The development of advanced gene/drug codelivery carriers with stimuli‐responsive release manner for complementary cancer therapy is desirable. In this study, novel disulfide‐bridged and doxorubicin (DOX)‐embedded degradable silica nanoparticles (DS‐DOX) with unique self‐destruction features are synthesized by a facile one‐pot method. In order to realize codelivery of genes and drugs, the surface of DS‐DOX nanoparticles is readily functionalized with the assembled polycation (CD‐PGEA), comprising one β‐cyclodextrin core and two ethanolamine‐functionalized poly(glycidyl methacrylate) arms, to achieve DS‐DOX‐PGEA. The redox‐responsive self‐destruction behavior of DS‐DOX imparts DS‐DOX‐PGEA with a better ability to release anticancer drug DOX, while the low‐toxic hydroxyl‐rich CD‐PGEA brushes can efficiently deliver genes for cancer treatment. Very interestingly, the degradation process of DS‐DOX starts from the outside, while the destruction of the degradable silica (DS) nanoparticles without DOX begins from the center of the nanoparticles. The embedded DOX inside the DS‐DOX nanoparticles can significantly influence the structures and facilitate the cellular uptake and the subsequent gene transfection. The as‐developed DS‐DOX‐PGEA nanostructure with coordinating biodegradability, stimuli‐responsiveness, and controlled release manner might be desirable gene/drug codelivery carriers for clinical cancer treatment.  相似文献

阳离子聚丙烯酰胺处理油田含油污水的实验   总被引:7,自引:1,他引:7  
以季铵盐阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(LBT)作絮凝剂,以复合聚氯化铝为混凝剂,对河南油田双河联合站含油废水进行了处理。结果表明,ρ(油)为600mg/1.的主流程废水,在复合PAC投药质量浓度为150mg/L,LBL质量浓度为lmg/L时,处理水含油质量浓度可达1.8mg/L,去除率为99.7%;CODcr为l000mg/L的次流程废水,在复合PAC质量浓度为200mg/L,LBT质量浓度为2mg/L时,处理水的CODcr在l40mg/L左右,去除率为86.0%。  相似文献

Wax deposition studies were carried out to investigate the modification of wax crystals when gas oil was doped with some polymeric surfactant chemical additives. These additives were synthesized via esterification of chloroacetic acid and different alcohols to corresponding esters that were quaternized with polytriethanol amine and polyvinylpyridine to give polycationic surfactants. The surface activities of these polymers were evaluated using standard methods. Properties such as pour point depression data and average carbon number were studied. The behavior of the mixtures of the prepared surfactants on the depression of pour point was determined. The results given indicated that these additives are good surfactants and low temperature improvers for gas oil.  相似文献

Responsive multifunctional organic/inorganic nanohybrids are promising for effective and precise imaging‐guided therapy of cancer. In this work, a near‐infrared (NIR)‐triggered multifunctional nanoplatform comprising Au nanorods (Au NRs), mesoporous silica, quantum dots (QDs), and two‐armed ethanolamine‐modified poly(glycidyl methacrylate) with cyclodextrin cores (denoted as CD‐PGEA) has been successfully fabricated for multimodal imaging‐guided triple‐combination treatment of cancer. A hierarchical hetero‐structure is first constructed via integration of Au NRs with QDs through a mesoporous silica intermediate layer. The X‐ray opacity and photoacoustic (PA) property of Au NRs are utilized for tomography (CT) and PA imaging, and the imaging sensitivity is further enhanced by the fluorescent QDs. The mesoporous feature of silica allows the loading of a typical antitumor drug, doxorubicin (DOX), which are sealed by the polycationic gatekeepers, low toxic hydroxyl‐rich CD‐PGEA/pDNA complexes, realizing the co‐delivery of drug and gene. The photothermal effect of Au NRs is utilized for photothermal therapy (PTT). More interestingly, such photothermal effect also induces a cascade of NIR‐triggered release of DOX through the facilitated detachment of CD‐PGEA gatekeepers for controlled chemotherapy. The resultant chemotherapy and gene therapy for glioma tumors are complementary for the efficiency of PTT. This work presents a novel responsive multifunctional imaging‐guided therapy platform, which combines fluorescent/PA/CT imaging and gene/chemo/photothermal therapy into one nanostructure.  相似文献

在毕赤酵母GS115中表达一种新型食品生物防腐剂——多聚阳离子抗菌肽(poly-cationic antibacterialpeptide,PCAP)。根据毕赤酵母密码子的偏爱性,人工合成编码多聚阳离子抗菌肽与多聚阴离子肽融合肽的DNA序列,连接并克隆入酵母表达载体pPIC9,得到重组表达质粒pPIC9-PCAP,并转化至毕赤酵母GS115,筛选阳性克隆子,用体积分数0.5%的甲醇诱导表达,优化表达条件,表达产物用Tricine-SDS-PAGE分析,在分子质量8kD左右处可见目的蛋白表达条带,表明融合肽成功地在毕赤酵母中分泌表达。在pH2.0条件下将表达产物采用胃蛋白酶酶解,分离得到的碱性多聚阳离子肽对食品腐败微生物枯草芽孢杆菌具有明显的抑菌作用。  相似文献
