The study of the phenol separation-concentration process with the hollow fiber supported liquid membrane technology has been performed. Mixtures of kerosene and CYANEX 923 were used as liquid membrane. The extractant CYANEX 923 is characterized by a high phenol selectivity and an extremely low solubility in the aqueous phase. The introduction of CYANEX 923 in the membrane composition decreases the extractant losses from the pores of the support.

The phenol separation and simultaneous concentration process has been checked. The influences of the initial concentration of phenol in the feed solution and sodium hydroxide in the stripping phase and the membrane composition on the separation rate have been investigated in a single-pass mode. The analysis of the membrane composition influence has been performed according to the steady-state mass transfer conservation equation and the associated boundary conditions, leading to the mass transfer parameters of the process  相似文献

This paper outlines a generic evaluation methodology for multimedia and real time applications. It concentrates on the application layer and the service aspect. Principles of software evaluation for quality assessment and measurement for networked services and distributed applications are used to present a specific method for measuring important characteristics. The method and the measurement procedure allow comparison of the actual characteristics of service quality with the required characteristics and thresholds. The proof of concepts will be made by the implementation of quality measurement agents following the approach outlined in this paper. Our approach of performing service level management (SLM) with agent technology is distributed, slim, minimizable to the maximum, independent in its methodology and offers comparable, objective results.  相似文献

The surface condition, some properties and ion releasing behavior of cobalt-chromium (Co-Cr) dental alloy formed by selective laser melting (SLM) technique were investigated. Before porcelain fused firing, the surface condition of the Co-Cr alloy was observed using a scanning electron microscope (SEM), and then the density and hardness were examined. After porcelain fused firing, the interface of porcelain and alloy was observed, and then the metal-ion release of the samples was tested. SLM technique provides Co-Cr alloy higher hardness than casting method. After degassing-oxidation procedure and porcelain fused firing, the interface of the alloy and porcelain showed excellent combination. Co ion was more than Cr ion released from SLM Co-Cr alloy, the amounts of Co and Cr ions were safe according to ISO security criterion. Considering the properties before and after porcelain fused sintering process, SLM technique is suitable for dental Co-Cr alloy restoration.  相似文献

Laser powder bed fusion is a well-established 3D printing technique for metal alloys, but exhibits a poor surface quality. Laser polishing provides the possibility of a fast contact-free and fully-automatable surface treatment. This paper deals with the experimental investigation of laser polishing of laser powder bed fusion parts made of aluminium AlSi10Mg. Laser polishing is done with a 4 kW solid state disc laser in combination with a multi-axis system and a one dimensional scanner optic. The laser is operated at continuous and pulsed operation mode. The parameter study reveals a high dependency of the achievable roughness on the laser beam intensity, the track and pulse overlap, the energy density and the number of polishing passes and polishing directions. Pulsed laser polishing mode with up to four passes from different directions revealed the lowest surface roughness of 0.14 μm Ra. With respect to the initial average surface roughness of Ra = 8.03 μm a reduction of the surface roughness of greater than 98 % could be achieved. Polishing with continuous laser radiation at one polishing pass resulted in Ra = 0.23 μm at an area rate of 20 cm2/min. Laser polishing using four passes achieved a further improvement up to Ra = 0.14 μm.  相似文献

采用EBSD技术系统地研究了扫描间距h对选区激光熔化(SLM)成形Inconel 738合金微观组织、动态再结晶行为、织构演变和力学性能的影响。研究表明,随着h的增加,平行于沉积方向的细长柱状晶晶粒长/径比减小,晶粒的形貌由粗大的细长柱状晶向细小的等轴晶转变,晶粒的取向变得更加随机;随着h的增加,动态再结晶体积分数增加,再结晶区域位错密度和应变低于未再结晶区域;随着h的增加,其铸造织构的类型发生变化,织构主要由Rotated-Goss织构{110}110转变为Rotated-Goss织构{110}110+Cube织构{001}100,Cube织构的强度逐渐增强,而Rotated-Goss织构的强度逐渐减弱;此外,通过选择合适的扫描间距(h=70μm),沉积态Inconel 738合金可获得优异室温力学性能(σ_y=933 MPa,σ_(uts)=1209 MPa,ε_f=38%),达到良好的强度与塑性匹配。  相似文献

A disadvantage of selective laser melting (SLM) processes for the manufacture of large parts is their slow build time per unit volume. A hybrid route is to generate core simple shapes traditionally, for example by machining, followed by adding final features by SLM. Here the mechanical integrity of such hybrid parts is studied, choosing the building of AlSi10Mg by SLM on a machined AA6082 base, in the shape of a tensile test piece, as a simple example. These materials are chosen for their relevance to lightweight parts. As-built parts fail at the SLM/machined interface but standard heat treatments transfer failures to the machined material. Optimised SLM processing conditions and microstructures of the SLM and interfacial regions are reported.  相似文献

Selective Laser Melting (SLM) was used to process a powder mixture of CP Ti, 6.5 wt% Mo and 3.5 wt% Mo2C. The process parameters were optimized to obtain full-density, crack free parts. After the in situ decomposition of Mo2C in favor of the formation of TiC, the material consisted of a homogeneous dispersion of submicrometer sized TiC platelets in a β-(Ti,Mo) matrix exhibiting a high hardness up to 550 HV and compressive yield stress of 1164 ± 37 MPa. The microstructure and mechanical properties could be tailored by variation of the process parameters within the high-density processing window, as well as through post-process heat treatments.  相似文献
