一级开发大柳树高坝原始库容比二级开发小观音高坝多 4 0亿m3 ,库容大带来的好处体现在 5～ 7月可多向下游增供水量 ,缓解下游河道断流 ;延长泄放清水时间 ;增加发电效益 ;满足宁蒙河段防凌要求 ;增加汛期集中泄水 ,减缓下游河道淤积萎缩 ;满足南水北调西线工程水量调节要求等。为了更好优化配置黄河水资源 ,从全局和长远利益考虑 ,应采用一级开发方案 ,修建大柳树高坝大库     

线缆护套材料在我国西部环境中的试验研究

本文通过对线缆外护套材料在我国西部地区严酷环境试验站中土壤和大气1～5年的试验结果分析，总结了塑料护套材料的耐蚀性能。为线缆护套的防护设计、合理选材及制定标准提供科学依据。     

Corrosion Condition Evaluation at Muddy Creek Bridge

Corrosion rates were measured at the exposed spots of rebars near three corners of Muddy Creek Bridge located in northern West Virginia using a 3LP device. Also, chloride contents of the concrete samples taken from the vicinity of the spots were analyzed using a wet chemical method that had been developed in this study. The average corrosion rate over the three spots was 4.66 mA/m2, which is in the range of corrosion damage possible in 10–15 years. The average chloride content of the concrete over the three spots was 703 parts per million (ppm), which is well above the threshold limit value of 260 ppm. Although the corrosion rate measurement method using a 3LP device is by manual operation, it is found to be reliable and effective, and, thus, recommended for future studies of this kind of research. The wet chemical method developed in this study is found to be effective.

管线用高强韧性宽厚钢板的开发

本文回顾了舞钢高强韧性管线用宽厚钢板的研制开发过程，并结合生产工艺，对钢板性能作了全面分析，指导了钢管线钢的生产。舞钢X70级管线钢有较高的断裂韧性、良好的可焊性以及抗SSCC、HIC性能。舞钢正在进行技术改造，以进一步改善组织，提高性能、满足西气东输要求。     

建立河南油田“全天候”电网的探讨

按照建立“全天候”电网的要求,分析了油田电网大气过电压保护设计标准偏低,方案选型不合理;内部过电压保护不完善;线路及设备污闪严重;抗自然灾害能力差;以及通讯系统、运行管理、综合治理等方面的问题。提出了完善大气过电压保护;加强内部过电压保护等5项适应“全天候”电网的措施。     

Phosphorus seed coating increases phosphorus uptake,early growth and yield of pearl millet (Pennisetum glaucum (L.) R. Br.) grown on an acid sandy soil in Niger,West Africa

In pot and field experiments conducted in 1990 and 1991 on an acid sandy, phosphorus (P) deficient soil in Niger, West Africa, the effect of seed coating on seedling emergence, early growth and grain yield of pearl millet (Pennisetum glaucum (L.) R. Br.) was studied. Seeds of pearl millet were coated with different rates (0; 0.5; 1.0; 2.0; 5.0; 10.0 mg P seed^–1) and types of P fertilizers (single superphosphate, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate; monocalcium phosphate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate and sodium triphosphate). Seedling emergence was generally reduced at coating rates higher than 0.5 mg P seed^–1 and prevented with single superphosphate and sodium triphosphate at rates higher than 5 mg P seed^–1. No correlation was found between the pH and osmomolity of the coatings and final emergence of millet seedlings. The most favourable effect on plant growth and P content was achieved with ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (AHP) as seed coating. This was attributed to the enhancement effect of ammonium on P uptake. Compared to the untreated control dry matter production at 20 days after planting (DAP) was increased by 280%, P content per plant by 330%, total biomass at maturity by 30% and grain yield by 45%. Although seed coating with AHP may be harmful to seedlings emergence, it represents a suitable method to enhance early growth and increase yield of pearl millet.

“生态学马克思主义”的多维视野——安德烈·高兹的生态重建理论探析

生态学的马克思主义者力图将生态学与马克思主义结合起来,以此融合的视角来剖析当代资本主义面临的生态危机,努力解决资本主义国家的深层矛盾。在高兹看来,＂资本主义社会的中心斗争就是扩大经济合理性与限制经济合理性的斗争＂。他认为,必不可少的解决方案就是生态重建,而他的生态重建理论,是从分析资本主义经济合理性入手的。

河南省旅游资源丰富,河南省政府已明确提出了"旅游立省"的发展战略。但河南省旅游景区的公示语翻译质量却不尽人意。以生态翻译学理论为基础,采用个人访谈和问卷调查方式,从语言学生态维度和和文化生态维度二个方面对旅游景区公示语翻译进行研究。
