Copper Indium Gallium Selenide (Cu(In,Ga)Se2, CIGSe) absorbers with different Ga contents were prepared by sputtering CIGSe ceramic targets and post-annealing. CIGSe solar cell devices were fabricated with other functional layers. The device performances and absorber properties were investigated. Increasing Ga content led to an increase in VOC and a decrease in JSC. Ga was supposed to diffuse towards back contact during the annealing process. The best performance was obtained as the ratio of Ga/(In + Ga) reaches 0.32 with the efficiency of 13.8% and a VOC of 537 mV.  相似文献

In this work, we examine the effect of small additions of cationic quaternary ammonium salts (QAS) of different molecular weight on the rheology of an industrial ceramic suspension deflocculated with sodium polyacrylate and sodium metasilicate. The observed shear thinning behaviors obey the typical power law of fluid rheology. In order to characterize the rheological behavior of these slurries, three new parameters are introduced: a low shear rate consistency index and two transient viscosities, distant from the equilibrium, after increasing and decreasing the shear rates. These parameters vary with polyacrylate molecular weight and on additions of small quantities of QAS, which we found to be useful for decreasing the slurry viscosity.  相似文献

Optically active and racemic quaternary ammonium cationics containing a chiral alkyl group, such as N,N-dimethyl-N-(1-phenylethyl)alkylammonium bromides were prepared and showed excellent antimicrobial properties against Gram positive and negative bacteria, with some exceptions, and against fungi. The influence of optical isomerism on their antimicrobial properties showed that the antimicrobial properties between racemic and optically active cationics were obscure. The order of activity of substituted alkyl groups was tetradecyl > dodecyl ° hexadecyl.  相似文献

This work reports a systematic study on the structural and superconducting properties in the Hg-Sm-In-Pb system. It is investigated how In and Sm dopings influence the superconducting properties of the HgPb2 phase which was recently reported. Results for the HgSm1 − xPb2 system show that Sm atoms substitute Hg vacancies in the tetragonal phase which do not affect the onset critical temperature of the HgPb2 compound. Simultaneous Sm and In doping effects on the properties of the HgPb2 phase are also studied. Experimental and simulations of X-ray powder diffractograms suggest that the HgSm1 − xInxPb2 system (0.2 ≤ x ≤ 0.7) has a pseudo-cubic structure with lattice parameters near 4.88 Å. Superconducting properties measurements show that this system has an optimum doping at x ∼ 0.5 with the onset critical temperature close to 6.9 K. This is the highest superconducting critical temperature for the AuCu prototype so far reported.  相似文献

The liquid-liquid equilibrium for the quaternary system of o-xylene(1)+water(2)+propionic acid(3)+1-butanol(4) was measured at 298.15 K and atmospheric pressure. Binodal curves, tie-lines, a distribution curve, and a selectivity curve for the quaternary system have been determined in order to investigate the effect of binary solvents, oxylene and 1-butanol, on extracting propionic acid from aqueous solution. In addition, these experimental tie line data were also compared with the values predicted by the UNIFAC model. In this study, the UNIFAC model was capable of predicting the compositions of this quaternary system within an average RMSD of 1.13 mol%. 通过引入季铵盐基团的方法对壳聚糖进行改性得到完全溶于水的壳聚糖季铵盐,IR谱图表明取代反应主要发生在壳聚糖的氨基上。以中药药液中的主要杂质之一鞣酸为对象进行了絮凝试验,结果显示其鞣酸去除率,明显高于壳聚糖。同时壳聚糖季铵盐絮凝剂投加量适用范围更宽,有利于实际使用。  相似文献

Polymer electrolytes were prepared by blending high molecular weight poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) and a series of novel quaternary ammonium iodides, the polysiloxanes with oligo(oxyethylene) side chains and quaternary ammonium groups. X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurements ensured relatively low crystallinity when the quaternary ammonium iodides were incorporated into the PEO host. The ionic conductivity of these complexes was improved with the addition of plasticizers. The improvement in the ionic conductivity was determined by the polarity, viscosity and amounts of plasticizers. A plasticized electrolyte containing the novel quaternary ammonium iodide was successfully used in fabricating a quasi-solid-state dye-sensitized solar cell for the first time. The fill factor and energy conversion efficiency of the cell were calculated to be 0.68 and 1.39%, respectively.  相似文献

The thermal stability of seven organically modified montmorillonites (‘organoclays’) has been investigated using differential thermal analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, and thermogravimetry in conjunction with X-ray diffractometry. Six organoclays were synthesised by replacing the interlayer inorganic cations, initially present, with quaternary phosphonium and ammonium surfactant cations. The samples modified with tetrabutylphosphonium (TBP), and butyltriphenylphosphonium (BTPP) ions have an appreciably higher thermal stability than the octadecyltrimethylammonium (ODTMA)-modified clays. Thus, in the case of TBP- and BTPP-modified montmorillonites, the onset temperature of decomposition is close to 300 °C. Samples modified with hexadecyltributylphosphonium (HDTBP) ions have a lower onset temperature of decomposition of 225 °C. In comparison, the onset temperature for ODTMA-montmorillonites (obtained at different concentrations of ODTMA-bromide) ranges from 158 to 222 °C, being highest where the concentration of intercalated surfactant is lowest. The onset temperature for a commercial alkylsilane-treated quaternary ammonium-modified organoclay (S-BEN N-400FP) is 207 °C. The basal spacing of the TBP- and BTPP-modified clays is 1.7–1.8 nm, indicating a monolayer arrangement of quaternary phosphonium ions in the interlayer space, while the value of 2.5 nm for HDTBP-montmorillonite indicates a more open structure. The ODTMA-modified samples have basal spacings ranging from 1.9 to 2.1 nm, indicative of a bilayer to pseudo-trilayer arrangement. The exceptionally high basal spacing of 3.4 nm for the S-BEN N-400FP organoclay might be due to interlayer penetration of organosilane hydrolysis products during synthesis. The thermal properties of organoclays are apparently related to the nature of the surfactants and their arrangement in the interlayer space of montmorillonite.  相似文献
