Stable isotope and fatty acid compositions of monovarietal olive oils: Implications of ripening stage and climate effects as determinants in traceability studies

The quantitative variability of isotopic and fatty acid compositions in extra virgin olive oil was investigated in relation to variety, olive ripeness index and geographical origin. The study was carried out in two environments of Umbria region (central Italy), differing in annual/seasonal temperatures and rainfalls. Significant correlation was found between oil isotope compositions and climatic seasonal changes during fruit ripening. Moreover, significant isotopic differences among cultivars were related to the period of maximum oil accumulation in the fruits and to the fatty acid profile. A carbon kinetic isotopic effect could be associated with the fatty acid elongation from palmitic to stearic acid and to the unsaturation step leading from oleic to linoleic. No correlation was found between stable isotope and fatty acid compositions during fruit ripening. The analyzed cultivar and ripening effects on oil traceability issues are discussed in order to focus the resolution power of stable isotope methodologies and the possibility to distinguish monovarietal oils from the same area.     

Efficiency evaluation of parallel interdependent processes systems: an application to Chinese 985 Project universities

Data envelopment analysis (DEA) has been widely applied in measuring the efficiency of homogeneous decision-making units. Network DEA, as an important branch of DEA, was built to examine the internal structure of a system, whereas traditional DEA models regard a system as a ‘black box’. However, only a few previous studies on parallel systems have considered the interdependent relationship between system components. In recent years, parallel interdependent processes systems commonly exist in production systems because of serious competition among organisations. Thus, an approach to measure the efficiency of such systems should be proposed. This paper builds an additive DEA model to measure a parallel interdependent processes system with two components which have an interdependent relationship. Then, the model is applied to analyse the ‘985 Project’ universities in China, and certain policy implications are explained.     

Exciton states in wurtzite and zinc-blende InGaN/GaN coupled quantum dots

Based on the effective-mass approximation, exciton states in wurtzite (WZ) and zinc-blende (ZB) InGaN/GaN coupled quantum dots (QDs) are studied by means of a variational method. Numerical results show clearly that both the sizes and In content of QDs have a significant influence on exciton states in WZ and ZB InGaN/GaN coupled QDs. Moreover, the ground-state exciton binding energy decreases when the interdot barrier layer thickness increases in the WZ InGaN/GaN coupled QDs. However, the ground-state exciton binding energy has a minimum if the interdot barrier layer thickness increases in the ZB InGaN/GaN coupled QDs.

我国高水平综合大学参与教师教育的现状、问题及对策研究

“以师范院校为主体、综合大学参与”是我国教师教育发展的基本方针。研究表明，我国高水平综合大学参与教师教育存在的问题有：参与的积极性不高；参与教师教育的基础十分薄弱；注重职后培训，忽视职前教师培养；缺乏教师教育文化的氛围等等。基于此，我国高水平综合大学要承担起教师教育的社会责任；加大参与教师教育的投入；加强教师培训与培养一体化：以及培育教师教育文化氛围。     

高校校徽的文化符号构成与认知研究

目的研究高校校徽设计中文化符号对文化意象认知的影响,总结具有高识别性、记忆性和艺术性的优秀校徽的文化符号的设计规律,为后期高等教育类标志设计提供参考。方法收集三十九所985工程高校的校徽图片,分解其文化符号,获得客观的高校校徽与文化符号之间的联系。在此基础上进行意象认知实验,邀请受众对这三十九所高校校徽的人文、教育、学校三种文化意象进行主观评分,获取主观的校徽和文化意象之间的联系。此后邀请专家团队采取焦点小组法对实验样本进行探讨和分析,得出高校校徽设计中文化意象的设计规律。结论校徽是一所学校内在精神的外在视觉表现,大学校徽作为大学品牌形象的核心元素推动着学校文化建设发展,在强调标志设计艺术性的同时应该考虑标志设计的识别性和记忆性。同一种文化符号采用不同的设计表现方式会产生不同的文化意象;不同的文化符号会产生不同的意象认知;受众对文字符号的文化意象认知高于人物和建筑类的文化符号。     

A985GOT在工业控制系统中的应用

工业触摸屏作为工业自动控制系统中的人机界面得到了日益广泛的应用。本文介绍了A985GOT在空气压缩机组控制系统中的应用。利用A985GOT不但设计出了友好的具有很高实时性的人机界面,以方便现场操作人员对空气压缩机组的监控,而且可以实现某些原来只有上位机才能实现的功能,如PLC程序编辑、监视,故障查询以及语音报警等。
