氧分压对TiO2薄膜光学性能的影响

为得到光学性能良好、稳定的TiO2薄膜,采用离子束溅射的方法,改变氧分压,在k9玻璃上制备出不同结晶取向不同光学常数的TiO2薄膜.采用椭圆偏振光谱仪测试、拟合得到薄膜的厚度、折射率和消光系数.薄膜通过400℃退火,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)对薄膜的成分、结晶和取向进行分析.实验结果发现,随氧分压增加折射率减低,当氧分压达到1.0×10-2Pa时,折射率在2.43附近,变化趋于稳定.氧分压对薄膜的消光系数k影响较大,氧分压高于1.0×10-2Pa时在可见光和近红外区薄膜消光系数近似为0.随氧分压降低,薄膜从(101)向(200)转变.在此氧分压下,得到的薄膜折射率稳定,消光系数相对较小.     

New Meta-Heuristic for Combinatorial Optimization Problems: Intersection Based Scaling

Combinatorial optimization problems are found in many application fields such as computer science,engineering and economy. In this paper, a new efficient meta-heuristic, Intersection-Based Scaling (IBS for abbreviation), is proposed and it can be applied to the combinatorial optimization problems. The main idea of IBS is to scale the size of the instance based on the intersection of some local optima, and to simplify the search space by extracting the intersection from the instance, which makes the search more efficient. The combination of IBS with some local search heuristics of different combinatorial optimization problems such as Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) and Graph Partitioning Problem (GPP) is studied, and comparisons are made with some of the best heuristic algorithms and meta-heuristic algorithms. It is found that it has significantly improved the performance of existing local search heuristics and significantly outperforms the known best algorithms.     

热处理对离子束溅射Ta_2O_5薄膜特性的影响

利用离子束溅射沉积技术制备了Ta2O5薄膜,在100~600℃的大气氛围中对其进行热处理(步进温度为100℃),并对热处理后样品的光学常数(折射率、折射率非均匀性、消光系数和物理厚度)、应力、晶向和表面形貌进行了研究。研究显示,随着热处理温度增加,薄膜折射率整体呈下降趋势,折射率非均匀性和物理厚度呈增加趋势,结果有效地改善了薄膜的消光系数和应力,但薄膜的晶向和表面形貌均未出现明显的变化。结果表明:热处理可以有效改变薄膜特性,但需要根据Ta2O5薄膜具体应用综合选择最优的热处理温度。本文对离子束溅射Ta2O5薄膜的热处理参数选择具有指导意义。     

利用三次剩余构造的基于身份环签名方案

传统的基于身份环签名方案大多采用双线性配对实现,但配对方法的运算复杂度较高,会大幅降低签名方案的效率。为此,提出一种非配对的环签名方案。给出用于有效计算三次剩余3′次根的算法,在该算法的基础上生成签名密钥,并结合三次剩余理论构造基于身份的环签名方案。分析结果表明,在大整数分解困难问题的假设前提下,该方案在随机预言模型下被证明是选择消息和身份安全的。同时,该方案也满足签名者无条件匿名性。     

Putative mechanisms of kiwifruit on maintenance of normal gastrointestinal function

ABSTRACT

Kiwifruits are recognized as providing relief from constipation and symptoms of constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-C). However, the underlying mechanisms, specifically in regards to gastrointestinal transit time and motility, are still not completely understood. This review provides an overview on the physiological and pathophysiological processes underlying constipation and IBS-C, the composition of kiwifruit, and recent advances in the research of kiwifruit and abdominal comfort. In addition, gaps in the research are highlighted and scientific studies of other foods with known effects on the gastrointestinal tract are consulted to find likely mechanisms of action. While the effects of kiwifruit fiber are well documented, observed increases in gastrointestinal motility caused by kiwifruit are not fully characterized.

There are a number of identified mechanisms that may be activated by kiwifruit compounds, such as the induction of motility via protease-activated signaling, modulation of microflora, changes in colonic methane status, bile flux, or mediation of inflammatory processes.     

Sputter deposition and XPS analysis of nickel silicide thin films

Binary component Ni-Si films of different compositions are fabricated on AISI 304L stainless steels by means of ion-beam sputter (IBS) deposition. The compositions of the thin films and the chemical states of elements are analysed by means of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The phase formation is studied and discussed in view of Pretorius' effective heat of formation (EHF) model. The proportions of the resulting phases can then be deduced. The electronic structure for the various compositions is also qualitatively investigated from the XPS valence band spectra, suggesting the bonding changes from predominating metallic to covalent bonding in Ni-Si systems when Si content increases.

新的传感器网络假冒攻击源检测方案

针对传感器网络假冒攻击,提出了一种新的假冒攻击源检测方案。新方案利用基于身份的签名技术,结合节点报警规则,构造了基于邻居节点相互认证的单个试图假冒攻击源测定算法,以此为基础,扩充为针对局部区域内的多个试图假冒攻击源测定算法。新方案也提出了成功假冒攻击源测定算法,其中采用了汇聚节点监控排查恶意区域、普通节点认证转发报警消息机制。新方案适用于假冒攻击状况复杂、网络安全性要求较高的环境。仿真实验证实了新方案在成功检测方面的有效性。     

A framing unit for all services

This article describes the P1300 IDR and IBS framing unit, designed and produced by Paradise Datacom to accompany the new generation of all-digital satellite modems currently emerging from the modem manufacturers. The combination of framing unit and all-digital modem gives a very flexible product, capable of fulfilling the requirements of both the IDR and IBS services, and with the entirely software controlled architecture of the framing unit, it allows for future services as yet undefined.     

Numerical parametric study of geosynthetic reinforced soil integrated bridge system (GRS-IBS)

A 2-D finite flement model was developed in this study to conduct a FE parametric study on the effects of some variables in the performance of geosynthetic reinforced soil integrated bridge system (GRS-IBS). The variables investigated in this study include the effect of internal friction angle of backfill material, width of reinforced soil foundation (RSF), secondary reinforcement within bearing bed, setback distance, bearing width and length of reinforcement. Other important parameters such as reinforcement stiffness and spacing were previously investgated by the authors. The performance of GRS-IBS were investgated in terms of lateral facing displacement, strain distribution along reinforcement, and location of potential failure zone. The results showed that the internal friction angle of backfill material has a significant impact on the performance of GRS-IBS. The secondary reinforcement, setback distance, and bearing width have low impact on the performance of GRS-IBS. However, it was found that the width of RSF and length of reinforcement have negligible effect on the performance of GRS-IBS. Finally, the potential failure envelope of the GRS-IBS abutment was found to be a combination of punching shear failure envelope (top) that starts under the inner edge of strip footing and extends vertically downward to intersect with Rankine active failure envelope (bottom).
