目的探讨鼻息肉、鼻息肉病患者围手术期全身应用肾上腺皮质激素后快速发生的不良反应及原因。方法回顾分析我院2002年2月至2005年5月204例鼻息肉、鼻息肉病住院病人中21例不良反应的发病情况。结果胃肠道症状7例,轻度睡眠障碍4例,顽固性呃逆5例,血压升高3例,血糖升高2例。结论短程全身应用正常剂量肾上腺皮质激素可发生不良反应,严格遵守用药原则及用药期间对患者宣教同等重要。 相似文献

The thermal expansion coefficient of SiCw/Al composites squeeze cast during unloaded thermal cycling was determined and analyzed. The study had shown that the thermal expansion coefficient of SiCw/Al composites reduced greatly with temperature raising. The thermal expansion coefficient of artificial ageing treatment SiCw/Al composites during unloaded thermal cycling reduced gradually, while the thermal expansion coefficient of squeezing SiCw/Al composites increased gradually. In addition, the thermal expansion coefficient of SiCw/Al composites reduced drastically with fiber fraction increasing. 相似文献

为了及时掌控温度箱的工作状态,保证温度箱的技术性能稳定可靠,确保检测结果准确有效,两年一次对温度箱的计量校准远远不够,定期或不定期的期间核查是定期校准的补充,也是解决上述问题的有效途径.期间核查是在两次检定(校准)之间,严格按规定的程序或规范对其进行技术参数检查,使其满足检测(校准)工作要求,保证检测结果准确有效.由于对期间核查的重要性认识不够,仍有部分实验室没有对设备/仪器进行期间核查,也没有开展期间核查的规定程序或核查方法研究和探索,仅依赖定期检定(校准).本文就这一问题对环境实验室温度箱的期间核查方法进行探讨,提出了一种直观、简便、有效的期间核查方法,以与同仁探析. 相似文献

The thermo-mechanical stress and deformation of water-cooled gun barrel during burst firing are studied by finite element analysis (FEA). The problem is modeled in two steps: 1) A transient heat transfer analysis is first carried out in order to determine temperature evolution and to predict the residual temperatures during the burst firing event; 2) The thermo-mecha-nical stresses and deformation caused by both the residual temperature field and the gas pressure are then calculated. The results show that the residual temperature field tends to a steady state with the increasing of rounds. The residual temperature field has much effect on the gun barrel stress and deformation, especially on the assembly area between barrel and water jacket. The gage between the barrel and water jacket is the critical factor to the thermo- mechanical stress and deformation. The results of this analysis will be very useful to develop the new strength design theory of the liquid-cooled gun barrel. 相似文献

Industrial ozone generation uses a special high pressure, low temperature electrical discharge which is referred to as the dielectric barrier discharge or silent discharge. The filamentary structure of this discharge and the properties of individual microdischarges are discussed. The main reaction paths for the excited atomic and molecular species in oxygen and air are identified.
