The progress in atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) provides an effective means for the design and preparation of functional membranes. Polymeric membranes with different macromolecular architectures applied in fuel cells, including block and graft copolymers are conveniently prepared via ATRP. Moreover, ATRP has also been widely used to introduce functionality onto the membrane surface to enhance its use in specific applications, such as antifouling, stimuli-responsive, adsorption function and pervaporation. In this review, the recent design and synthesis of advanced functional membranes via the ATRP technique are discussed in detail and their especial advantages are highlighted by selected examples extract the principles for preparation or modification of membranes using the ATRP methodology.  相似文献

激光加热辅助切削工程陶瓷技术即使用激光作为外加热源先于刀具加热软化陶瓷工件,然后再使用刀具将软化的材料去除。较高的剪切变形区温度降低了陶瓷材料的屈服应力和硬度,陶瓷变形特征从脆性转变为塑性或者准塑性,从而提高切削效率,延长刀具使用寿命,有望解决陶瓷加工中的低效率和高成本现状。从激光加热辅助切削工程陶瓷研究进展、激光束的整合,以及切削机理等方面,对激光加热辅助加工工程陶瓷做了较为全面的论述。  相似文献

Multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) approach plays an important role in life, since it is always necessary to make decisions through various alternatives based on specific criteria. In this paper, interval type-2 fuzzy sets (IT2FSs) are used because in most cases in the real-world the information is incomplete and ambiguous. A new group decision approach with linear assignment method (LAM) is proposed. In addition, weight of each evaluation factor according to subjective and objective data is constructed based on a new developed version of linear programming technique for multidimensional analysis of preference (LINMAP) method. In the proposed method, weights of decision makers (DMs) are computed based on a novel approach that applies a new modified method based on the concept of ideal solutions. Furthermore, a new IT2F-ranking method is introduced. To display the applicability of the presented soft computing method, firstly, a real case study of green supplier selection problem is adopted from the literature and solved. Moreover, the method is applied in a second case study of project evaluation and selection problem. Two applications show that the introduced method presents a proper soft computing framework that can handle real-world uncertain environments. Moreover, the method can consider importance of the DMs and evaluation criteria.  相似文献

Senescence is a stress-response process characterized by the irreversible inhibition of cell proliferation, associated to the acquisition of a senescence-associated secretory phenotype (SASP), that may drive pathological conditions. Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) is a rare disease in which LAM cells, featuring the hyperactivation of the mammalian Target of Rapamycin Complex 1 (mTORC1) for the absence of tuberin expression, cause the disruption of the lung parenchyma. Considering that LAM cells secrete SASP factors and that mTOR is also a driver of senescence, we deepened the contribution of senescence in LAM cell phenotype. We firstly demonstrated that human primary tuberin-deficient LAM cells (LAM/TSC cells) have senescent features depending on mTOR hyperactivation, since their high positivity to SA-β galactosidase and to phospho-histone H2A.X are reduced by inducing tuberin expression and by inhibiting mTOR with rapamycin. Then, we demonstrated the capability of LAM/TSC cells to induce senescence. Indeed, primary lung fibroblasts (PLFs) grown in LAM/TSC conditioned medium increased the positivity to SA-β galactosidase and to phospho-histone H2A.X, as well as p21WAF1/CIP1 expression, and enhanced the mRNA expression and the secretion of the SASP component IL-8. Taken together, these data make senescence a novel field of study to understand LAM development and progression.  相似文献

This paper presents the results of a sensitivity analysis carried out to compare the values of asphalt and subgrade strains (as well as associated fatigue and deformation lives) obtained with the method of equivalent thicknesses (MET) with those calculated with the BISAR software. The strains were calculated for a large number of 3-layer flexible pavement structures. A linear regression analysis has been performed to predict the values of strain (as well as life) calculated with BISAR from those obtained with the MET methodology and with a desired level of confidence. The analysis showed that, while subgrade strains were predicted acceptably well, differences greater than ±10% exist between the two methods in the case of the asphalt strains. An alternative model is therefore proposed to improve the MET methodology results for 3-layer pavement structures. The alternative model provides a simple and efficient method for practical purposes, for example in Pavement Management Systems or in simulation of pavement deterioration, where stresses and strains must be calculated large numbers of times.  相似文献

为了解决高强度、高脆性氧化锆(ZrO2)陶瓷材料加工困题的问题,对激光加热辅助切削(Laser-assisted machining,LAM)ZrO2陶瓷加工技术进行了研究。建立了热传递的三维模型,并采用ANSYS软件进行了温度场有限元仿真。搭建了切削试验系统并进行了加工试验。试验采用Nd:YAG激光器进行连续加热,红外线测温仪测量表面温度,压电式测力仪在线测量切削力,并对切屑形状、刀具磨损状态和加工质量做了研究。结果表明:相对传统切削加工技术,LAM加工技术能够有效地减小切削力,减缓刀具磨损和改善加工表面质量。  相似文献
