Decision support and intelligent systems in the textile and apparel supply chain: An academic review of research articles

This article provides a comprehensive review of research articles related to the application of decision support and intelligent systems in the textile and apparel supply chains. Data were obtained from 77 articles published from 1994 to 2009 in 35 journals. The articles were categorized according to their applicability into three basic sectors – textile production, apparel manufacture, and distribution/sales. They were further categorized into 16 subsectors based on their operational and management/control processes. A comprehensive list of categorized journal articles identified in this study provides insights and relevant references for both researchers and practitioners on the application of decision support and intelligent systems to various stages of a textile and apparel supply chain. In light of the developed classification framework, we identify gaps in extending the use of the decision support and artificial intelligent systems in the industry and suggest potential and applicable research areas for further consideration in this subject area.

基于ARM嵌入式系统的服装绘图仪的设计

服装绘图仪的系统核心采用LPC2132微处理器,内嵌实时操作系统uC/OS-II,采用多任务处理方式。主要设计了XY型服装绘图仪的系统机械结构与笔头机构,详细介绍控制系统的体系结构,实现了电机驱动及系统软件,并在此基础上做了测试。

Ecology dynamics model on Chinese apparel industry cluster

To explore the crucial driving forces and dynamics of the Chinese apparel industry cluster, the authors analysed current situations, characteristics and the dilemma in the Chinese apparel industry based on surveys conducted in the Yangtze River Delta. This study classified the factors impacting apparel industry cluster development into necessary conditions and evolutionary factors according to logistic differential equation, and proposed a dynamics model framework of apparel industry cluster with positive and negative feedback mechanism. The authors believe that the Chinese apparel industry cluster is an ecology system involving outsourcing, specialisation agglomerating, competition, resource complementary, etc. and has a quick response ability of adapting to environment.     

纺织品及服装的工业水足迹核算与评价

为在纺织工业中引入水足迹理论,加强纺织品及服装生产中的水资源管理,阐述了纺织品、服装的工业水足迹的概念,重点分析讨论了纺织品与服装工业水足迹核算和评价中的核算边界、核算方法、数据拆分原则和结果评价基准等关键问题。结合纺织品及服装生产加工工艺、耗水和产污排污特点认为：纺织品及服装工业水足迹的核算需明确时间边界和空间边界,并重点关注直接工业水足迹的核算;废水回用可有效减小工业蓝水足迹,初始工业灰水足迹能直观反映工业废水的水环境负荷;基于产量和产值的整体数据合理拆分可提高核算结果的准确度;工业水足迹的内部评价对减少单类产品的水耗和产污量更有指导意义。
