仪器仪表产品脉冲耐压试验要求和保护器件的选择

仪器仪表产品的脉冲耐压试验是产品型式试验、例行试验中的基本内容。通过对GB4793.1标准的整理,归纳了仪器仪表产品的脉冲耐压试验要求。通过对试验方法和设备特性的梳理,总结了特性参数,并介绍了应对脉冲耐压试验可采取的保护器件的类别及选用方法。     

PIXE study on recovery of making-technology of Chinese Longquan celadon made in the Southern Song Dynasty (1127–1279 CE)

Proton induced X-ray emission (PIXE) technique and factor analysis were used to study the recovery of making-technology of Chinese Longquan celadon made in the late Southern Song Dynasty (1127–1279 CE). Based on factor analysis, for the raw material for body and the recipe for glaze, there is a close but slightly different relationship between these Longquan celadons unearthed from the core area of Dayao and the non-core area, despite all the Longquan celadons belong to the high-calcium-glaze system. The chemical compositions of most of the tentative body and glaze samples are very close to those of Longquan celadons unearthed from the core area of Dayao and the non-core area. This study can provide a guidance for recovery of making-technology of Longquan celandon.

脉冲序列的快速搜索法及可信度分析

对于周期脉冲序列的信号分选识别，可采用序列搜索的时域方法[1，2]。本文将大周期内完全重复的脉冲序列分解为多个“单周期信号”．并把它们均定义为周期性信号．同时，提出了序列搜索的一种软件实现方法及密集视频脉冲信号分选的变步长、信步长快速搜索法．在此基础上，本文针对序列搜索分选法的可信度计算公式进行了推导和分析，证实了这种方法的可行性和有效性．     

秦山核电厂燃耗深度对DNBR限值的影响分析

本文研究了在秦山核电厂批平均卸料燃耗深度超过原定限值的情况下，为保证电厂的安全运行对DNBR限值进行重新确认的问题。研究过程中，综合考虑了由燃耗加深所引起的核焓升因子的变化和棒弯曲这两种效应对DNBR限值的影响。结果表明，对秦山核电厂而言，在批平均卸料燃耗超过原定限值的情况下，维持原DNBR限值不变仍是安全可行的。     

A novel compact circuit for 4-PAM energy-efficient high speed interconnect data transmission and reception

Transmission of signals, whether on-chip or off-chip, places severe constraints on timing and extracts a large price in energy. New silicon device technologies, such as back-plane CMOS, provide a programmable and adaptable threshold voltage as an additional tool that can be used for low power design. We show that one particularly desirable use of this freedom is energy-efficient high-speed transmission across long interconnects using multi-valued encoding. Our multi-valued CMOS circuits take advantage of the threshold voltage control of the transistors, by using the signal-voltage-to-threshold-voltage span, in order to make area-efficient implementations of 4-PAM (pulse amplitude modulation) transceivers operating at high speed. In a comparison of a variety of published technologies, for signal transmission with interconnects of 10-15 mm length, we show up to 50% improvement in energy for on-chip signal transmission over binary encoding together with higher limits for operating speeds without a penalty in circuit noise margin.     

关于变压器二次额定电压的计算

推导了变压器二次负载电压的计算公式,建议由此公式代替以往原理书中惯用的近似公式。利用此公式绘制和分析了不同功率因数额定负载时的相量轨迹图。     

Investigation on vapor-cooled current leads operating in a pulse mode

This paper describes transient numerical modeling for thermal characteristic of vapor-cooled current leads under pulse operation. The transient thermal analysis considers the temperature difference between a helium gas flow and a copper lead with temperature dependent properties of helium gas, copper and stainless steel. The numerical analysis was validated by an experiment with commercially available 100 A vapor-cooled current leads. A proper overloading factor calculation and the effect of intermediate cooling are presented for the current leads under pulse operation, which can significantly reduce heat input to a cryostat.     

New rotary valves for pulse-tube refrigerators

In most used rotary valves in GM-type pulse-tube refrigerators the rotor makes heavy mechanical contact with the stator, so the valve is liable to wear, and large torques are needed. In this paper we will describe two types of valves, which have balanced forces on the rotor. In the first valve the rotor and the stator make no mechanical contact. The second type is a contact valve, like the classical valves, but the forces on the rotor are balanced in a different way. Therefore, these valves are less liable to wear, and the torques needed to rotate the valves are small.     

27例乙型血友病患者Ⅸ因子基因突变研究

采用ＰＣＲ（聚合酶链反应）及ＧＡＷＴＳ（ＧｅｎｏｍｉｃＡｍｐｌｉｆｉｃａｔｉｏｎｗｉｔｈＴｒａｎｓｃｒｉｐｔｓＳｅｑｕｅｎｃｉｎｇ）技术，研究了江苏、湖北、山东、广东、福建、宁夏六省区２７例乙型血友病患者及其家系成员ＦⅨ（九因子）基因各２．２Ｋｂ　ＤＮＡ序列。在２ｌ例中发现２０种不同类型的突变。其中１２种是未曾报道的新突变。３８％的突变发生在ＣｐＧ二核苷致序列上，进一步证实了ＣｐＧ确系突变热点。同时检出６例女性为致病基因携带者。对开展基因产前诊断及优生优育等，具有重要意义。
