采用酶解法对穗醋粟取汁工艺进行了探讨。正交试验表明,酶作用时间、温度、酶的加入量依次为3h、45-55℃、0.038%-0.05%的组合效果最好,出汁率可达71%-73.8%。 相似文献

Abstract The research work proposes an alternate strategy of the extraction of embelin (2,5‐dihydroxy‐3‐undecyl‐p‐benzoquinone) from Embelia ribes. The aromatic hydrotropes such as sodium n butyl benzene sulfonate (NaNBBS), and sodium cumene sulfonate (NaCS) were found to be effective for the selective extraction of embelin with a recovery of 95% embelin from the aqueous solution of hydrotropes with high purity. The process was further optimized with respect to concentration of hydrotropes and temperature of extraction. 相似文献
