The nuclear reactor core design and the nuclear fuel management have been changed remarkable during the last few years. This development was initiated by increasing costs for the fuel recycling and nuclear waste storage. The fuel material, the fuel pellet fabrication, the fuel assembly structure and the core composition have been varied to get an effective fuel exploitation. Based on advanced core process conditions the reactor power and the fuel burn-up have been increased at German plants in recent years. Improved dynamic process monitoring procedures are required to get more information about the varied core process behaviour during the reactor operation. Since several years ISTec has been performed investigations to the process monitoring based on process signal measurements in German nuclear power plants. Using the standard instrumentation of the plants process signals have been measured and analysed by means of the digital data acquisition system SIGMA. The measured time signals are influenced by core process transients, global and local process fluctuations and by signal line transfer functions. Advanced time series analysis methods have been applied to separate different process effects in the multiple signal matrix. The separation of different process influences can improve significantly the information about the process condition in the reactor core.  相似文献

对62例甲状腺髓样癌(MTC)患者手术前行SPECT亲肿瘤显像,其中99Tcm(V)-DMSA显像组32例,99Tcm-MIBI显像组30例;并对两组患者早期和延迟影像的定性和半定量分析结果进行比较.结果显示两种显像方法对MTC原发灶诊断的阳性率无显著性差异(P>0.05),但半定量分析结果显示99Tcm(V)-DMSA对原发灶显像的早期摄取比、延迟摄取比、滞留指数明显高于99Tcm-MIBI显像,差异有显著性(P<0.001),提示99Tcm(V)-DMSA显像更具有优越性.  相似文献

由于高温深井泥浆本身具有粘度大、密度高以及成分复杂等特点,导致在MTC浆体中泥浆分散剂分散作用甚微,甚至根本无法配浆.从MTC浆体的增稠原理出发,合成出含非离子型基团的多种改性聚氧乙烯类物质的MTC高温分散剂SSOB.该分散剂加量小、分散能力强,不影响MTC浆体的稠化时间、抗压强度等其他性能,与其他外加剂(激活剂、缓凝剂等)相容性好等优点,使MTC浆体具有优良的综合性能,从而为高温深井油气的开发的MTC技术提供了保证,具有广阔的发展和应用前景  相似文献

An apparent paradox exists between the evidence for spontaneous systemic T cell- mediated anti-tumor immune responses in cancer patients, observed particularly in their bone marrow, and local tumor growth in the periphery. This phenomenon, known as “concomitant immunity” suggests that the local tumor and its tumor microenvironment (TME) prevent systemic antitumor immunity to become effective. Oncolytic Newcastle disease virus (NDV), an agent with inherent anti-neoplastic and immune stimulatory properties, is capable of breaking therapy resistance and immunosuppression. This review updates latest information about immunosuppression by the TME and discusses mechanisms of how oncolytic viruses, in particular NDV, and cellular immunotherapy can counteract the immunosuppressive effect of the TME. With regard to cellular immunotherapy, the review presents pre-clinical studies of post-operative active-specific immunotherapy and of adoptive T cell-mediated therapy in immunocompetent mice. Memory T cell (MTC) transfer in tumor challenged T cell-deficient nu/nu mice demonstrates longevity and functionality of these cells. Graft-versus-leukemia (GvL) studies in mice demonstrate complete remission of late-stage disease including metastases and cachexia. T cell based immunotherapy studies with human cells in human tumor xenotransplanted NOD/SCID mice demonstrate superiority of bone marrow-derived as compared to blood-derived MTCs. Results from clinical studies presented include vaccination studies using two different types of NDV-modified cancer vaccine and a pilot adoptive T-cell mediated therapy study using re-activated bone marrow-derived cancer-reactive MTCs. As an example for what can be expected from clinical immunotherapy against tumors with an immunosuppressive TME, results from vaccination studies are presented from the aggressive brain tumor glioblastoma multiforme. The last decades of basic research in virology, oncology and immunology can be considered as a success story. Based on discoveries of these research areas, translational research and clinical studies have changed the way of treatment of cancer by introducing and including immunotherapy.  相似文献

