In this work was investigated the effect of the addition of barium titanate (BaTiO3) on electrical properties of two chemically recyclable thermosets, polyhemiaminal (PHA) and polyhexahydro‐s‐triazine (PHT), both fabricated from 4,4′‐oxydianiline (ODA), an ether derivative of aniline and paraformaldehyde. Thermal and mechanical properties as well as chemical recyclability of the two polymers and their nanocomposites/nanodielectrics were also investigated. In addition, a quantitative analysis was conducted of the nanoparticle dispersion in the PHA‐/PHT‐based BaTiO3‐containing nanocomposites using transmission electron microscopy imaging and the nearest‐neighbor distance index and this index was used to analyze the investigated properties in connection with the proper mechanisms. Regarding the electrical properties for both neat polymers, conductivity values of the order of 10?8 S m?1 at 100 Hz were observed and dielectric constant values close to 2.80 for both polymers at 1 kHz. The addition of 0.5 wt% of BaTiO3 ferroelectric nanoparticles increased by about 44% the dielectric constant (1 kHz) and conductivity (102 Hz) of the PHA‐based nanocomposite. PHA and PHT exhibited glass transition temperature (Tg) values in the range 125–180 °C. An increase of 7 °C in Tg was observed after the incorporation of 0.5 wt% of BaTiO3 into PHA. Concerning the mechanical properties, values in the range 4.00–4.45 GPa for reduced modulus and 0.30–0.43 GPa for nanohardness for PHA and PHT polymers were observed. Independently of filler content or polymer matrix, both mechanical properties were enhanced after the addition of BaTiO3. The chemical recycling of PHA/PHT and all nanocomposites in the initial ODA reagent after sulfuric acid treatment was successfully characterized using the NMR and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopic techniques. © 2018 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献

Fracture assessment of pipe bends or elbows with postulated through wall crack is very essential for leak-before-break qualification of primary heat transport system piping of nuclear power plants. The methodology for fracture assessment of cracked elbows is still in developing stage. Any new development in theoretical aspect requires experimental validation. However, fracture test data on cracked elbows is not so abundant as straight pipes. The earlier experiments on cracked elbows were focused mainly on the determination of limit load. Other fracture parameters e.g. crack growth, crack initiation load or crack opening displacement were not reported in the open literature. Against this backdrop, a comprehensive experimental and theoretical program on component integrity has been initiated at Reactor Safety Division (RSD) of Bhabha Atomic Research Center (BARC), India. Under this program, a number of fracture tests have been carried out on elbows with through wall circumferential/axial cracks subjected to in-plane closing/opening bending moment. These test data are then thoroughly analysed numerically through non-linear finite element analyses, analytically through limit load comparison and also through comparison of crack initiation loads by finite element and R6 methods. These test data may be utilized in future for validation of new theoretical developments in the integrity assessment of through wall cracked elbows. 相似文献

采用溶剂萃取、酸性色素比色法测定盐酸苯环壬酯片的质量分数及溶出度 ,检测波长 41 3nm,溶出度以转篮法测定 ,转速 1 0 0 r·min-1,溶出介质 50 0 m L,p H3的磷酸盐缓冲液。结果表明 :在 3.0~ 1 5.0 mg·L-1范围内线性良好 ,r=0 .9999(n=5) ,平均回收率 99.95% (n=9) ,RSD为±0 .65%。片剂 30 min定时取样测定 ,主药溶出 90 %以上。此方法简便、准确、专属 ,可作为该制剂的质量分数测定和质量控制。 相似文献

This paper presents an approach to generalize the concept of isogeometric analysis by allowing different spaces for the parameterization of the computational domain and for the approximation of the solution field. The method inherits the main advantage of isogeometric analysis, ie, preserves the original exact computer‐aided design geometry (for example, given by nonuniform rational B‐splines), but allows pairing it with an approximation space, which is more suitable/flexible for analysis, for example, T‐splines, LR‐splines, (truncated) hierarchical B‐splines, and PHT‐splines. This generalization offers the advantage of adaptive local refinement without the need to reparameterize the domain, and therefore without weakening the link with the computer‐aided design model. We demonstrate the use of the method with different choices of geometry and field spaces and show that, despite the failure of the standard patch test, the optimum convergence rate is achieved for nonnested spaces. 相似文献

随着现代微处理器的流水线变得越来越深,指令发射宽度越来越大,预测失败所带来的时间代价和空间(功能部件)有效利用率损失也越来越大,预测准确率对流水线的性能的影响也越来越重要。为了量化研究不同动态分支预测技术的准确率,采用计算机体系结构模拟软件Simple Scalar和SPEC 2000 Benchmark,对2bC,GAg,PAg,GAp,PAp,G-share六种动态预测技术的分支方向和分支地址预测准确率进行了性能模拟与测试,最后对模拟结果进行统计分析,得出预测准确率与硬件实现复杂度之间的量化关系,为设计出具有高准确率和低复杂度的动态分支预测器提供了参考。 相似文献

Chemical modification is an efficient method for improving the properties of wood. In this study, poplar sapwood was modified via paraformaldehyde, 4,4′-oxydianiline (ODA), and N-methylpyrrolidone solvents through a vacuum-pressure impregnation process. The poplar sapwood underwent a curing process producing the ODA polyhexahydrotriazine polymer, which is a strong thermosetting material. The results showed that the weight percent gain of the modified poplar sapwood was 223.3%. The density of the modified wood specimen increased from 356.8 kg/m3 to 445.0 kg/m3. The water absorption decreased from 159.6% to 0.9% due to the thermosets penetration into the lumen and the cell walls of the wood. Additionally, condensation reactions occurred between the aldehyde groups of the paraformaldehyde and the hydroxyl groups of the poplar wood. The results showed that the modified wood achieved stronger waterproof properties than the unmodified wood. 相似文献

提出了一种新的结合特征点与极谐变换(Polar Harmonic Transform,PHT)的图像拼接算法。利用Harris角检测器提取图像中的特征点,计算特征点圆形邻域的PHT特征矢量,并通过计算欧氏距离作为特征点匹配的依据提取出初始特征点对。根据几何变换模型剔除伪匹配对,利用正确映射模型计算出变换参数,采用加权平均法得到图像的拼接结果。实验结果表明了算法的有效性。 相似文献

针对四旋翼飞行器在室内环境下识别地面线状结构的问题,提出了一种改进的基于单目摄像头,提取线段并跟踪的方法;首先在图像中设置感兴趣的区域(Region Of Interest,ROI),基于HSV颜色空间,根据颜色阈值提取出线段颜色;然后对ROI进行高斯滤波处理过滤图像的噪声,通过Canny边缘检测算法提取出线段的边缘;最后用概率霍夫变换(Probabilistic Hough Transform,PHT)从预处理图像中拟合出直线,计算直线的方向向量实现四旋翼的路径跟踪;实验结果表明:该方法有效地提高了路径识别的效率,使四旋翼能够精确跟踪室内路径。 相似文献
