2008-2009 年江苏省闪电特征分析及应用研究

统计了江苏省气象部门雷电探测系统2008-2009年闪电记录,对江苏省闪电强度、闪电频数等闪电特征进行分析,得出江苏省的雷电流强度和闪电分布都有明显的时空差异,并且闪电频数和强度在空间分布上基本呈相反分布;同时利用地闪记录与雷暴日数的关系,得出了适用于江苏13个地级市的地闪密度计算公式.     

Aspects of surface and environment protection in German mining areas

Hard coal mining in the German Ruhr district has a tradition of more than 200 years. Starting in the south near the river Ruhr with mining of seams near to the surface, mining wandered to the north with coal seams deeper and deeper. In the same way all environmental effects of mining wandered from south to north, as there are abandoned mining sites, contaminated areas, burning mining dumps, subsided areas and gas accesses at day ground. This all happened in a very high populated area with more than four million inhabitants. Therefore Germany has a long tradition in solving environmental problems of mining activities. The very good interaction of mine authority, mining companies and the mine workers' union is the main reason why the problems of decreasing mining activities in Germany were solved without economic, environmental or social hazards.     

基于系统调用的0day攻击路径检测系统

针对当前网络环境中缺乏有效检测0 day攻击路径的方法的问题,实现基于系统调用的0 day攻击路径检测系统。根据定义的语法规则和系统调用轨迹构造网络系统对象关系图,从网络系统对象关系图中识别出可疑的入侵传播路径,利用漏洞特征集合和漏洞指示函数识别出0 day攻击路径。实验结果表明,该系统能够准确检测网络中存在的0 day攻击路径,有效降低了误报和漏报率。     

An application of MODIS data to snow cover monitoring in a pastoral area: A case study in Northern Xinjiang, China

Snow is an important land cover on the earth's surface. It is characterized by its changing nature. Monitoring snow cover extent plays a significant role in dynamic studies and prevention of snow-caused disasters in pastoral areas. Using NASA EOS Terra/MODIS snow cover products and in situ observation data during the four snow seasons from November 1 to March 31 of year 2001 to 2005 in northern Xinjiang area, the accuracy of MODIS snow cover mapping algorithm under varied snow depth and land cover types was analyzed. The overall accuracy of MODIS daily snow cover mapping algorithm in clear sky condition is high at 98.5%; snow agreement reaches 98.2%, and ranges from 77.8% to 100% over the 4-year period for individual sites. Snow depth (SD) is one of the major factors affecting the accuracy of MODIS snow cover maps. MODIS does not identify any snow for SD less than 0.5 cm. The overall accuracy increases with snow depth if SD is equal to or greater than 3 cm, and decreases for SD below 3 cm. Land cover has an important influence in the accuracy of MODIS snow cover maps. The use of MOD10A1 snow cover products is severely affected by cloud cover. The 8-day composite products of MOD10A2 can effectively minimize the effect of cloud cover in most cases. Cloud cover in excess of 10% occurs on 99% of the MOD10A1 products and 14.7% of the MOD10A2 products analyzed during the four snow seasons. User-defined multiple day composite images based on MOD10A1, with flexibilities of selecting composite period, starting and ending date and composite sequence of MOD10A1 products, have an advantage in effectively monitoring snow cover extent for regional snow-caused disasters in pastoral areas.     

The Holy Alignment: Geodesic and Astronomical Fundamentals for Calculating the Adjustment of Medieval Naves

It is commonly believed that the longitudinal axes of churches extend exactly in an east-west direction. However, thorough investigations have shown that this is not always correct; rather, both southern and northern deviations of up to about 25° can occur. The angular deviation between the church axis and true east is called the Holy Alignment. This present study presents the possibility that the nave is oriented towards the direction of the sun-rising point on the name day of the patron saint of the church. If several saints share the patronage, the Holy Alignment equals the algebraic sum of the angular distances for each saint. The orientation of a nave can be analyzed by means of common mathematical relations used in geodesy, astronomy and gnomonics. In order to perform such an analysis, it is necessary to know the history of the patronage of the church; the Gauss-Krüger coordinates of the ground plan; and characteristic astronomical quantities at the time the church was built. A calculated example with the saints Andrew, James and Philip for the year 980 illustrates the analysis. An appendix deals with the influence of atmospheric refraction on the apparent altitude of the sun near the horizon.     

考虑天气类型和相似日的IWPA-LSSVM光伏发电功率预测

为了提高光伏发电功率预测精度,根据不同天气类型下光伏输出功率特点,确定光伏发电功率预测模型的输入量。针对狼群算法（wolf pack algorithm,WPA）缺陷,对狼群游走位置和奔袭步长进行改进,得到改进狼群算法（improved wolf pack algorithm,IWPA）,并通过IWPA对最小二乘支持向量机（least squares support vector machine,lSSVM）进行优化,建立了考虑天气类型和相似日的IWPA-LSSVM光伏发电功率预测模型。采用不同天气类型下的光伏发电功率数据进行仿真,结果表明：无论是晴天、多云还是阴雨天气,所提方法预测精度更高,回归拟合时的误差波动更小。