The effects of the industrial juice process on the ability of neutralized cranberry samples and extracts (polar, apolar and anthocyanins) to inhibit the growth of Enterococcus faecium resistant to vancomycin (ERV), Escherichia coli O157:H7 EDL 933, E. coli ATCC 25922, Listeria monocytogenes HPB 2812, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 15442, Salmonella Typhimurium SL1344 and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 29213 were investigated. The juice process appeared to have a general enhancing effect on the antibacterial properties of cranberry polar and anthocyanin extracts. The lowest minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) (1.80–7.0 μg phenol/well) were obtained when S. aureus, S. Typhimurium, and ERV were exposed to the juice concentrate. The growth of P. aeruginosa, L. monocytogenes, E. coli ATCC, and E. coli O157:H7 was not inhibited by the juice concentrate, but did show sensitivity (maximal tolerated concentrations of 0.007–0.4 μg phenol/well). The lowest MICs (22.6–90.5 μg phenol/well) for P. aeruginosa, S. aureus, S. Typhimurium, and ERV were observed when they were exposed to the cranberry anthocyanin extract obtained from cranberry pomace. The results also showed a negative effect of the juice process on the antibacterial properties of the cranberry apolar extracts: the one obtained from frozen cranberries was most efficient against P. aeruginosa, S. aureus, L. monocytogenes and S. Typhimirium (MIC of 45.50 μg phenol/well). The tested bacteria showed the greatest resistance toward the cranberry extracts obtained from the mash and the macerated and depectinized mash.  相似文献

Medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) is a tumor deriving from the thyroid C cells. Vandetanib (VAN) and cabozantinib (CAB) are two tyrosine kinase inhibitors targeting REarranged during Transfection (RET) and other kinase receptors and are approved for the treatment of advanced MTC. We aim to compare the in vitro and in vivo anti-tumor activity of VAN and CAB in MTC. The effects of VAN and CAB on viability, cell cycle, and apoptosis of TT and MZ-CRC-1 cells are evaluated in vitro using an MTT assay, DNA flow cytometry with propidium iodide, and Annexin V-FITC/propidium iodide staining, respectively. In vivo, the anti-angiogenic potential of VAN and CAB is evaluated in Tg(fli1a:EGFP)y1 transgenic fluorescent zebrafish embryos by analyzing the effects on the physiological development of the sub-intestinal vein plexus and the tumor-induced angiogenesis after TT and MZ-CRC-1 xenotransplantation. VAN and CAB exert comparable effects on TT and MZ-CRC-1 viability inhibition and cell cycle perturbation, and stimulated apoptosis with a prominent effect by VAN in MZ-CRC-1 and CAB in TT cells. Regarding zebrafish, both drugs inhibit angiogenesis in a dose-dependent manner, in particular CAB shows a more potent anti-angiogenic activity than VAN. To conclude, although VAN and CAB show comparable antiproliferative effects in MTC, the anti-angiogenic activity of CAB appears to be more relevant.  相似文献

固井第二界面的胶结强度与水泥浆本身的性能、水泥浆与泥饼胶结面的强度、泥饼本身的强度、泥饼与地层之间胶结面的强度都有关。在系统分析井筒二界面特性和影响因素基础上,通过在常规钻井液中添加活性材料、界面增强剂等转化而成的钻固一体化工作液,有效地克服了传统固井水泥浆与钻井液及泥饼不相容的难题,通过物理和化学激活,提高了地层-泥饼-水泥环的胶结亲合力,最终将钻井液滤饼由水泥环胶结质量薄弱层转化为增强层,实现了提高二界面封隔质量的目的。该技术在热采生产井、生产井、定向井斜井段进行了多次应用,与邻井的现场应用效果对比,一体化工作液技术可以有效解决层间窜流问题,满足油田改造和增产措施的需要。  相似文献

研究了MTC固井液和油井水泥浆固井液与多功能钻井液泥饼的胶结状况。试验结果表明,多功能钻井液泥饼的固化反应直接受到固井液水化反应机理和过程的控制。在MTC浆水化反应初期会产生大量发生水化反应必需的可溶性离子,这些可溶性离子渗透到多功能钻井液泥饼内部,为其提供了可激发水化反应的可溶性离子,从而实现了整体固化胶结;而在油井水泥浆与多功能钻井液泥饼的胶结试验中,能够渗透到泥饼内部的大多是Ca^2 ,而Ca^2 离子极易和泥饼中的膨润土颗粒和处理剂发生絮凝反应,形成不会固化而且破坏胶结强度的絮凝产物,剩下的少量Ca(OH)2难以激活多功能钻井液泥饼的水化反应,因此整体固化胶结难以实现。要实现油井水泥浆固化体与多功能钻井液泥饼的整体固化胶结,应该对固井液体系进行必要的改进,使其在水化反应过程中产生的水溶性离子的种类和数量能够满足泥饼固化的需要;同时应该注意研究新的能够激发和促进泥饼固化水化反应的钻井液添加剂,对钻井液进行必要的改进。  相似文献
