边缘AI的霜雪识别系统设计与实现

为提高霜雪识别系统的识别率,开展了基于边缘AI的霜雪识别系统设计。综合海思嵌入式处理器Hi3559A高算力、低功耗特点,硬件部分采用模块复用的方法降低功耗和资源消耗,软件部分,从模型训练、模型量化、模型部署入手对MobileNetV2图像分类网络和ISP自适应处理算法进行改进,最终识别率99.7%,预处理时间0.3 s,图像分类时间0.8 s,模组平均功率2 W,鲁棒性好、性能稳定。由此可见Hi3559A智能相机模组可有效纠正雪深探测仪的疑误数据。     

基于Hi3510的车载监视系统的设计

介绍了一种以Hi3510为核心,以嵌入式Linux为操作系统的车载监视系统的设计与实现.分析了系统各组成模块的功能与实现方法,给出了系统的整体结构框图,程序主流程图和嵌入式Linux下设备驱动的加载和设备访问方法.系统调试结果证实该监视系统能够完成设计中要求的实时监视功能.     

A new vertical‐alignment LC mode with high‐transmittance and fast‐response‐time features

Abstract— A novel pixel design for vertical‐alignment LCDs with superior transmittance has been developed. The new liquid‐crystal mode, refered to as the hole‐induced vertical‐alignment mode (Hi‐VA), uses a via hole of an organic layer on a TFT substrate to achieve multi‐domain alignment. Compared to the conventional design, the Hi‐VA mode has a transmittance of up to 135% with a contrast ratio of 2000:1. Moreover, the new structure is free from ITO patterning or protrusion on the color‐filter side, which makes the fabrication process simple and low cost.

高科技设施的微振动一体化主动控制

针对交通扰动引起高科技设施的微振动环境控制问题，提出了一种一体化主动控制微振动的“安静平台”方案。即在建筑物原来楼层地板上安装减震支持的平台，在平台和楼板间安装主动控制的液压作动器，在对建筑物和液压作动器进行一体化建模的基础上进行控制律设计，通过控制平台的微振动来满足设备对微振动环境的要求。对一安装有“安静平台”的3层楼房模型的微振动响应主动控制进行了仿真研究。结果表明，与微振动通用标准BBN—VC比较，平台的微振动水平可以达到最严格的E级标准。     

Windows系统环境下的实时性控制

探讨了windows系统环境下的几种实时控制方案及它们的优缺点，给出了一种借助工业控制机和高速单片机系统来控制的更为有效的实时控制方法。     

Yielding behaviour of thermoplastic/elastomer blends cured by gamma irradiation

Mechanical blends of thermoplastic medium density polyethylene (MDPE) and elastomeric ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) have been prepared with a fixed composition of 60/40 wt%. They have been used either in their gum form or loaded with two different reinforcing fillers, high abrasion furnace (HAF) carbon black or precipitated SiO₂ (Hi Sil) of concentration 25–100 phr (parts per hundred parts of resin) with respect to the blend. Curing was achieved by gamma irradiation. Yielding properties (yield stress, yield strain and cold drawing) have been followed as a function of irradiation dose for different blend compositions. Yield stress values increased with irradiation dose and with the content of the reinforcing filler, but yield strain and cold drawing values decreased with irradiation dose and also with the filler content. The data obtained reveal that Hi Sil is more effective as a reinforcing filler, and the prepared blends are suitable for load‐bearing applications. © 2001 Society of Chemical Industry

介绍了我公司4辊冷轧机乳化液循环过滤系统,及其在铜带生产实践中存在的问题。通过对乳化液系统过滤器、加热器、撇油器、搅拌器等综合改造,解决了带材表面乳液斑残留,取得了较好的使用效果。
