Spinal Excitatory Dynorphinergic Interneurons Contribute to Burn Injury-Induced Nociception Mediated by Phosphorylated Histone 3 at Serine 10 in Rodents

The phosphorylation of serine 10 in histone 3 (p-S10H3) has recently been demonstrated to participate in spinal nociceptive processing. However, superficial dorsal horn (SDH) neurons involved in p-S10H3-mediated nociception have not been fully characterized. In the present work, we combined immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization with the retrograde labeling of projection neurons to reveal the subset of dorsal horn neurons presenting an elevated level of p-S10H3 in response to noxious heat (60 °C), causing burn injury. Projection neurons only represented a small percentage (5%) of p-S10H3-positive cells, while the greater part of them belonged to excitatory SDH interneurons. The combined immunolabeling of p-S10H3 with markers of already established interneuronal classes of the SDH revealed that the largest subset of neurons with burn injury-induced p-S10H3 expression was dynorphin immunopositive in mice. Furthermore, the majority of p-S10H3-expressing dynorphinergic neurons proved to be excitatory, as they lacked Pax-2 and showed Lmx1b-immunopositivity. Thus, we showed that neurochemically heterogeneous SDH neurons exhibit the upregulation of p-S10H3 shortly after noxious heat-induced burn injury and consequential tissue damage, and that a dedicated subset of excitatory dynorphinergic neurons is likely a key player in the development of central sensitization via the p-S10H3 mediated pathway.     

一种新的解映射算法的推导和实现

本文在一种16QAM,64QAM,256QAM的解映射算法启发下,提出了新的适合32QAM和128QAM的解映射算法,并在此基础上,给出了适合DVB-C接收机的多QAM解映射结构.然后在FPGA中实现和仿真.最后通过比较说明,相对于传统的查找表解映射方法,提出的解映射算法可以明显减少资源使用率.     

Investigation of the use of ram horn hydrolysate for fungal protein production

Production of the fungus Aspergillus niger NRRL 330 was studied in submerged fermentation with ram horn hydrolysate (RHH) as substrate. The characteristics of RHH have been reported previously. The RHH was enriched by addition of glucose and KH₂PO₄. The effects of kinetic parameters on the biomass yield of the fungus were investigated. The optimal conditions for growth of A niger on RHH were initial pH 6.5, temperature 30 °C, fermentation time 96 h and agitation speed 150 rpm. Under these optimal conditions the initial carbohydrate content of RHH was reduced from 1.52 to 0.2% and the biomass yield was 8.9 g l^?1. The biomass contained about 48.1% protein, 5.2% fat and 9.4% ash (on a dry weight basis). The amino acid content of the biomass was compared with Food and Agricultural Organisation (FAO) and animal feed standards. The protein produced contained all the essential amino acids for animal feed, but the amounts of these amino acids were somewhat lower than those of FAO and soybean reference protein. However, the amino acid composition of the biomass was better than that of animal feed. The results with RHH were also compared with previously reported data on fungal mycelium grown on waste liquor substrate. In conclusion, it was found that RHH could be used as a substrate in the production of fungal protein for use as animal feed. Copyright © 2003 Society of Chemical Industry     

非均匀有耗媒质部分参数的重建

在高频部分，通过用Ｗｅｎｔｚｅｌ—Ｋｒａｍｅｒｓ—Ｂｒｉｌｌｏｕｉｎ—Ｊｅｆｆｅｒｙｓ（ＷＫＢＪ）解作为内场近似，本文证明了有耗非均匀媒质的反射系数在复平面上的轨迹是个圆。根据不同入射角度、不同极化的高频反射系数圆的圆心与半径，可以重建出有耗媒质的部分关键参数。本文方法同时适用于已知复反射系数谱和仅知反射系数振幅情况。文中给出具体重建实例。     

桥口南--徐集地区三维地震资料连片处理技术

针对东濮桥口南—徐集地区三维地震资料的特点及本区块的地质要求，制定处理流程，应用能量均衡、面元均化、三维道内插、三维DMO叠加及三维一步法偏移等技术方法，研究解决因为不同年代、不同方法、不同参数所采集的地震数据在连片处理时存在的问题，精细处理三维连片资料，满足构造解释精度的要求，对进一步落实该区构造和增储上产具有重要的作用。     

新型圆锥加脊TEM喇叭天线的分析

ＴＥＭ喇叭是一种超宽带天线，在瞬态场和超宽带雷达的研究中具有良好的理论和应用价值，本文首先应用格林函数法分析了壁无限薄的圆锥加脊ＴＥＭ喇叭天线，计算了喇叭上的电荷分布及截面阻抗，并分析这种ＴＥＭ喇叭天线在不同辐射方向的波形，结果表明这 超宽带和波形保真性。     

与低计算复杂度解映射相结合的16APSK星座优化

提出一种在新的简化的解映射方法下,以星座图上所有信号点距离解映射门限的最小距离的最大化为目标函数的星座图优化方法。仿真比较了在优化设计的星座映射下,传统的解映射算法和所提出的解映射的误码性能。仿真结果表明,所提出的星座图优化设计方法在简化的解映射方法下具有良好的性能;简化的解映射算法在大大降低计算复杂度的情况下,在误比特率为10-4时,SNR损失了约1 d B。     

An analysis,design and tuning of Cascade Control Systems in the presence of constraints in actuator and process outputs

In the presence of rate constraints in actuator, design of cascade controller based on the primary controller conditional integration can result into closed-loop system oscillations. Stability analysis, performed by the describing function technique and confirmed by simulation, demonstrates that the solution based on the Anti-Reset Windup Cascade Control System (ARW CCS) structure is successful. Design and tuning of the ARW CCS secondary controller is a standard ARW single-input single-output problem. In the present paper tuning is proposed for the ARW CCS primary controller. For the serial process modeling simple rules are derived and confirmed by experimental results, obtained on a drum type boiler of a 210 MWe lignite coal fired unit. General design of the ARW CCS is based on the parallel process modeling and optimization of the primary controller. Optimization is performed in the frequency domain, under constraints on the maximum sensitivity, multiplicative uncertainty bound and sensitivity to measurement noise. Simulation and experimental results on a laboratory thermal plant demonstrate effectiveness of the proposed optimization.
