玻璃,合适的银含量为1.5%~2.0%(质量),处理温度在1200~1350℃,即可获得良好的抗菌效果和缓释性。     

安吉蒙脱石对抗菌金属离子的吸附容量研究

研究了安吉蒙脱石对抗菌金属离子Ag 、Zn2 及Cu2 的吸附反应容量 ,发现安吉蒙脱石对抗菌金属离子的吸附等温线可用Freundlich方程加以拟合。抗菌金属离子按照其吸附容量大小的排列次序为Cu2 >Zn2 >Ag ,此次序由三种离子的水化热、离子半径及价态所决定。     

Antibacterial and corrosive properties of copper implanted austenitic stainless steel

Copper ions were implanted into austenitic stainless steel (SS) by metal vapor vacuum arc with a energy of 100 keV and an ions dose range of (0.5-8.0)×1017 cm-2. The Cu-implanted SS was annealed in an Ar atmosphere furnace. Glancing X-ray diffrac-tion (GXRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) were used to reveal the phase compositions, microstructures, and concentration profiles of copper ions in the implanted layer. 棉织物的抗菌免烫整理研究

通过正交试验探讨了用H2 O2 氧化降解法制备适用于与聚羧酸MAA - 1配合进行抗菌免烫整理的低聚水溶性壳聚糖的最佳工艺 ,研究了降解壳聚糖与聚羧酸MAA - 1配合对棉织物进行抗菌免烫整理的工艺以及降解壳聚糖的质量浓度和相对分子质量对整理效果的影响。结果表明 :用 80g/L的聚羧酸MAA - 1和 4 0 g/L相对分子质量为 90 0 0的降解壳聚糖分两浴整理的棉织物的褶皱回复角为 2 71°,DP等级为 4 .0 ,断裂强力保留率为 6 4 % ,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率分别为 94%和 83%。经过 2 0次洗涤 ,其WRA为 2 5 7° ,DP等级为 3.7,而抗菌率则均保持在洗涤前的 80 %以上。阴离子染料 (直接冻黄G)染色的K/S值较用聚羧酸MAA - 1整理的棉织物提高了 1 .85。
