Recent research on mast cell biology has turned its focus on MRGPRX2, a new member of the Mas-related G protein-coupled subfamily of receptors (Mrgprs), originally described in nociceptive neurons of the dorsal root ganglia. MRGPRX2, a member of this group, is present not only in neurons but also in mast cells (MCs), specifically, and potentially in other cells of the immune system, such as basophils and eosinophils. As emerging new functions for this receptor are studied, a variety of both natural and pharmacologic ligands are being uncovered, linked to the ability to induce receptor-mediated MC activation and degranulation. The diversity of these ligands, characterized in their human, mice, or rat homologues, seems to match that of the receptor’s interactions. Natural ligands include host defense peptides, basic molecules, and key neuropeptides such as substance P and vasointestinal peptide (known for their role in the transmission of pain and itch) as well as eosinophil granule-derived proteins. Exogenous ligands include MC secretagogues such as compound 48/80 and mastoparan, a component of bee wasp venom, and several peptidergic drugs, among which are members of the quinolone family, neuromuscular blocking agents, morphine, and vancomycin. These discoveries shed light on its capacity as a multifaceted participant in naturally occurring responses within immunity and neural stimulus perception, as in responses at the center of immune pathology. In host defense, the mice Mrgprb2 has been proven to aid mast cells in the detection of peptidic molecules from bacteria and in the release of peptides with antimicrobial activities and other immune mediators. There are several potential actions described for it in tissue homeostasis and repair. In the realm of pathologic response, there is evidence to suggest that this receptor is also involved in chronic inflammation. Furthermore, MRGPRX2 has been linked to the pathophysiology of non-IgE-mediated immediate hypersensitivity drug reactions. Different studies have shown its possible role in other allergic diseases as well, such as asthma, atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, and chronic spontaneous urticaria. In this review, we sought to cover its function in physiologic processes and responses, as well as in allergic and nonallergic immune disease.  相似文献

综述了钻井,完井,尤其是水力压裂作业中产生的多糖类聚合物伤害和应用糖甙键特异酶破胶,解除多糖类聚合物伤害的技术。第一节报道了聚合物降解产物造成的伤害,指出冻胶破胶液粘度低并不代表压裂液已从充填裂缝中充分返排,氧化破胶剂和普通酶破胶剂不能使多糖类聚合物充分降解,产生的大分子量,水不溶的降解产物可对地层造成伤害,消除伤害的办法是采用对糖甙键有特异性的各种水解酶作压裂液破胶剂或伤害地层处理剂。第二节报道了各种聚合物(纤维素,瓜尔胶,淀粉)糖甙键特异酶降解聚合物的机理。第三节报道了糖甙键特异酶(主要针对瓜尔胶)的应用性能测试及结果,包括岩心流动实验,含糖量和分子量测定,传导性测试。第四节介绍了糖甙键特异酶消除聚合物伤害和用作压裂液破胶剂的现场应用,包括选井原则,实施工艺要点及3个典型井例。  相似文献

This study provides a meta-analysis of research on the associations between relationship conflict, task conflict, team performance, and team member satisfaction. Consistent with past theorizing, results revealed strong and negative correlations between relationship conflict, team performance, and team member satisfaction. In contrast to what has been suggested in both academic research and introductory textbooks, however, results also revealed strong and negative (instead of the predicted positive) correlations between task conflict, team performance, and team member satisfaction. As predicted, conflict had stronger negative relations with team performance in highly complex (decision making, project, mixed) than in less complex (production) tasks. Finally, task conflict was less negatively related to team performance when task conflict and relationship conflict were weakly, rather than strongly, correlated. 用透射电子显微镜、扫描电镜对锑化镓材料切、磨、抛等加工工艺引入的表面损伤进行观察和检测。结果表明:切割加工是锑化镓单晶晶片表面损伤层引入的主要工序;锑化镓单晶切割片表面极不平整,有金刚砂所引起的较粗桔皮皱纹;其表面损伤层深度≤30μm;双面研磨的锑化镓晶片表面仍有较粗桔皮皱纹,但比切割片的要细,而且桔皮皱纹的深浅随磨砂(Al2O3)粒径的减小而变细变浅;晶片的表面损伤层深度(≤5μm)也随着磨砂粒径的减小而减小。一般情况下,其损伤层的深度约为磨砂粒径的1/2。机械化学抛光加工的锑化镓晶片表面的SEM像观察不到桔皮皱纹;其损伤层深度约55nm。  相似文献

Compact Airborne Spectrographic Imager (CASI) hyperspectral data is used to investigate the effects of topography on the selection of spectral end members, and to assess whether the topographic correction improves the discrimination of rock units for lithologic mapping. A publicly available Digital Elevation Model (DEM), at a scale of 1:50,000, is used to model the radiance variation of the scene as a function of topography, assuming a Lambertian surface. Skylight is estimated and removed from the airborne data using a dark object correction. The CASI data is corrected on a pixel-by-pixel basis to normalize the scene to a uniform solar illumination and viewing geometry. The results show that topography has the effect of expanding end member clusters at times resulting in the overlap of clusters and that the correction process can effectively reduce the variation in detected radiance due to changes in local illumination. When topographic effects are embedded in the hyperspectral data, methods typically used for the selection of end members, such as the convex hull method, can miss end members or result in the selection of nonrepresentative pixels as end members. Thus, end members selected by some conventional methods are very likely “incomplete” or “nonrepresentative” if the topographic effect is embedded in the data. As shown in this study, the topographic correction can reveal hidden end members and achieve a better representation of end members via the statistical center of isolated clusters.  相似文献
