Combined effects of wheat gluten and carboxymethylcellulose on dough rheological behaviours and gluten network of potato–wheat flour-based bread

Incorporating high level of potato flour into wheat flour enhances nutritional values of bread but induces a series of problems that lead to the decline of the bread quality. To overcome the barrier, wheat gluten and carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) were added into potato–wheat composite flour to improve dough machinability and bread quality. The rheological properties, thermo-mechanical properties and microstructures of dough were investigated. The results showed that the interaction between gluten and CMC mitigated the discontinuity of gluten matrix and gluten protein aggregation caused by the addition of potato flour, which yielded a more branched and compact gluten network. The compact three-dimensional viscoelastic structure induced improvements of gas retention capacity and dough stability, making it mimic the machinability properties of wheat flour dough. Bread qualities were apparently improved with the combined use of 4% gluten and 6% CMC, of which specific volume increased by 42.86%, and simultaneously, hardness reduced by 75.93%.     

Mapping the Characteristics of a 'Good' Play Therapist.

In this pilot study, concept mapping, a methodological approach combining qualitative and quantitative analytic strategies, was used to identify the therapist qualities, competencies, and skills necessary for effective play therapy outcomes as perceived by a sub-sample of 28 experienced play therapists who are members of the Association for Play Therapy (APT). The clusters associated with the therapeutic relationship and facilitative skills (e.g., empathy, warmth, and genuineness) were rated as the most essential skills to possess and also as the most difficult to develop. In contrast, the clusters associated with play therapy interventions and theories were rated as the least important skills to possess but as the easiest to acquire. An on-line learning neural controller for helicopters performing highly nonlinear maneuvers

This paper presents an on-line learning adaptive neural control scheme for helicopters performing highly nonlinear maneuvers. The online learning adaptive neural controller compensates the nonlinearities in the system and uncertainties in the modeling of the dynamics to provide the desired performance. The control strategy uses a neural controller aiding an existing conventional controller. The neural controller is based on a online learning dynamic radial basis function network, which uses a Lyapunov based on-line parameter update rule integrated with a neuron growth and pruning criteria. The online learning dynamic radial basis function network does not require a priori training and also it develops a compact network for implementation. The proposed adaptive law provides necessary global stability and better tracking performance. Simulation studies have been carried-out using a nonlinear (desktop) simulation model similar to that of a BO105 helicopter. The performances of the proposed adaptive controller clearly shows that it is very effective when the helicopter is performing highly nonlinear maneuvers. Finally, the robustness of the controller has been evaluated using the attitude quickness parameters (handling quality index) at different speed and flight conditions. The results indicate that the proposed online learning neural controller adapts faster and provides the necessary tracking performance for the helicopter executing highly nonlinear maneuvers.     

关于炭素厂阴极焙烧车间设计的探讨

根据近年来对国内炭素厂阴极焙烧车间设计中所作的优化和改进,提出了几个以增产、节能、节约投资和便于操作维修为目的的有效措施。     

阳极焙烧炉节能的途径

指出结构设计是阳极焙烧炉节能降耗的关键。有了合理的炉体结构,再配以自动控制系统,合理的焙烧周期等条件,就能降低能耗。本文从炉体结构设计、挥发份燃烧、固体蓄热回收、炉体漏风和控制方法等方面,介绍了降低阳极焙烧炉能耗的途径,以及一些有效的操作方法。     

石墨化率不同的自焙炭块的热膨胀

采用精密垂直拉杆膨胀仪在１４～１０００℃范围内测量了具有不同石墨化率的自焙炭块的相对热伸长量，并由此获得了热线膨胀系数α。结果表明：石墨化率一定时，α值在较低温度下随温度升高而增加，在较高温度下，α值随温度变化不明显；恒温时，石墨化率越高，α值越低。讨论了单位热应力下的弹性模量概念     

炭素阳极环式焙烧炉自动化燃烧技术研究

以中国长城铝业公司炭素厂34室环式焙烧炉为对象进行自动化燃烧控制技术的研究，通过分析工艺特性，研究开发了燃烧控制系统，计算机实时网络控制系统，而投资只是引进系统的三分之一，整体技术达到世界先进水平。
