目的研究软组织内热治疗针在体外的温度分布特点,为进一步研究其在体内温度分布打下基础。方法使用数字测温仪测量软组织内热治疗针在设定42%、50%、60%、80%下加热5min、10min、15min、20min时从针尖至针体末端每隔2cm处的温度。结果内热针针身温度分布分3段:针尖温度中等,距针尖2—6cm段温度较高,距针尖10cm到针体末端段温度较低。针尖到针身8cm段温度差别较小,与设定加热温度接近。针尖温度比设定加热温度低1-2℃。针身温度随加热时间的变化波动不明显。结论软组织内热治疗针在体外加热过程中,针身温度容易控制,稳定性好,针尖温度与设定温度接近。  相似文献

Electroacupuncture (EA), as a particular type of electrostimulation treatment, has an extensive application in the field of biomedicine. Triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) has sparked significant concern attributed to the high electrical output with low cost, whose electrical signals can also be directly usable for electrical stimulation. Here we propose a Chinese medicine EA treatment with the assistance of TENG technology, in which a bidirectional continuous current from a soft-contact freestanding rotary TENG (FR-TENG) is applied to two effective acupoints of rats by inserting electric needles. The TENG-driven EA treatment promotes the performance of gait 2 weeks after as well as the Basso–Beattie–Bresnahan (BBB) score. This elevation last as long as 4 weeks post injury. Moreover, the TENG-driven EA treatment enhances neuron survival in the ventral horn and inhibits astrocyte activation in the lesion site. Therefore, the TENG-driven EA treatment provides a significant neuroprotection effect on spinal cord contusion in rats. Our studies not only demonstrate the possibility of the TENG-driven EA treatment for traumatic central nervous system injuries but also provide an experimental basis for the prevention and treatment of diseases by traditional Chinese medicine treatment.  相似文献

目的: 观察电针联合复方丹参对慢性脑缺血大鼠大脑皮质脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、酪氨酸激酶B(TrkB)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响,探讨针药结合治疗脑缺血的可能机制。方法: 将SD雄性大鼠采用永久性双侧颈总动脉结扎术制备慢性脑缺血模型,将造模成功的32只大鼠随机分为模型组、复方丹参组、电针组、针药结合组,每组8只。复方丹参组给予复方丹参片 0.75 g/kg 灌胃,电针组选取百会、大椎穴给予电针刺激,持续 30 min,针药结合组联合采用复方丹参片灌胃和电针刺激,各组治疗均每天1次,连续5周。另用8只SD雄性大鼠作为正常对照组。采用免疫组织化学方法检测各组大鼠大脑皮质BDNF、TrkB及VEGF的表达。结果: 与正常组比较,模型组大鼠大脑皮质BDNF、TrkB 及VEGF表达明显减弱(P<0.01 或P<0.05);与模型组比较,复方丹参组、电针组、针药结合组大脑皮质BDNF、TrkB 及VEGF表达均明显增强(P<0.01 或P<0.05),并且针药结合组的表达高于复方丹参组和电针组(P<0.01 或P<0.05)。结论: 电针与复方丹参联合疗法对大鼠慢性缺血性脑损伤有保护作用,其机制可能与上调BDNF、TrkB及VEGF的表达有关。  相似文献

The extreme cathodic and anodic pH fronts induced in the electrochemical treatment of tumors (EChT) are the main cause of tumor necrosis. Here, we study pH fronts interaction in a tissue under EChT through in vitro and in silico modeling. The in vitro model considers the tumor tissue as a buffered gel with saline (NaCl) content and the cathodic treated area as the area of phenolphtalein virage. The in silico model solves the 1D Nernst–Planck equations for ion transport in a four-ion electrolyte. In silico modeling predicts an initial neutral pH profile evolving into extreme cathodic alkaline and anodic acidic fronts moving towards each other and colliding, thus excluding the existence of a biological pH region between them. Moreover, the model predicts that as electric current increases, pH front scaling grows as t1, unveiling a transition from a diffusion to a migration governed regime. Theory and simulations have a strong correlation with experimental measurements. Since necrotic areas correlate well with those covered by alkaline and acid fronts advance, pH front tracking can be used to predict the extent of tumor destruction and thus, the assessment of EChT effectiveness.  相似文献

目的:观察大鼠局灶性脑梗死后大脑皮质RhoA和ROCK(Rho-associated kinases)的表达以及电针刺激对其表达的影响。方法:将成年健康雄性SD大鼠40只,随机分为正常组,假手术组,模型组和电针组,每组十只。模型组和电针组利用改进后的Longa方法制作大脑中动脉闭塞(middle cerebral artery occlusion,MCAO)模型,电针组在大鼠麻醉苏醒后90min进行电针刺激,每天一次,连续针刺14天。每组分别在1d,3d,7d,14d四个时间点进行神经行为学评分。14天时运用免疫组织化学法观测缺血区大脑皮质中RhoA和ROCK的分布和表达,利用免疫印迹法检测缺血区侧大脑皮质RhoA和ROCK的蛋白表达。结果:模型组大鼠神经行为学评分明显高于正常组和假手术组(p0.01),14天后电针组的神经行为学评分明显低于同时段模型组(p0.05);免疫组化结果显示,电针组的RhoA和ROCK表达较模型组明显减少(p﹤0.05);Western blot检测结果显示,电针组RhoA蛋白和ROCK蛋白的表达量较模型组RhoA蛋白和ROCK蛋白明显减少(p0.05)结论:大鼠局灶性脑梗死后脑损区皮质RhoA与ROCK表明显上调,给予电针干预后可降低其表达,这可能是电针促进MCAO大鼠脑损区轴突再生的机制之一。  相似文献

目的:探讨轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)的临床治疗。方法:78例患者随机分为两组,试验组MCI患者39例,给予电针及安理申口服治疗3个月,同期安理申对照组39例,两组均给予其它高危因素(高血压、糖尿病、心血管疾病等)干预治疗。结果:试验组较对照组MMSE、MoCA、ADL、BBS 评分显著改善(P<0.01)。结论:电针联合安理申口服能有效改善轻度认知功能障碍患者的认知功能、日常生活自理能力。  相似文献

观察电针配合红外线照射治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察.将95例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均采用电针腰夹脊穴,治疗组在此基础上加上红外线照射治疗.均为2个疗程,10天/疗程,并观察临床疗效.治疗后VAS、JAS评分较治疗前有显著性改善,具有显著性差异(P<0.01).电针配合红外线照射治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有良好疗效,值得推广.  相似文献
