Effect of comb-type copolymer on crystallization of paraffin from waxy oils and methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) -toluene dewaxing

In this research, maleic anhydride-α-octadecene copolymer and its derivative with phenylethylamine was synthesized and its effect on the crystallization of paraffins was investigated. This derivative, when added into second cut of vacuum gas oil and forth cut of vacuum gas oil, increases the size and improves aggregation of paraffin crystals observed by polarizing light microscopy, increases onset temperature and enthalpy of paraffin crystallization determined by differential scanning calorimetry, improves the dewaxing efficiency with dosage of 100?ppm explored by MEK-toluene dewaxing.     

Study on wax precipitation characteristics of wax deposit in pipes

Wax deposit properties are a significant concern in pipeline pigging during waxy crude oil transportation. In the present work, the impacts of flow conditions and oil properties on the wax precipitation characteristics of wax deposits are investigated. A flow loop apparatus was developed to conduct wax deposition experiments using four crude oils collected from different field pipes. The differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) technique was employed to observe the wax precipitation characteristics of crude oil and wax deposit. The results show that the wax content and the wax appearance temperature (WAT) of the deposits increase with shear stress and radial temperature gradient, and decrease with radial wax molecule concentration gradient near the pipe wall. The DSC tests on the wax deposits revealed that the deposit wax content is strongly correlated to the oil wax content. Furthermore, an empirical correlation was developed to predict the wax content and the WAT of the wax deposit. Verification of the empirical correlation using the different oils indicated that the average relative error of the wax content prediction and average absolute error of WAT prediction were 13.2% and 3.6°C, respectively.     

蜡晶形态结构对原油降凝的影响

 采用偏光显微镜观察了不同条件下蜡晶的形态变化，对蜡结晶过程中的结构、分布状态和生长规律进行了深入的研究，采用气相色谱分析了用52#、62#、80#蜡配制的模拟油中蜡的碳数分布，考察了凝点与蜡含量之间的变化规律，以及沥青质、胶质和大分子降凝剂(PPD)对模拟油降凝、降粘的影响，为改善原油流动性提供理论依据。实验结果表明，蜡晶的微观形态结构、蜡在油中的溶解性能以及降凝剂的降凝作用与模拟油中蜡的碳数分布密切相关，只有当降凝剂分子结构与油中蜡的结构匹配时，才能达到理想的降凝效果。通过实验确定了模拟油降凝时的临界蜡含量为40%（质量分数），大于该临界值后，凝点随着蜡含量的变化幅度将大大降低。     

玉门减压深拔减五线生产微晶蜡的工艺研究及应用

对玉门减压深拔减五线生产微晶蜡的工艺进行了研究并进行了工业应用,生产结果表明:以减压深拔减五线为原料经酮苯脱蜡脱油、白土精制生产微晶蜡,操作过程平稳,酮苯脱蜡脱油过程过滤速度较快,脱蜡油和粗蜡的平均收率可达到78.24%。微晶蜡产品质量符合SH/T 0013-1999标准要求。     

P(DBF-VA)型柴油低温流动性改进剂的研制

针对新疆地产柴油蜡含量较高的特点,以游离基聚合法合成了富马酸双链混合酯和醋酸乙烯酯共聚物型[P(DBF-VA)]柴油低温流动改进剂,利用正交实验研究了单体配比,引发剂用量,溶剂用量,聚合温度对聚合物降冷滤效果的影响。共聚物用IR进行表征,利用XRD初步探讨了该降凝剂的降凝机理。结果表明:该剂能使吐哈—10~#、0~#柴油冷滤点降低10℃和7℃;使独山子0~#柴油冷滤点下降12℃;使石化0~#柴油冷滤点下降8℃;使克拉玛依0~#柴油的冷滤点下降8℃。     

柴油蜡晶的理论形态预测与显微实际形态的比较

采用BFDH模型和AE模型预测柴油中蜡晶的理论形态，与通过相衬光学显微镜在冷环境平台上观察柴油蜡晶在低温下析出的实际形态。以及加入低温流动性改进剂T1804的柴油蜡晶形态进行比较研究。以十八烷晶体和二十三烷晶体作为柴油蜡晶中偶数正构烷烃和奇数正构烷烃的模型化合物，得到它们的晶体理论形态为六面体薄片状晶体。不同降温速率下得到的蜡晶的实际形态与大小均不同。快速降温条件下得到的晶体形态主要为六边形、菱形和其它少数不规则多边形薄片状集合体；慢速降温条件下得到的柴油蜡晶的形态比较完整，为六边形片状，与通过BFDH和AE模型得到的十八烷即偶数正构烷烃的形态比较接近。柴油加T1804后，快速降温时，出现更多细小的无规则晶体，且很快聚集成片状晶体；慢速降温时，出现晶体的数目要多于未加剂柴油，形状不规则，且尺寸小于未加剂柴油。     

自喷井电动清蜡绞车的研制

针对目前石油钻采用清蜡绞车总体结构设计不合理以及实用性不强等技术难题,研制开发了自喷井电动清蜡绞车。该绞车的核心部件包括过载保护安全装置、牙嵌离合器轴套、自动/手动互换装置、计量装置以及密封装置。在清蜡绞车自动工作中,当清蜡刮刀遇到较大阻力时,清蜡绞车将接收到反馈信号,可实现智能停车,自动转换为手动状态,以便操作人员检查和排除故障,从而确保了操作的安全性,延长了设备的使用寿命。1000余台电动清蜡绞车的现场应用表明,该产品可以大大降低原油的开采成本,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。     

Changes in Volatile Components of Stored Tangerines and Other Specialty Citrus Fruits with Different Coatings

ABSTRACT: Shellac and wax-based citrus coatings were applied to Fallglo, Robinson, Sunburst, Dancy and Murcott tangerines, Nova and Orlando tangelos, and Temple oranges. Flavor volatiles were measured before and after storage. Concentrations of ethyl acetate, ethyl butyrate, isopentanol and 2-methyl-3-buten-2-ol increased markedly for fruit with shellac-based coatings, and were highly correlated with ethanol content, but at different ratios for the different varieties. The concentration increases were relatively less for fruit coated with the wax-based coatings, and suggest that high-gloss shellac and resin-based coatings are not appropriate for tangerines.

将蜂蜡用复合乳化剂乳化时加入自制的乳化助剂，制得稳定的蜡乳液，将该乳液与羟基蛙油乳液复配，制得乳白色略带蓝光硅蜡乳液，该硅蜡乳液用于绵羊服装革作顶层手感改善剂，除了获得油润的蜡感和滑爽感之外，还使成革具有抗菌和抗静电作用。
