Single cell oils (SCO) produced from oleaginous microorganisms are a potential alternative oil feedstock for biodiesel production. The worldwide production of glycerol, a 10% (w/w) byproduct produced in the transesterfication process of oils converted to biodiesel, is increasing as more biodiesel is being produced. For the purposes of cost reduction, crude glycerol was regarded as a suitable carbon source for the cultivation of Rhodotorula glutinis. In addition to using renewable crude glycerol, waste solution collected from the brewing company (called thin stillage) was adopted as a substitute to replace a costly nitrogen source used in the medium. The results of using mixture of crude glycerol and thin stillage indicated about a 27% increase in total biomass as compared to that of using crude glycerol with a standard medium. Using glycerol instead of glucose as the carbon source could also alter the lipid profile, resulting in an increase in linolenic acid (C18:2) to comprise over 20% of the total lipid. Successfully using renewable crude glycerol and thin stillage for the cultivation of oleaginous microorganisms could greatly enhance the economic competition of biodiesel produced from SCO.  相似文献

Yttria-stablized zirconia (YSZ)-based mixed-potential type NH3 sensors using Mg2CuxFe1O3.5+x mixed metal oxides (x=0, 0.25, 0.50, 1) as sensing electrode material were fabricated for ammonia (NH3) detection at different working temperatures (T=350 °C, 400 °C, 450 °C, 500 °C). The Mg2CuxFe1O3.5+x electrodes were characterized by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Environmental Scanning Electron Microscope (ESEM), Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS) and the Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) method. The effects of Cu-content on phase composition, microstructures, NH3 response performances and electrochemically catalytic-activity of Mg2CuxFe1O3.5+x electrodes were discussed. Magnesium copper oxide (Mg0.78Cu0.22O) may be a functional phase that improved NH3 sensitivity of Mg2CuxFe1O3.5+x electrodes, but magnesium dicopper oxide (Cu2MgO3) played an opposite role as a suppressive phase. The Mg2Cu0.25Fe1O3.75 electrode exhibits the biggest response (about 267 mV for 200 ppm of NH3), the highest NH3 sensitivity (220 mV/decade NH3) and the highest electrochemically catalytic-activity may be attributed to its suitable Cu-content for functional phase (Mg0.78Cu0.22O) with higher NH3 adsorptivity, which can absorb more NH3 to the triple-phase boundary (TPB) for the electrochemically reaction.  相似文献

This work considers the oxidation of ammonia (NH3) by selective catalytic oxidation (SCO) over a CuO/La2O3 composite catalyst at temperatures between 150 and 400 °C. A CuO/La2O3 composite catalyst was prepared by co-precipitation of copper nitrate and lanthanum nitrate at various molar concentrations. This study also considers how the concentration of influent NH3 (C0 = 1000 ppm), the space velocity (GHSV = 92,000 l/h), the relative humidity (RH = 12%) and the concentration of oxygen (O2 = 4%) affect the operational stability and the capacity for removing NH3. The catalysts that were characterized using FTIR, XRD, UV-Vis, BET and PSA, have shown that the catalytic behavior is related to the copper (II) oxide, while lanthanum (III) oxide may serve only to provide active sites for the reaction during a catalyzed oxidation run. The experimental results show that the extent of conversion of ammonia by SCO in the presence of the CuO/La2O3 composite catalyst was a function of the molar ratio. The ammonia was removed by oxidation in the absence of CuO/La2O3 composite catalyst, and around 93.0% NH3 reduction was achieved during catalytic oxidation over the CuO/La2O3 (8:2, molar/molar) catalyst at 400 °C with an oxygen content of 4.0%. Moreover, the effect of the reaction temperature on the removal of NH3 in the gaseous phase was also monitored at a gas hourly space velocity of under 92,000 h− 1.  相似文献

提出了一个求解非线性互补问题的熵函数社会认知优化算法。首先将非线性互补问题转化为非线性方程组来求解,然后利用熵函数法将非线性方程组求解转化为一个光滑的无约束优化问题,最后应用社会认知优化算法求解此优化问题。实验结果表明,该算法收敛速度快,稳定性好,是求解非线性互补问题的一种有效算法。  相似文献
