从4个方面对济阳坳陷古近纪是否发生过海侵进行了论证:1盐类矿物演化序列的海相性特点;2海相遗迹化石Paleodictyon的发现;3Paleodictyon围岩中可以指示海侵发生的甲藻甾烷分子化石的发现;4有海侵证据的沙河街组沉积时期的湖进基本与全球范围的海侵吻合.研究结果表明,济阳坳陷古近纪沙河街组沉积期曾经受到过海水波及或短时期与海连通.海侵作用对研究区优质烃源岩的成因和中国东部渤海湾盆地的古地理格局以及新生代沉积盆地内的层序地层都具有重要作用.  相似文献

湘中邵东组主要由细碎屑岩组成。研究表明邵东组是在滨外泥质陆棚沉积环境中形成的,沉积相主要有滨岸砂坝、滨外泥质陆棚及滨外碳酸盐陆棚。在邵东组占主要地位的滨外泥质陆棚相沉积,属于海侵沉积。因此邵东组及其底部的海侵与Johnson(1982)所提出的石炭纪底部全球性海侵事件一致,据此可认为邵东组形成时代可能仍属早石炭世早期。  相似文献

Palaeochannels are the main passageway through which the seawater (saltwater) transgresses. 根据钻井,露头和地震资料分析,按照层序地层学的原理,将塔里木盆地古生界划分为9个层序27个体系域,从层序,体系域的观点出发,层序内的低水位期和高水位期体系域发育有各类砂岩体,形成油气聚集的有利场所,而海进期系域发育有生油源岩,同时又可成为良好的盖层。因此,一个完整的层序便构成一套生,储,盖组合,形成非构造圈区,根据各层序,体系域的配置关系,推测塔里木盆地古生界非构造圈闭有利区带有:(1)寒武系-下  相似文献

Forgiveness is one construct that is beginning to demonstrate promise as a health and relationship promoter within the workplace. The primary aim of this research was to examine the effects of one psychological intervention (social motivational training) that was developed to promote forgiveness among co-workers. In the first of two studies, workers were randomly assigned to one of two intervention conditions (i.e., job satisfaction training, social motivational training). Participants read a vignette in which they were to imagine themselves as victims of a co-worker transgression. Judgments of responsibility and co-worker forgiveness were then measured at two intervals: before and after training. In Study 2, workers recounted an actual critical incident involving a co-worker transgression, completed a pretraining questionnaire measuring judgments of responsibility, self-image, and forgiveness, received either a one-on-one job satisfaction training or social motivational training session, and completed a post-training questionnaire. Results from both studies indicated that social motivational training enhanced participants' forgiveness of a hypothetical and actual co-worker. In addition, Study 2 showed an increase in workers' self-image following social motivational training, suggesting affirmation of the self as a possible mechanism for the effects of social motivational training on forgiveness. Social relations analyses examined the relative importance of forgivingness (disposition to forgive others), forgivability (tendency to obtain forgiveness from others), and relationship effects in determining family members' transgression-related interpersonal motivations (TRIMs) and their perceptions of others' TRIMs toward them (PTRIMs). In 2 studies, the individual and dyadic predictors of these components and their relative importance differed by family role (father, mother, or early adolescent child). Dispositional tendencies accounted for the most variance in father and child forgiveness, whereas mothers' TRIMs and PTRIMs were more strongly determined by relationship and partner effects. Personality correlates of forgivingness and forgivability were moderated by family role. The findings point to the need to embed the study of forgiveness in more complex psychosocial contexts. 歧口凹陷古近系沙河街组一段下亚段湖盆咸化成因   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
歧口凹陷沙河街组一段下亚段(简称沙一下亚段)在整体湖扩的背景下形成了多套薄层白云岩发育于暗色泥岩的特殊岩性段,显示出较强的咸化湖盆环境。对研究区内不同岩性样品进行的微量元素分析结果表明,歧口凹陷沙一下亚段主要为盐度较大的咸水环境;碳、氧稳定同位素测试显示该区碳酸盐岩δ13C 偏正异常明显,Z值分布范围为111~168.52;锶稳定同位素分布范围略高于同期海水,远低于同期河、湖水。结合薄片观察中发现的具指相意义的海绿石、胶磷矿,扫描电镜下发现的钙质超微化石研究表明,歧口凹陷沙一下亚段湖盆咸化可能是海侵所致。  相似文献

Spatial designers, who engage children in their design process, most often frame children in this context as experts in their own lives. Findings from a study based at the University of Sheffield, point to new understandings of this participatory role, in which children move towards the role of designer. Drawing on interviews including visual methods with 16 spatial designers and guided by phenemonography, the paper seeks to represent the designers’ perspectives on the under-explored area of child–designer interactions. Findings suggest that the designers understand these interactions to comprise a reciprocal and co-created space – a sphere of behaviours, actions and ways of being which together becomes an enabler of change. It is proposed that what Bhabha (The Location of Culture, 1994) refers to as a ‘Third Space’ in which the ‘dominant culture might be temporarily subverted and its structural systems of power and control renegotiated’ can be re-imagined in this co-design context. The paper weaves together theoretical discourse and empirical illustrations of perceived creativity, play and transgression, which – at their intersection – support a potential transformation of understandings of children as co-designers and of the design process itself.  相似文献

Reactions to transgression in children was assessed through analysis of a story completion test given to 6th graders. The to-be-completed stories related themes of acts of aggression by children against others which would usually be unacceptable to society. Stories were categorized re: degree of reliance on self or other as source of control. Mother's method of discipline was obtained through interview; the disciplinary methods were divided into the more physically punitive (hitting, yelling at) and the more psychological (withdrawal of love, explanation, etc.) Results demonstrated that in general 'moral behavior' was a function of anticipated external punishment. Self-criticism was viewed as an instrumental response related to such anticipation. Differences re: determinants of moral attitudes and consequent reliance on self or other were found in terms of socioeconomic level.
