考虑软土流变特性和应力历史的一维固结与渗透试验   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
利用GDS先进固结试验系统对萧山软土进行了常规分级加载固结与渗透试验、分级加载流变固结与渗透试验、压缩-回弹-再压缩流变固结与渗透试验,绘制了沉降曲线、孔压消散曲线以及孔隙比和渗透系数的变化曲线,通过回归分析得到了萧山软土的压缩指数、回弹指数、渗透指数、次固结系数。试验结果表明:萧山软土具有明显的流变特性,对于正常固结萧山软土,土样底部超静孔压消散大约在加载后5个小时左右完成,而超固结土孔压消散速度比正常固结土快;应力历史和超固结比对次固结系数有显著的影响。  相似文献

Commercially pure titanium and a Ti-6Al-4V alloy covered with a thin thermal oxide film derived from hot rolling were electrolytically hydrogenated in 1N aqueous sulfuric acid solution (H2SO4(aq)) to see the influence of thiourea (H2N-CS-NH2) on the hydrogen uptake of both metals under atmospheric conditions. The inhibitive effect of thiourea was evaluated through quantitative composition analyses (by using a glow discharge spectrometer, GDS) and qualitative microstructural examinations (by using XRD). Thiourea acts as a hydrogenation inhibitor irrespective of the applied current densities. However, the inhibitive effect is more evident at lower charging current densities for longer operating periods.  相似文献

 吹填淤泥具有高含水量、高压缩性、低渗透性等特性,因形成条件与应力历史等不同,表现出与一般软黏土不同的渗透特性,很难利用常规渗透试验仪测定渗透系数。GDS固结仪可克服现有渗透试验仪的缺陷,在吹填淤泥非线性渗透特性研究及参数测定方面具有很大的优势。采用GDS固结仪对深圳前湾吹填淤泥进行固结渗透试验,对软黏土常见的4种渗透系数与孔隙比之间的非线性关系进行回归拟合,获得相应的拟合参数。结果表明:(1) 在6~400 kPa的固结压力下,吹填淤泥的渗透系数随固结压力的增加呈非线性变化,降低1~2个数量级;(2) 4种渗透系数与孔隙比之间的非线性渗透关系对于深圳前湾吹填淤泥都是适合的,其中渗透系数与孔隙比之间的幂函数关系,拟合程度最好,形式简单,成为吹填淤泥等超软土大变形与非线性固结性状数值分析首选的非线性渗透关系。  相似文献

基于e-lgp和e—lgkv的非线性经验公式来分析超固结土问题,并建立了能综合考虑土的压缩性和渗透性在固结过程中呈非线性变化、荷载变化和自重等复杂因素的一维非线性固结控制方程,总结出7个一维非线性超固结土的计算参数。利用GDS高级固结仪对萧山黏土进行超固结土的一维固结渗透联合试验,整理分析实验数据,并详细列出了基于GDS高级固结仪的一维非线性固结计算参数的测定结果,证明了超固结土在固结过程中压缩性和渗透性随固结压力非线性变化的特性。  相似文献

长期交通荷载作用下软基道路往往产生过大沉降,超载预压地基处理是目前控制沉降的有效方法。经超载预压处理后,路基软土表现出明显的超固结特性。利用GDS空心圆柱扭剪系统模拟交通荷载应力路径,对不同超固结比软黏土进行不排水循环加载试验,研究超固结比对软黏土应变发展规律、应力-应变滞回曲线发展规律、回弹模量发展规律的影响。试验结果表明:超固结作用可以限制循环荷载作用下软黏土累积应变的发展;当荷载一定时,土体的超固结比越大,循环荷载作用下的累积应变值就越小,孔压和累积应变达到稳定所需要的循环次数就越少;当荷载一定时,超固结比越大,应力-应变滞回曲线随循环次数的变化越不明显;土体的回弹模量越大,弹性特征越明显。  相似文献

Ni and Mo were added to ferritic stainless steel to improve the properties of the oxidation, electrical conductivity and Cr evaporation rate. The purpose of making this alloy was for application in solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) interconnect. Therefore, the cyclic and isothermal oxidation tests were performed and the area-specific resistance (ASR) and the Cr evaporation rate were investigated. The microstructure was discussed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). Glow discharge spectrometry (GDS) and X-ray were used for elemental and phase analysis, respectively. The addition of 3 wt% Mo reduced the oxidation rate and the Cr evaporation resistance by the formation of Laves-phase in oxide/metal interface. By reducing the activity of Fe in the steel, Mo was prevented outward diffusion of cations and anion diffusivity. Furthermore, Mo improved the electrical conductivity by filling the gaps and voids in the oxide/metal interface. The addition of 2 wt% Ni reduced the distribution of Laves-phase particles in substrate and the particles were moved to side oxide/metal interface and neighboring areas to it. Ni also improved the oxidation resistance and electrical conductivity in the steel.  相似文献

Today, material analysis in industry and research centres is very often performed by the glow-discharge optical emission spectrometry (GD-OES), which allows an extraordinarily quick material analysis (average time of analysis: 2-5 min) and a determination mainly by the pumping time of the glow discharge source. The reliability of the analysis is, especially in the case of thin films (film thickness <100 nm), determined by the purity of the discharge gas and of the surface of the source and sample.We could reduce the ultimate pressure and increase the purity of the gas at the place of analysis by improving the dimensions and construction of the pumping set, and the conduction of the pumping and venting process of a given commercial spectrometer device.Moreover, an automatic and computer-aided evaluation of the pressure vs. time run in the source chamber can inform the user about possible leaks or contamination of inner surfaces. For this purpose, it is possible to use the control computer of commercial equipment and the data acquisition system of the GD-OES instrument. Thus, one can receive important hints from the p-t plot regarding the equipment and can start leak detection, cleaning of the source chamber or replacing of components in time.  相似文献

针对数字孪生城市亟需空间统一框架与数据高效组织问题,基于地球空间剖分理论及相应的《地球表面空间网格与编码》(GJB8896-2017)、《北斗网格位置码》及《地球空间网格编码规则》等国家标准编制成果,提出发展一种数字孪生城市空间网格框架与GDS(Grid Data System)数据平台技术。城市多尺度立体剖分网格空间是一种地球空间的客观存在,城市万事万物在某一时间内一定落在某一或某几个网格体中,由此发展的GDS技术面向空间数据统一组织,有利于发展出面向空间建模的新型G-GIS、G-BIM等系统,是对传统GIS、BIM等面向对象建模数据系统的创新探索;有助于构建统一的空间数据框架进而实现城市多源异构数据的汇聚、关联与高效计算,对支撑数字孪生城市建设具有理论与实践意义。  相似文献

Poly(ester amide)s have emerged in the last years as an important family of biodegradable synthetic polymers. These polymers present both ester and amide linkages in their structure and they gather in the same entity the good degradability of polyesters with the good thermo-mechanical properties of polyamides. Particularly, poly(ester amide)s containing α-amino acids have risen as important materials in the biomedical field. The presence of the α-amino acid contributes to better cell–polymer interactions, allows the introduction of pendant reactive groups, and enhances the overall biodegradability of the polymers.  相似文献
