威海市污水处理深海排放工程是为改善其水域环境而建设的一英包括市区排水系统，污水预处理厂，输水管道和海洋放流管系统在内的完整而典型的工程，因此其工程设计扣的经验将会对同类项目的设计与工程建设有所借鉴。     

Controlled experiments to study corrosion effects due to external varying fields in embedded pipelines

We present controlled laboratory tests carried out to study corrosion effects due to induction currents on pipes embedded in environments with electrical resistance lateral discontinuities. Sacrificial anodes were connected to underground pipes, and corrosion rates were estimated by measuring the mass loss in each anode. We considered 1 Hz and 50 Hz inducting fields, and the effects produced on the pipes were compared with cases without an external field. The results indicated an increase in the corrosion rate when the pipe was under the effect of induction currents, particularly where there was a change of electrical resistance in the soil.     

New analysis of non-newtonian turbulent flowndashyield-power-law fluids

The writers' new analysis of non-Newtonian turbulent flow is extended to the yield-power-law model. As the value of the exponent of the yield-power law decreases from unity, the calculated friction factor begins by converging toward the Newtonian line at high velocity, then parallels it, and finally diverges downward. This prediction agrees with previously unexplained experimental results.     

淮水北调输水管道关键技术研究与应用

介绍了输水主管道的设计制造关键技术问题,通过比较备选管材特性,研究了选用的PCCP管道设计制作技术、空气阀布置设计和管道基座安装技术,对管道铺设方案、煤矿塌陷区的地基变形进行了分析。     

高压水射流技术在向家坝深井泵房排水管道清洗中的应用

向家坝水电站左岸深井泵房内的4条排水管道负责清排大坝注浆过程中的施工用水、消力池渗水、混凝土冷却水等.临近大坝蓄水、首批机组发电,排水管道部分阻塞,无法达到设计排水要求,给大坝蓄水造成了安全隐患.通过分析管道堵塞原因,提出了利用高压水射流技术清洗疏通排水管道的施工工艺,实践表明,向家坝水电站深井泵房排水管道清洗方案安全可靠,效果明显.     

烟台—淄博输油管道穿河工程对河道防洪影响

结合烟台港西港区至淄博重质液体化工原料输送管道穿越潍河的防洪影响评价项目,简要介绍了穿河输油管道防洪评价的基本内容和方法,对因输油管道建设对河道防洪造成的影响进行了防洪分析计算和综合评价,对影响河道防洪安全的问题提出了相应的建议。     

油、水混合预热投油过程中传热数值计算

在热油管道启输前,需要预先对管道进行预热,为确定合理预热介质总量和预热时间,有必要预先知道预热过程中管道周围土壤温度场和管内介质温度的变化规律。用有限元法对以油、水混合预热过程中土壤传热进行数值计算,对预热管道管内介质沿程温降进行了分析,得出了油、水混合预热过程中输油管道管内介质温度变化规律,以此为依据确定相应的预热输油工艺,可使预热输油达到安全节能的目的。     

一种消息驱动的SOA 系统集成方法

针对企业SOA平台异构系统和服务的集成问题,提出了一种以Web服务为封装形式,消息队列为联系机制,软件管道为并行计算方案的的支持交互方式扩展的高性能松散耦合SOA系统集成方法。在应用层结合RPC原理、滑动窗口机制,引入商业并行计算软件管道技术,以消息驱动的方式实现了平台各系统间的服务同步/异步调用、并行事务处理以及拥塞控制,满足了业务交互和共享的需求。

液压管路件作为液压系统的一个重要组成部分,在实际应用中经常会产生诸如渗漏、开裂等故障,就工程机械中常见液压管路件的故障产生原因进行了分析,并提出相应的解决办法。     

Dynamic crack propagation in steel line pipes. Part I: Experimental investigation

An experimental-theoretical research project on dynamic crack propagation on steel line pipes intended for arctic service was developed. The aim of this study is to characterize the dynamic material behavior, to propose line pipe qualification tests, and to identify the variables that govern the dynamic fracture process and their relationships. The first part of this research involves the experimental work and outlines a practical test to assess fitness for service of arctic pipelines. Burst tests of line pipes samples at low temperature were carried out and crack extension vs. time was measured. The axial crack fracture mechanism was quasi-cleavage in the center of the pipe wall with lateral shear lips. A pressure range for LBB (leak before break) condition was obtained. In Part II of this research a new model for the assessment of the dynamic material properties from the analysis of test results obtained in Part I is developed.
