提出了一种多传感器信息融合识别空间复杂弹道式目标及其伴随诱饵的识别模型。将人工神经网络和确定性理论结合起来,以神经网络的输出代替应用确定性理论所需的有关领域专家的知识和经验,并用确定性理论进行不同空域和时域的信息融合。仿真结果表明,经过融合后,大大改善了识别效果。  相似文献

Adaptive control is a control methodology capable of dealing with uncertain systems to ensure desired control performance. This paper provides an overview of some fundamental theoretical aspects and technical issues of multivariable adaptive control, and a thorough presentation of various adaptive control schemes for multi-input–multi-output systems, literature reviews on adaptive control foundations and multivariable adaptive control methods, and related technical problems. It covers some basic concepts and issues such as certainty equivalence, stability, tracking, robustness, and parameter convergence. It discusses some of the most important topics of adaptive control: plant uncertainty parametrization, stable controller adaptation, and design conditions for different adaptive control schemes. The paper also presents a detailed study of well-developed multivariable model reference adaptive control theory and design techniques. It provides an introduction to multivariable adaptive pole placement and adaptive nonlinear control, and it concludes by identifying some open research problems.  相似文献

According to some recent research, Americans hold a great deal of misinformation about important political issues. However, such investigations treat incorrect answers to quiz questions measuring knowledge as evidence of misinformation. This study instead defines misperceptions as incorrect answers that respondents are confident are correct. Two surveys of representative samples of American adults on the Affordable Care Act reveal that most people were uncertain about the provisions in the law. Confidently held incorrect beliefs were far less common than incorrect answers. Misperceptions were most prevalent on aspects of the law on which elites prominently and persistently made incorrect claims. Furthermore, although Americans appear to have learned about the law between 2010 and 2012, misperceptions on many provisions of the law persisted.  相似文献

With the expansion of wind energy development, there is a need to update wind data periodically for the state of Texas for developers and landowners to see if their properties could support wind turbines. This study presents an updated wind power map and a Windtane contour map of the state of Texas. The Windtane map shows the height above ground level needed to reach a baseline wind power level of 350 W/m2. This level is where the middle of class 3 wind power occurs and is widely considered to be the lower limit of the annual power level fort wind turbines to be economically viable for installation. The Windtane map using ArcGIS can be reconfigured to represent different power levels if need to. Both maps use a ‘certainty zone’ concept to constrain the areas where wind power is projected and to give increased confidence in the data to those areas projected into.  相似文献

In multiperiod control one sequentially chooses the value of an input variable to keep an output variable close to a target value. At any stage the input variable has to be such that the output is close to target while at the same time it provides as much information as possible about the model that relates input and output, to help keep the output close to target in the future. Certainty equivalence policies set the input variable at the value under which the output is estimated to be equal to target. Three alternative approaches that improve on certainty equivalence by searching for the best policy among families of policies that embed them are proposed, and their use is exemplified both on static as well as on time-varying dynamic models. Two approaches observe on credible regions for the root, while the third one is an adaptation of stochastic approximation sequences.  相似文献

测量报告(MR)是由网管系统收集的终端上报的测量信息,包括RSRP,PCI等信息,MR能够最真实地反馈用户在无线网络中的体验。但是由于隐私问题,MR中不包含用户的位置相关信息,这就导致运营商无法确定用户感知差的情况究竟发生在哪里。本文提出一种基于三维空间特征库的MR定位系统,利用确定性传播模型,建立三维空间接收场强特征库,并以此对MR进行精确定位,确定MR中每条记录发生的空间位置。这样就可以帮助运营商对网络的盲点、热点等进行精准定位,进而有目的地进行网络规划和优化。  相似文献

首先介绍了基于GIS的常规土地适宜性评价模型(LSEM),并指出它有两个主要缺点:一是同一级别内的不同类别没有显示出评分的区别;二是不同级别的分界处评分差别过份拉大。然后,利用专家系统中确信度(Certainty Factor)概念对其进行了改进。研究表明,经过改进的LSEM具有包含信息更丰富、更精确的特点,能为决策者提供更多的选择余地。  相似文献

We consider the design of explicit rate-based congestion control for high-speed communication networks and show that this can be formulated as a stochastic control problem where the controls of different users enter the system dynamics with different delays. We discuss the existence, derivation and the structure of the optimal controller, as well as of suboptimal controllers of the certainty-equivalent type — a terminology that is precisely defined in the paper for the specific context of the congestion control problem considered. We consider, in particular, two certainty-equivalent controllers which are easy to implement, and show that they are stabilizing, i.e., they lead to bounded infinite-horizon average cost, and stable queue dynamics. Further, these controllers perform well in simulations.  相似文献

It is shown that any stabilizing, certainty equivalence control used within an adaptive control system, causes the familiar interconnection of a controlled process and associated output estimator to be detectable through the estimator’s output error ep, for every frozen value of the index or parameter vector p upon which both the estimator and controller dynamics depend. The fact that certainty equivalence implies detectability has been known for some time – this has been shown to be so whenever the process model is linear and the controller and estimator models are also linear for every frozen value of p. In this paper, use is made of recently introduced concepts of input-to-state stability and detectability for nonlinear systems to prove that the same implication is valid in a more general, nonlinear setting.  相似文献
