A kinetic model for simulation of the MTO process over SAPO-18 catalyst in a wide range of operating conditions has been proposed. The kinetic model predicts the experimental evolution of reaction products with time on stream, which follows three consecutive periods: initiation (where olefin production increases), a period of maximum olefin production and a period in which this production decreases. The kinetic scheme takes into account these three steps that evolve with time on stream: formation of active intermediate compounds, an step where olefins are formed by reaction of oxygenates (methanol/DME) with these intermediates and deactivation of intermediates by degradation to coke. The presence of water in the reaction medium attenuates the reaction rate of these steps. Discrimination of kinetic equations and calculation of the parameters of best fit have been carried out by solving the mass conservation equations of the individual components of the kinetic scheme together with the kinetic equation for deactivation and taking into account the effect of water on the kinetics of each step. 相似文献

Silicoaluminophosphate (SAPO-5) molecular sieves have been synthesised from reaction mixtures having a molar composition of: 0.7–1.0 Al2O3:0.7–1.0 P2O5:0.01–2.0 SiO2:xR:40 H2O (where R = (C2H3)3N or (C2H3)4NOH and x = 1.5–2.5 for (C2H5)5N and 0.5 for (C2H5)4NOH, at 473 K using various sources of alumina and silica. The effects of (i) varying the crystallinity of the alumina source (boehmite) and (ii) the use of different silica sources such as freshly prepared silica either from sodium silicate or paddy husk extract, silica gel from commercial water-glass, and tetraethyl orthosilicate have been studied. The crystallinity of boehmite has been found to have a strong effect on its reactivity towards the formation of SAPO-5. The activity of boehmite for SAPO-5 formation increased with a decrease in its crystallinity (or with increase in its moisture content). Any silica source devoid of sodium ions could be employed for the synthesis of SAPO-5. The process of crystallisation started as early as within 1.5 h of reaction and incorporation of silicon into the AlPO4 framework has been noted at this stage. Formation of some tridymite phase as impurity has been observed under conditions such as (i) SiO2 concentration > 1.7 mole and (ii) x > 2.0 when R = (C2H5)3N. 相似文献

采用水热法合成了SAPO-34分子筛,并用X射线粉末衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜对SAPO-34分子筛的结构进行了表征,同时探讨了黏合剂种类、甲醇分压、催化剂粒径和硅源等对SAPO-34分子筛催化甲醇制烯烃(MTO)反应性能的影响。实验结果表明,在MTO反应中,三烯(乙烯、丙烯和丁烯)选择性在反应初期存在明显的诱导期;以S iO2为黏合剂合成的SAPO-34/S iO2催化剂不但可缩短MTO反应的诱导期,三烯选择性也较未添加黏合剂或以A l2O3为黏合剂时高1~2个百分点;且当催化剂活性明显下降时,三烯选择性下降的幅度较小。催化剂粒径、甲醇分压及硅源对催化剂的诱导期也有明显的作用。在甲醇分压低于19kPa、催化剂粒径0.25~0.38mm、S iO2为黏合剂、硅酸四乙酯为硅源时,SAPO-34/S iO2催化剂的MTO性能明显提高。 相似文献

Bone marrow-mesenchymal stem/stromal cells (MSCs) may offer promise for skeletal muscle repair/regeneration. Growing evidence suggests that the mechanisms underpinning the beneficial effects of such cells in muscle tissue reside in their ability to secrete bioactive molecules (secretome) with multiple actions. Hence, we examined the effects of MSC secretome as conditioned medium (MSC-CM) on ex vivo murine extensor digitorum longus muscle injured by forced eccentric contraction (EC). By combining morphological (light and confocal laser scanning microscopies) and electrophysiological analyses we demonstrated the capability of MSC-CM to attenuate EC-induced tissue structural damages and sarcolemnic functional properties’ modifications. MSC-CM was effective in protecting myofibers from apoptosis, as suggested by a reduced expression of pro-apoptotic markers, cytochrome c and activated caspase-3, along with an increase in the expression of pro-survival AKT factor. Notably, MSC-CM also reduced the EC-induced tissue redistribution and extension of telocytes/CD34+ stromal cells, distinctive cells proposed to play a “nursing” role for the muscle resident myogenic satellite cells (SCs), regarded as the main players of regeneration. Moreover, it affected SC functionality likely contributing to replenishment of the SC reservoir. The alkylation of benzene with isopropyl alcohol was studied in an integral pressure reactor over silicon substituted aluminophosphate molecular sieves, SAPO-5. The influence of various process parameters such as temperature, pressure, time on stream, weight hourly space velocity, and mole ratio of reactants on cumene yield and selectivity were investigated. The activity of SAPO-5 was compared with that of Hbeta for this reaction under similar conditions and in the same reactor. At pressures higher than atmospheric, almost the theoretical maximum yields of cumene were achieved on this SAPO-5. Among the diisopropyl benzenes formed by the alkylation of cumene, the meta-isomer was found to form in a significant amount followed by the para-isomer. The ortho-isomer with relatively high strain energy of 4.26 kcal/mol was almost negligible. The cumene yield goes through a maximum in the temperature range 498-543 K studied. Cumene selectivity was found to decrease at higher temperatures, higher pressures and lower benzene to isopropanol mole ratios. 相似文献

AlPO4-5 and AlPO4-11 were synthesized by dry-gel conversion (DGC) method. Steam-assisted conversion (SAC) and vapor-phase transport (VPT) techniques were applied for this purpose. The synthesis was successful in presence of a certain minimum amount of external bulk water, without which the crystallization failed. Crystallization by VPT method was slower than corresponding SAC and HTS method. SAPO analogs of the samples, SAPO-5 and SAPO-11 were also synthesized by DGC method. Samples made by DGC methods had higher yield than the conventional hydrothermal synthesis (HTS); otherwise the samples showed similar characteristics as that made by HTS. XRD, SEM and N2-adsorption results showed high crystallinity and purity of the samples made by DGC, and 27Al MAS NMR spectra indicated the tetrahedral framework nature of Al. SAPO-5 and SAPO-11 were tested for their catalytic activity in isopropylation of biphenyl, and in terms of conversion and selectivity, SAPO-5 was found to be suitable for this application. 相似文献

针对吸附材料在太阳能吸附式制冷系统中的应用,利用称重法在高温真空环境下对水的脱附性能进行了实验研究,探究不同温度、压力对SAPO-34沸石分子筛脱附性能的影响.结果表明:温度对材料脱附性能的影响要远大于压力的影响,这在吸附式制冷系统中是非常有利的;当压力一定时,材料的脱附完善度随温度的升高而增大,且不随温度变化均匀分布.温度过高会影响SAPO-34的性能及影响材料的使用寿命;当温度一定时,材料的脱附完善度随着压力的降低而增大,其变化随压力变化分布得较为均匀. 相似文献
