Optimal design for generalized linear models has primarily focused on univariate data. Often experiments are performed that have multiple dependent responses described by regression type models, and it is of interest and of value to design the experiment for all these responses. This requires a multivariate distribution underlying a pre-chosen model for the data. Here, we consider the design of experiments for bivariate binary data which are dependent. We explore Copula functions which provide a rich and flexible class of structures to derive joint distributions for bivariate binary data. We present methods for deriving optimal experimental designs for dependent bivariate binary data using Copulas, and demonstrate that, by including the dependence between responses in the design process, more efficient parameter estimates are obtained than by the usual practice of simply designing for a single variable only. Further, we investigate the robustness of designs with respect to initial parameter estimates and Copula function, and also show the performance of compound criteria within this bivariate binary setting.  相似文献

In this paper, bounded-real conditions for affine nonlinear state-delayed systems are derived using the concept of dissipativeness. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the system to be dissipative and to have finite L2-gain also referred to as the bounded-real condition are given. The implications on the stability of the system and feedback interconnections of such systems are also considered. Finally, an equivalent of the positive-real lemma is derived and its implications on stability of the system and feedback interconnections of such systems are similarly discussed.  相似文献

通过一种新型的NaClO/NaClO2复合吸收剂,在小试级别的喷淋塔装置内进行同时脱硫脱硝试验研究.通过考察各种工艺运行参数对脱除效率的影响,确定了NaClO/NaClO2复合吸收液同时脱硫脱硝的工艺条件:NaClO浓度为4mmol/L,NaClO2浓度为2mmol/L,吸收液初始pH值为5.5,液气比为25L/m3,烟气流量为20m3/h,反应温度为50℃.最佳工艺条件下,平均脱硫脱硝率可分别达到99.7%,93.9%.NaClO/NaClO2复合吸收剂成本比单纯使用NaClO2要低,而脱硝效率有较大提高.  相似文献

A tool for the generation of decomposition schemes of large molecules has been developed. These decomposition schemes contain radicals which can be eliminated from the model equations if both the μ‐hypothesis and the pseudosteady‐state approximation are valid. The reaction rate coefficients and thermodynamic parameters have been calculated by incorporating a comprehensive group additive framework. A microkinetic model for the pyrolysis of methyl esters with a carbon number of up to 19 has been generated using this tool. It is validated by comparing calculated and experimental yields of the pyrolysis of methyl decanoate and novel rapeseed methyl ester pyrolysis data in the temperature range from 800 to 1100 K and methyl ester partial pressure range from 1 × 10?3 to 1 × 10?2 MPa. This modeling frame work allows to not only assess the use of methyl ester mixtures as potential feedstock for olefin production but also their effect as blend‐in or trace impurity. © 2015 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 61: 4309–4322, 2015  相似文献

在高维特征选择过程中最优特征子集生成和分类器 参数优化方面,提出一种基于贝叶斯粗糙集(BRS)、遗传算法(GA)和布谷鸟算法(CS) 的两阶段优化高维特征选择算法。该算法首先分析3000例肺部肿瘤CT图像的形状、灰度和纹理特征,提取104维特 征分量共同量化ROI;然后进行两阶段优化:(1) 从全局相对增益函数的角度分析了属性 重要度,结合属性约简长度和基因编码权值函数的加权和构造适应度函数,通过选择、交叉 和变异等遗传操作生成最优特征子集,在不降低分类精确度的前提下降低特征维度;(2) 利用CS对支持向量机(SVM)参数进行全局寻优;最后通过实验验证本文算法的可行性和有 效性。实验结果表明,该算法有效提升了肺部肿瘤良恶性识别能力,降低了算法的时间复杂 度。  相似文献

On various modeling approaches to radiative heat transfer in pool fires   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Six computational methods for solution of the radiative transfer equation in an absorbing-emitting, nonscattering gray medium were compared for a 2-m JP-8 pool fire. The emission temperature and absorption coefficient fields were taken from a synthetic fire due to the lack of a complete set of experimental data for computing radiation for large and fully turbulent fires. These quantities were generated by a code that has been shown to agree well with the limited quantity of relevant data in the literature. Reference solutions to the governing equation were determined using the Monte Carlo method and a ray-tracing scheme with high angular resolution. Solutions using the discrete transfer method (DTM), the discrete ordinates method (DOM) with both S4 and LC11 quadratures, and a moment model using the M1 closure were compared to the reference solutions in both isotropic and anisotropic regions of the computational domain. Inside the fire, where radiation is isotropic, all methods gave comparable results with good accuracy. Predictions of DTM agreed well with the reference solutions, which is expected for a technique based on ray tracing. DOM LC11 was shown to be more accurate than the commonly used S4 quadrature scheme, especially in anisotropic regions of the fire domain. On the other hand, DOM S4 gives an accurate source term and, in isotropic regions, correct fluxes. The M1 results agreed well with other solution techniques and were comparable to DOM S4. This represents the first study where the M1 method was applied to a combustion problem occurring in a complex three-dimensional geometry. Future applications of M1 to fires and similar problems are recommended, considering its similar accuracy and the fact that it has significantly lower computational cost than DOM S4.  相似文献

In order to elucidate the dynamic performance of the CO2 ocean disposal process, effects of operating parameters, such as gas flow rate, salinity and temperature, on the absorption of CO2 into seawater were examined. The rate-based model consisting of the rates of chemical reaction and gas-liquid mass transfer was developed for simulating dynamic process of CO2 ocean disposal. In modeling, non-ideal mixing characteristics in the gas and liquid phases are described using a tanks-in-series model with backflow. Experiments were performed to verify dynamic CO2 absorption prediction capability of the proposed model in a cylindrical bubble column. The operation was batch and continuous with respect to liquid phase and gas phase, respectively. Experimental results indicate that the CO2 gas injection rate increased the absorption rate but the increase in salinity concentration caused inhibition of the absorption of CO2. The proposed model could describe the present experimental results for the dynamic changes and the steady-state values of dissolved CO2 concentration and hydrogen ion concentration. The proposed model might effectively handle the prediction of the absorption of CO2 into seawater in the CO2 ocean disposal.  相似文献
