基于智能卡的短消息端到端的安全通信机制*

提出了一种基于SIM卡的端到端短消息加密通信的机制.该机制利用智能卡的数据加密能力与主动式命令等特性,巧妙地在其上实现了短消息的编辑、加密和发送,很好地满足了那些对敏感数据传输的安全要求;同时对于移动网络和手机终端都没有特别要求,通过OTA技术可以很方便地下载到用户SIM卡中,易于在现有的移动网络中实施.     

Observer-based networked control for continuous-time systems with random sensor delays

This paper is concerned with the networked control system design for continuous-time systems with random measurement, where the measurement channel is assumed to subject to random sensor delay. A design scheme for the observer-based output feedback controller is proposed to render the closed-loop networked system exponentially mean-square stable with H_∞ performance requirement. The technique employed is based on appropriate delay systems approach combined with a matrix variable decoupling technique. The design method is fulfilled through solving linear matrix inequalities. A numerical example is used to verify the effectiveness and the merits of the present results.

选矿厂的DH+网络自动监控与管理系统

结合工程实例,采用DH 网络技术、PLC控制技术及工业自动化组态软件技术实现了选矿厂自动监控和管理系统。系统实现了给矿自动控制、磨矿生产过程自动控制和对整个生产的自动监控与管理,对提高生产效率和产品质量起到了重要作用。指出DH 网络系统的合理配置可优化系统结构、降低成本,防干扰措施的合理实施是保证系统稳定运行的重要环节。     

Angiotensin-I converting enzyme inhibitory and antioxidant activity of bioactive peptides produced by enzymatic hydrolysis of skin from grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella)

Grass carp skin pieces were homogenized in water and hydrolyzed by Alcalase®, collagenase, proteinase K, and/or trypsin at their optimum conditions. Samples were taken at various degrees of hydrolysis and were evaluated for antioxidant, antimicrobial, and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitory activities. Alcalase and collagenase completely hydrolyzed the skin with different rates, and released peptides with antioxidant and angiotensin-converting enzyme-inhibitory activity. These activities increased linearly with increasing degrees of hydrolysis. Subsequent incubation of the collagenase hydrolysates with trypsin slightly increased the antioxidant activity. Proteinase K, although only partially hydrolyzing the skin, also catalyzed the release of peptides with antioxidant and angiotensin-converting enzyme-inhibitory activities. These results show that skin by-products from grass carp can be a source of bioactive peptides produced by a one-step reaction. Such hydrolysates may be applied in food products to prolong shelf life and provide beneficial effects on blood pressure.     

中性条件下大米蛋白的酶法增溶工艺研究

为改善大米蛋白(RP)溶解性,对中性条件下RP酶法增溶工艺进行研究。在对中性蛋白酶、碱性蛋白酶、酸性蛋白酶、菠萝蛋白酶和木瓜蛋白酶5种酶单因素实验基础上,研究RP的复合酶解。结果表明:单酶水解以中性蛋白酶效果最好,在底物质量分数20%、酶用量1%、酶解温度50℃、酶解时间4 h条件下,所得速溶大米蛋白(IRP)溶解度为79. 01%,水解度为6. 79%。复合酶解以中性蛋白酶和木瓜蛋白酶复配效果最好。综合考虑溶解度、水解度和功能性质等要求,RP适宜的酶解条件为:底物质量分数20%,中性蛋白酶和木瓜蛋白酶复合酶解,酶用量各0. 5%,酶解温度50℃,酶解时间4 h。复合酶解所得IRP具有较好的溶解度(63. 58%)、乳化活性(27. 60 m~2/g)和乳化稳定性(29. 61 min),在pH 5～8范围内具有良好的溶解性(溶解度54. 39%～68. 34%)。此外,IRP中游离氨基酸和肽含量显著增加,其营养价值明显改善,更易于消化吸收。研究表明,复合酶解是RP增溶改性的有效途径,所得IRP的溶解性、乳化性均有明显改善。     

苹果酸-乳酸发酵接种研究

本文以四个酿酒葡萄品种和酒类酒球菌(Oenococcus oeni)31DH为材料，进行了苹果酸-乳酸发酵(MLF)接种研究。结果表明，MLF应在酒精发酵结束后接种，接种量以10^7cfu／ml为宜，品种间MLF的速度受接种量的影响。适宜的接种环境条件为：温度18-21℃，pH不低于3．2，总SO2浓度不超过50mg／L。本文还对MLF接种时间的确定和接种量选择问题进行了探讨。     

酶法制备小分子大豆肽的蛋白酶筛选以及酶解条件优化

本研究对制备小分子大豆肽的蛋白酶进行筛选,并对酶解条件进行优化。综合考虑酶量对产物的水解度、平均分子量及游离氨基酸的影响,确定酶解的最佳条件为:温度55℃,pH值8.5,底物浓度为10%,分别加入1.5%的木瓜蛋白酶、菠萝蛋白酶、无花果蛋白酶和3942中性蛋白酶,调pH值至4.5,再分别加入2.5%的Fromase真菌蛋白酶和537酸性蛋白酶。结果显示,多酶复合水解可提高蛋白质降解率,并尽可能降低多肽的相对分子质量。
