WCDMA作为第三代移动通信系统的主流标准,能够提供多种类型的多媒体服务。为了实现各种用户平面数据的传输,系统会提前通过控制平面对所需的无线资源进行分配。由于配置过程是通过接口之间发送控制平面应用协议消息来实现的,因此能否正确有效地对信令消息进行编解码成为保证系统稳定工作的关键因素。3GPP标准中,ASN.1语言被用来描述接口信令消息。首先简要介绍了WCDMA系统结构以及主要接口协议,重点描述了ASN.1存在的意义及其编解码规则,最后给出了基于ASN.1的开发环境下应用层网络协议的开发流程。 相似文献

Hybrid-power gas engine heat pump (HPGHP) combines hybrid power technology with gas engine heat pump, which can keep the gas engine working in the economical zone. In this paper, a steady-state model of the HPGHP in heating condition has been established, the optimal torque curve control strategy is proposed to distribute power between the gas engine and battery pack. The main operating parameters of the HPGHP system are simulated on Matlab/Simulink and validated by experimental data, such as operating temperature, coefficient of performance (COP), fuel-consumed rate, etc. Heating capacity and COP of the heating pump system are validated under different ambient temperatures and water flow rates. The simulation and experiment results shows acceptable agreement, the maximum difference is respectively 8.9%, 5.9%, 9.5% and 8.2% for engine torque, motor torque, reclaimed heat and fuel-consumed rate. Based on the simulation results, HPGHP has the lowest fuel-consumed rate of 283 g (kWh)−1 at engine speed of 3000 rpm; the PER of HPGHP system is about 15.9% and 11.4% higher than the GHP under the same load in Mode C and D. 相似文献

The changes in the proton efflux rate (PER) during fermentation of normal gravity (NG), high gravity (HG) and very high gravity (VHG) wort by a lager yeast (Saccharomyces pastorianus) were monitored using an optimized PER test method. The values of the proton efflux rate in S. pastorianus decreased with increasing initial wort gravity. Moreover, the difference in the proton efflux rate values at the beginning of the fermentation was lower than at the end of fermentation from normal gravity to very high gravity brewing. These results demonstrated that the proton efflux rate in S. pastorianus was inhibited in the later stages of high gravity and very high gravity brewing. Furthermore, the changes of the proton efflux rate in S. pastorianus under the high ethanol concentration conditions appeared to depend on the concentration of ethanol in the fermentation liquid. A better negative correlation (P > 0.001, r = ?0.95) between the ethanol concentration at >4% (w/v) and the proton efflux rate was found. The changes of the proton efflux rate in the cells treated with exogenous ethanol confirmed that higher concentrations of ethanol could significantly inhibit proton efflux in S. pastorianus. This study offers a possible way to monitor and explain the performance of yeast in the complex environment of high gravity and very high gravity brewing. 相似文献

This paper describes an empirical method for choosing a twist level for a new tyre cord that will ‘match’ the twist in an existing successful cord, i.e., one that will give the same twist angle. The technique is based on published cord geometry and is shown to give reliable results. No knowledge of densities or packing factors is required, and the results are independent of the number of yarns in the cord. The method offers the possibility of calculating twist angles and related properties for cords at any twist once a sufficiently reliable value of one cord constant has been determined. These effects depend on the backdraft and direction of feed. Percentage noil is also dependent on backratch but is independent of the faller-bar pinning density. In the course of our studies on the molecular mechanisms involved in peroxisome biogenesis, we have isolated several mutants of the methylotrophic yeast Hansenula polymorpha impaired in the import of peroximal matrix proteins. These mutants are characterized by the presence of small intact peroxisomes, while the bulk of the peroxisomal matrix protein is not imported and resides in the cytosol (Pim? phenotype). Genetic analysis of back-crossed mutants revealed five different complementation groups, which were designated PERI–PER5. Mapping studies to determine the linkage relationships indicated that the observed Pim? phenotypes were determined by single recessive nuclear mutations. The different mutants had comparable phenotypes: (i) they were impaired to utilize methanol as the sole source of carbon and energy but grew well on various other compounds, including nitrogen sources, the metabolism of which is known to be mediated by peroxisome-borne enzymes in wild-type cells; (ii) all peroxisomal enzymes tested were induced, assembled and activated as in wild-type cells although their activities varied between the different representative mutants; (iii) all peroxisomal proteins, whether constitutive or inducible, were found both in the cytosol and in the small peroxisomes.
