平板集热器(倾角)变化工况数值模拟

运用FLUENT数值模拟软件分析了平板集热器(倾角)变化对集热器传热特性的影响,保证其结构参数不变,通过对5组不同倾角(0°、30°、45°、60°、75°)的数值模型进行非稳态模拟,对模拟数据进行分析,得出了平板集热器不同倾角对集热器传热性能变化的影响。     

KJS-Y系列矿用水动力降尘器的改进设计

针对当前KJS-Y系列降尘器效率低的问题,通过调整叶轮轴向间隙与径向间隙参数,分别对不同安装参数的降尘器进行数值模拟,通过数值模拟分析特定截面压力分布情况,确定了叶轮最佳安装参数,大大提高了降尘器的工作效率,同时降低了设计成本。     

A mixed collector system for phosphate flotation

Flotation has been used in industry for more than a half century as the primary technique for upgrading phosphate. While the flotation of phosphate was inefficient when oleic acid was used alone as a collector, therefore a mixed collector of oleic acid (HOl), linoleic acid (LA) and linolenic acid (LNA) was employed to improve the recovery of phosphate flotation. The batch flotation results showed that the optimal composition of the mixed collector was 54 wt.% HOl, 36 wt.% LA and 10 wt.% LNA. Additionally, the effect of pH on the mixed collector application was studied while considering the surface tension, contact angle and micro-flotation. The results showed that the mixed collector should be used at a pH of 9.5. Above a pH of 9.5, the adsorption of fatty acids dimers on the apatite surface hindered phosphate flotation. The influence of the mixed collector assembly on apatite flotation was also investigated. It was demonstrated that due to its low critical micelle concentration, a sufficiently hydrophobic apatite surface could be generated at a collector concentration of 60 mg/L. In addition, zeta potential experiments suggested that collector adsorption was governed by chemisorption. FTIR and XPS spectra studies further indicated that the chemical reaction involved the carboxyl groups of fatty acids and Ca species at the apatite surface for each fatty acid in the mixed collector.     

An effective coding approach for multiobjective integrated resource selection and operation sequences problem

In this paper, we consider an integrated Resource Selection and Operation Sequences (iRS/OS) problem in Intelligent Manufacturing System (IMS). Several kinds of objectives are taken into account, in which the makespan for orders should be minimized; workloads among machine tools should be balanced; the total transition times between machines in a local plant should also be minimized. To solve this multiobjective iRS/OS model, a new two vectors-based coding approach has been proposed to improve the efficiency by designing a chromosome containing two kinds of information, i.e., operation sequences and machine selection. Using such kind of chromosome, we adapt multistage operation-based Genetic Algorithm (moGA) to find the Pareto optimal solutions. Moreover a special technique called left-shift hillclimber has been used as one kind of local search to improve the efficiency of our algorithm. Finally, the experimental results of several iRS/OS problems indicate that our proposed approach can obtain best solutions. Further more comparing with previous approaches, moGA performs better for finding Pareto solutions. Received: May 2005/Accepted: December 2005     

Y-89在新桥矿选铜厂的应用实践

新桥矿选铜厂1999年使用捕收剂Y－89后，选铜回收率提高了4．82％，获得了显著的经济效益。     

白钨矿浮选731捕收剂低温乳化试验研究

介绍了731捕收剂在低温条件下试验的情况。试验研究结果表明，采用A和B药剂以5：6的比例混合组成的复合乳化剂对731进行乳化，低温时乳化体系稳定性好，浮选过程中降低乳化731的用量，同时提高了选择性，降低了浮选成本，实现了低温环境下白钨矿正常浮选作业，达到选矿技术攻关指标。     

低温粉碎系统中旋风分离器设计

旋风分离器是一种应用离心力进行粉体分离的设备。低温粉碎系统应用它分离粉体并起集粉作用。它的效率决定了物质回收率。本文从离心加速度与重力加速度的比值，筒体的高低，筒体直径，进口速度叙述对分离器效率的影响。着重叙述筒体直径确定方法，以及我们设计造长筒形旋风分离器的具体结构和令人满意的试验结果。     

太钢4号高炉喷煤站应用MFD—Ⅲ型布袋除尘器的实践

太钢４号高炉喷煤站从１９９０年起采用ＭＦＤ－Ⅲ型脉动反吹式布袋除尘器。这种除尘器采用脉动式反吹清灰设施，合理布置布袋间距，布袋支撑骨架及选用针呢材质的布袋，过滤面积大，反吹清灰效果好，设备运行平稳，除尘效率高达９９．８％，排放浓度小于１０ｍｇ／ｍ＾３，故障率低。     

Multistage Zeolite Drying for Energy-Efficient Drying

This work discusses the potential of three multistage zeolite drying systems (counter-, co-, and cross-current) with a varying number of stages. The evaluation showed that for 2-4 stages with heat recovery the efficiency of the systems ranges between 80 and 90%. Additionally, by introducing a compressor, the latent heat in the exhaust air from the regenerator is recovered and used to heat the inlet air for an additional drying stage. As a result, for the counter-current drying system and compressor pressure 1.5-2 bar, a maximum energy efficiency of 120% is achieved, which results in halving the energy consumption compared to conventional drying systems.
