量子密码在无线局域网中的安全研究

本文通过对量子密码BB84协议及IEEE802.11i认证协议的分析与讨论,深入研究了802.11i密钥管理机制中的4次握手,利用量子密码安全的优势与IEEE802.11i无线网络相结合,提出量子握手,为无线网络中数据的通信安全提供保障。     

基于核酸识体的电化学免疫传感器用于血小板源性生长因子的检测

该文提出了一种新颖的、高灵敏度的基于核酸识体和银沉积的电化学免疫传感器用于人体血小板源生长因子BB(PDGF-BB)的检测.首先在电极的表面固定抗体,然后与抗原、生物素标记的核酸识体形成免疫夹心复合物,再利用生物素和亲合素的特异性反应把亲合素标记的碱性磷酸酶固定到电极上,然后把得到的产物在底物溶液中进行银沉积,最后利用电化学方法对沉积到电极表面的银进行检测以达到检测PDGF-BB的目的.实验对固定抗体浓度和生物素标记核酸识体的浓度两个条件进行了优化.实验结果表明PDGF-BB的浓度在1～1000 ng/mL的范围具有良好的线性关系,最低检测下限可达0.8 ng/mL.该方法具有高灵敏度和稳定性,在临床上具有广阔的应用前景.     

Clinically Applicable Assessment of Tisagenlecleucel CAR T Cell Treatment by Digital Droplet PCR for Copy Number Variant Assessment

Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapy is an innovative immunotherapy for treating cancers in both children and adults with proven utility in numerous clinical trials. Significantly, some CAR T cell therapies have now been approved by relevant national regulatory bodies across numerous countries for clinical therapeutic use outside of clinical trials. One such recently licensed product is tisagenlecleucel, a CAR T therapy approved for the treatment of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) using autologous T cells from the patient. The genetically engineered T cells target a protein called CD19, common to B cells, through a CAR incorporating a 4-1BB costimulatory domain to improve response. Since tisagenlecleucel is now a standard of care treatment for B-ALL, it is clinically essential to be able to accurately monitor these CAR T cells in patients. Assessment of the copy number variant (CNV) of the CAR T cell products allows this within a clinically acceptable timeframe for optimal patient benefit. However, no standardized method with high reproducibility and efficiency has been described within a routine clinical laboratory setting. Here, we demonstrated a novel digital droplet PCR (ddPCR)-based methodology for the study of CNV (ddPCR-CNV) in 4-1BB CD19-specific CAR T cells with universal applicability across clinical diagnostic laboratories.     

环糊精及其衍生物与亮蓝包结作用的荧光光谱研究

采用荧光光谱法研究β- 环糊精(β-CD)及其衍生物羟乙基- β- 环糊精(HE- β-CD)、羟丙基- β- 环糊精(HP-β-CD)与亮蓝的包结作用。Hildebrand-Benesi 方程表明包结反应的摩尔比为1:1,包结能力依次为：β-CD ＜ HE-β-CD ＜ HP- β-CD。确定了最佳反应时间为30min,最佳反应pH 值范围为4～10。     

C~1插值二次B样条曲线曲面

利用二次均匀B样条曲线的端点性质,导出了构造插值二次均匀B样条曲线曲面的一种新的基函数―BB基函数。由BB基函数构造了C1保形插值二次均匀B样条曲线,构造了C1双二次均匀B样条插值曲面。     

基于多传感器信息融合城市车辆导航定位

针对全球定位系统信号易受城市复杂的环境干扰,接收不可靠、航位推算只能进行短时间高精度导航、地图匹配仅可在拐弯处才能提供与地图精度相当的修正信息、城区车辆导航存在“盲区”问题,研制了采用蓝牙技术的新型路标传感器,研究了基于自适应联合卡尔曼滤波算法的多传感器信息融合技术。大量的试验研究表明：采用该信息融合技术后,城区车辆导航定位精度达到10m以内,符合高精度导航定位要求。     

缓／控释BB肥是我国缓／控释肥料的发展方向

分析了树脂和硫磺包裹尿素缓释肥料发展缓慢的原因和弊端,提出以水溶性聚合物作为尿素和复混肥料的包膜、胶结和内质缓释剂,具有降解快、对作物无害、改善土壤结构、成本低等特点,将促进缓释肥料的发展。采用生产不同时间段释放养分的缓释肥,按作物不同生育期对养分的需求比例掺混在一起,生产作物专用的缓／控释BB肥料简单易行,应是我国缓／控释肥料的发展方向。     

Interpolymer radical coupling: A toolbox complementary to controlled radical polymerization

The current review focuses on the relevance and practical benefit of interpolymer radical coupling methods. The latter are developing rapidly and constitute a perfectly complementary macromolecular engineering toolbox to the controlled radical polymerization techniques (CRP). Indeed, all structures formed by CRP are likely to be prone to radical coupling reactions, which multiply the available synthetic possibilities. Basically, the coupling systems can be divided in two main categories. The first one, including the atom transfer radical coupling (ATRC), silane radical atom abstraction (SRAA) and cobalt-mediated radical coupling (CMRC), relies on the recombination of macroradicals produced from a dormant species. The second one, including atom transfer nitroxide radical coupling (ATNRC), single electron transfer nitroxide radical coupling (SETNRC), enhanced spin capturing polymerization (ESCP) and nitrone/nitroso mediated radical coupling (NMRC), makes use of a radical scavenger in order to promote the conjugation of the polymer chains. More than a compilation of macromolecular engineering achievements, the present review additionally aims to emphasize the particularities, synthetic potential and present limitations of each system.
