The fabrication of functional textiles able to provide thermal regulation and comfort for the body has attracted increasing interest in recent years. This research investigated fabric coatings containing energy absorbing, temperature stabilizing, phase‐change material microcapsules (PCMMcs), and their methods of application. Specifically, a coated fabric was directly prepared by a dual‐type coating method, in which the PCMMcs were dispersed in a polyurethane coating solution with no binder. The thermal performances of the dual‐coated samples were evaluated by differential scanning calorimetry, and their physical characteristics were examined by scanning electron microscopy, thermal vision camera, porosity, water vapor transmission rate (WVTR), and water entry pressure (WEP) analyses. Furthermore, the microclimate characteristics of the thermally enhanced fabrics were investigated under experimental conditions using a human‐clothing‐environment (HCE) simulator system. The study results confirmed the superior performance of the dual‐coated fabrics in terms of thermal regulation and body comfort, compared with those coated by the dry or wet coating method, because of the improved WEP, WVTR, and thermal performance. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 针对标准体硅在CMOS和PD SOI CMOS两种工艺下的nMOSFETs,研究了沟道长度和宽度缩减对热载流子效应的影响。实验结果表明,在两种工艺下,热载流子的退化均随着沟道长度的减小而增强;然而,宽度的减小对两种工艺热载流子退化的影响却截然不同:体硅工艺的热载流子退化随宽度的减小而增强,SOI工艺的热载流子退化随宽度的减小而减小。基于界面态对热载流子效应的影响深入分析了长度减小导致两种工艺下热载流子退化均加重的原因;同时基于边缘电场分布对热载流子效应的影响解释了宽度减小导致两种工艺下热载流子退化规律截然相反的现象。研究结果对于实际深亚微米工艺下,集成电路设计中器件工艺尺寸和版图结构的选择具有一定指导意义。  相似文献

In the evaluation of accurate weight functions for the coefficients of first few terms of the linear elastic crack tip fields and the crack opening displacement (COD) using the finite element method (FEM), singularities at the crack tip and the loading point need to be properly considered. The crack tip singularity can be well captured by a hybrid crack element (HCE), which directly predicts accurate coefficients of first few terms of the linear elastic crack tip fields. A penalty function technique is introduced to handle the point load. With the use of these methods numerical results of a typical wedge splitting (WS) specimen subjected to wedge forces at arbitrary locations on the crack faces are obtained. With the help of appropriate interpolation techniques, these results can be used as weight functions. The range of validity of the so-called Paris equation, which is widely used in the evaluation of the COD from the stress intensity factors (SIFs), is established.  相似文献

The hybrid crack element (HCE) is one of the most accurate and convenient finite elements for the direct calculation of the stress intensity factor (SIF) and coefficients of the higher order terms of the Williams expansion. It is formulated from a simplified variational functional using truncated asymptotic crack tip displacement and stress expansions and interelement boundary displacements compatible with the surrounding regular elements. However, the exclusion of the rigid body modes in the truncated asymptotic displacements creates jumps between these displacements and element compatible boundary displacements. In this study, an overview of the HCE is given. Furthermore, the rigid body modes excluded in its formulation are recovered by minimizing the jumps via a least squares method. Limitations of the boundary collocation method (BCM) widely used for predicting these terms, as well as the complete displacements are also investigated.  相似文献

The hot-carrier-induced oxide regions in the front and back interfaces are systematic-cally studied for partially depleted SOI MOSFET‘s .The gate oxide properties are investigated for channel hot-carrier effects.The hot-carrier-induced device degradations are analyzed using stress experiments with three typical hot-carrier injection,i.e.the maximum gate current, maximum substrate current and parasitic bipolaf transistor action.Experiments show that PMOSFET‘s degradation is caused by hot carriers injected into the drain side of the gate oxide and the types of trapped hot carrier depend on the bias conditions, and NMOSFET‘s degradation is caused by hot holes.This paper reports for the first time that the electric characteristics of NMOSFET‘s and PMOSFET‘s are significantly different after the gate oxide breakdown, and an extensive discussion of the experimental findings is provided.  相似文献

Near Field Communication (NFC) enables bidirectional wireless proximity communication between mobile handsets. From an end user point of view, mobile NFC services are expected to replace plastic cards (for payment, ticketing, transport, etc.) by bringing improved convenience and functionality. SIM cards have been used to secure the data and applications that implement mobile NFC services. A total of 300 commercial and pilot SIM-based mobile NFC service initiatives have been reported in 2015. However, their deployment is so complex that no commercial solution has succeeded in reaching out the mass market with few exceptions in special institutional settings (e.g. Japan). Although particularly urgent to the telecom industry, existing scientific research provides limited explanations to why these initiatives are not succeeding. We present a framework that identifies twenty-six factors that hinder the success of SIM-based mobile NFC service deployments.  相似文献

本文研究了常温常压下Fe^0及其负载贵金属的多组分体系及其他反应条件对土壤中六氯乙烷还原脱氯效率的影响。实验证明:Fe^0及其负载Pd、Pt、Rh多组分金属体系对六氯乙烷都有还原脱氯作用,Pd、Pt、Rh之间不存在协同催化还原脱氯效应;反应初始pH呈酸性时有利于脱氯反应进行;加入甲醇能够提高六氯乙烷在土壤溶液中的溶解度,但不能有效提高其在土壤中的还原脱氯率;甲酸铵是Fe^0体系对六氯乙烷还原脱氯的良好助剂,当甲酸铵加入量为400mg时,用Fe^0还原六氯乙烷脱氯率可以提高59%左右;相同实验条件下,用Pd/Fe还原六氯乙烷的脱氯率可以提高77%左右。文中对零价铁还原脱氯反应机理和助剂甲酸铵的作用机理作了初步探讨。  相似文献
