立井提升井底罐笼弹性承接装置的现场试验

介绍了井底罐笼弹性承接装置的基本原理,给山了现场试验方法及步骤,利用冲击减速度测试仪测出了罐笼冲击减速度曲线,为今后研究罐笼承接冲击动力学行为提供了试验基础。     

控制力矩陀螺高速转子轴承保持架仿真分析

建立了控制力矩陀螺高速转子球轴承保持架动力学仿真分析模型,并以B7005C球轴承为例,分析了不同引导间隙、兜孔间隙对保持架质心轨迹、保持架摩擦力矩的影响,据此进行了保持架间隙的优化,得出了适用于该工况的最优保持架间隙。     

Catalytic cycle of cytochrome-c3 hydrogenase,a [NiFe]-enzyme,deduced from the structures of the enzyme and the enzyme mimic

Hydrogenases catalyze uptake and production of H₂. Heterolytic cleavage of H₂ bound on [NiFe]-hydrogenase (E) produces two unequal H species to form E:H_aH_b, where H_a and H_b behave differently. The structures of various states of the enzyme established by crystallography and spectroscopy were used to construct a catalytic cycle of the enzyme. The Ni–Fe center of the active enzyme has the Ni–Fe bridging site vacant. The enzyme is suggested to bind H₂ either at Ni or Fe atom. In E:H_aH_b, H_a is considered to be a protein-bound hydron (proton or deuteron) at the entrance to the hydrophobic gas tunnel. The structure of a synthetic hydrogenase-mimic suggests H_b to be the 6th ligand to Fe. Two successive one-electron processes from E:H_aH_b complete the catalytic cycle of H₂ uptake. The reverse of the cycle operates in the H₂ production. The proposed catalytic cycle is consistent with the kinetic, crystallographic and spectroscopic studies.     

混合井箕斗与罐笼同时运行摩擦问题处理

针对弓长岭中央深井区混合井箕斗与罐笼在同时运行时相互摩擦，存在严重的安全隐患致使混合井一直不能正常运行的问题，通过现场实际测量和理论计算对比分析，提出有针对性的具体措施，实现了混合井箕斗与罐笼同时安全运行。     

Formation and atomic structure of B12N12 nanocage clusters studied by mass spectrometry and cluster calculation

Boron nitride (BN) nanocage clusters of B₁₂N₁₂ were synthesized, and detected by laser desorption time-of-flight mass spectrometry. The B₁₂N₁₂ clusters consisted of 4- and 6-membered BN rings satisfying the isolated tetragonal rule, which was optimized by molecular orbital calculations. The electronic structure showed a bandgap energy of 5.1 eV, which is a little smaller than that of B₃₆N₃₆ cluster.     

Molecular dynamics study on growth of carbon dioxide and methane hydrate from a seed crystal

In the current work, molecular dynamics simulation is employed to understand the intrinsic growth of carbon dioxide and methane hydrate starting from a seed crystal of methane and carbon dioxide respectively. This comparison was carried out because it has relevance to the recovery of methane gas from natural gas hydrate reservoirs by simultaneously sequestering a greenhouse gas like CO₂. The seed crystal of carbon dioxide and methane hydrate was allowed to grow from a super-saturated mixture of carbon dioxide or methane molecules in water respectively. Two different concentrations (1:6 and 1:8.5) of CO₂/CH₄ molecules per water molecule were chosen based on gas–water composition in hydrate phase. The molecular level growth as a function of time was investigated by all atomistic molecular dynamics simulation under suitable temperature and pressure range which was well above the hydrate stability zone to ensure significantly faster growth kinetics. The concentration of CO₂ molecules in water played a significant role in growth kinetics, and it was observed that maximizing the CO₂ concentration in the aqueous phase may not result in faster growth of CO₂ hydrate. On the contrary, methane hydrate growth was independent of methane molecule concentration in the aqueous phase. We have validated our results by performing experimental work on carbon dioxide hydrate where it was seen that under conditions appropriate for liquid CO₂, the growth for carbon dioxide hydrate was very slow in the beginning.     

一种海上养殖网箱的无人巡检方法研究

针对海上养殖网箱人工巡检的成本高、风险大的问题,以海上河鲀养殖网箱监测为应用背景,提出了一种无人化网箱巡检的新方法,该方法利用无人机俯视观测法,并结合日常网箱养殖状态信息,可高效地完成基础养殖数据采集任务。在无人机拍摄的视频数据基础上,提取关键帧,利用卷积神经网络HED(Holistically-nested edge detection )进行边缘检测作为图像预处理,起到降低图像冗余信息,得到清晰网箱边缘信息的作用,在此基础上将边缘图二值化并提取目标区域,提出了相应的自适应阈值选取规则,最后根据改进的Tamura纹理特征对网箱养殖区进行数据有效性的判断。该方法结合深度学习方法与传统图像检测技术,具有较强的环境自适应性和较高的准确性。最终以大连天正实业有限公司大李家红鳍东方鲀养殖场的养殖网箱作为实验对象,海上河豚养殖网箱提取的准确度为97%,信息的有效性判断准确度为97.1。     

软启动器在鼠笼型异步电动机启动控制中的应用

软启动器是应用于鼠笼型异步电动机启动控制的一种新型装备。它可以使启动电流以恒定的斜率平衡上升，并且不受电网波动的影响，减少启动转矩对负载的影响。本文介绍了软启动器的基本原理、技术特性、以及在特定负载情况下所具有的节能效果；指出了在不同负载情况下的控制方案。     

笼型八聚环己基倍半硅氧烷的合成及表征

以甲基异丁基甲酮和无水乙醇为混合溶剂,浓盐酸为催化剂,环己基三乙氧基硅烷水解缩聚高产率地合成了笼型八聚环己基倍半硅氧烷．讨论了影响反应的各个因素,得到了反应的最佳条件,当单体浓度为0．45mol／L,水和催化剂的用量与单体的摩尔比约为3左右时,反应具有较高的产率,且高温有利于八聚体的形成和缩短反应时间．合成化合物用元素分析、FTIR、^1H、^13C、^29Si NMR和MS进行了表征,证实其结构式为（c-C6H11）8Si8O12热性能分析结果表明该化合物具有较高的热稳定性．
